Great location, friendly helpful staff & very clean.BUT, room was TINY, no bin in bedroom, no extractor in bathroom which was so small I could reach both walls with my outstretched hands. No lobby downstairs. Very expensive for this kind of accommodation

It’s a ‘province hotel’ and that’s part of its charm. Very nice people at the front desk who interact and help you out. Not a big deal of a room, it meets the purpose: good beds, a spacious bathroom and a good view. Breakfast can be skipped, there are many places around with a better value for the money on the subject. It has no parking so, add $40/night to your cost.

Very convenient, beach is walkable and just around the area

The proximity to the beach, restaurants, shopping and nearby landmarks was perfect! The staff were friendly and helpful. They were in middle of air conditioning repairs so unfortunately the a/c in our room was not working well. Luckily, our room had a patio door to allow fresh air. Room was clean and comfortable. Overall, enjoyed the stay here.

Made a mistake in booking this option for convenience and price versus something a little more upmarket and a few € more.

If you don’t want to blow the budget this is the place for you …. comfortable, clean, friendly, & a better location you could not ask for, from hotel foyer to being in the sea on La Concha Beach under 30secs.
Typical hotel breakfast available, coffee juice ham cheese croissants fruit yogurt, for an small extra charge.
Would recommend to anyone who values LOCATION over luxury.

Our room was against the stairwell so it was occasionally noisy with people going up and down. There was only a wardrobe for clothes, a drawer unit would have been a bonus. The mini bar was only a fridge and there was no in room safe. Having said that the beds were comfortable the air conditioning was welcomed in the heatwave and the bathroom had a walk-in shower. The breakfast is continental style and adequate and all the staff are friendly and willing to help. The hotel is in a great location with everything within walking distance.

Que no tuviera parking

The hotel location is perfect and close to everything but the room wasn’t the best , it’s very small and the A.C is very old so prepare yourself to sleep with some sounds. You only get 1 pillow so make sure to request for another one if you prefer to sleep with more also they need to have do not disturb signs to avoid someone knocking on your door to ask you if you wanna clean your room or not.

This property is all about the location to the beach, which is superb. Other than this there is no view, parking is a nightmare, there is no lobby to meet in and the hotel is old and in much need off a revamp. The amenities are lacking and soap comes in liquid form in a little plastic sachet which is difficult to open with our spieling the contents.

Great location. Very close to the beach and to great places to eat. The staff at reception were wonderful and very helpful.

Perfectly suitable for a short stay near the beach, walking distance to the Old City. Parking is a problem, generally, one San Sebastián, but the hotel has an arrangement with public parking nearby which was a relief. BTW, the included breakfast is wonderful.

Shower was not built correctly therefore water was spilled all over the bathroom and room. A complete mess!

Good basic hotel in an excellent location just a minute's walk from the seafront and 5 minutes from the old town. May lack some of the facilities of larger hotels but the rooms were clean and comfortable if a little small. Good wi-fi even in the room which is not always the case in much more expensive hotels. Good breakfast for the price (6 euros during our visit)

Nice location, very close by to the beach. Staff was friendly, hotel was clean. Good value for price.

Great location and clean and friendly staff. The free breakfast was ample. The room was small. No chair to sit in. Only the bed. Other than that, great.

Our room was a run down mess. Furniture was dinged and it was dark and cramped. The air conditioner did not work properly and produced a foul, warm smell. Its remote was taped together and bore the marks of multiple tapings. The refrigerator had coils sticking out the back. We didn't dare touch it for fear it was a fire hazard. The bed was low to the ground, mattress hard as a brick and it was fitted with shabby linens. The worst was the chronic smell of sewage that emanated from the bathroom. We asked to move and were told we could not be accommodated. The property manager told us the smell was typical of all hotel properties in San Sebastian due to the proximity to the sea. He lied, After one miserable night's stay, we moved to the Hotel Niza. Wonderful property. No smell.

Great location. Door to room had a broken deadbolt lock. A/C worked fine.

Even for heavy summer demand, this hotel (or at least my room) was overpriced for what you get. My main complaint was the organization of the room, wherein the closet couldnt be opened without moving the bed; there was nowhere to set a bag, and overall the furniture arrangement just made little sense. There was, however, air conditioning, and the location was excellent. I also found the receptionist weirdly unfriendly on the day I arrived, but another staffer was great during departure.

Nice hotel 1 block from the beach, small rooms but front desk staff are wonderful and very helpful. Short walk to old town but plenty of shops and restaurants close by.

Not much to look at outside but a friendly and helpful welcome at reception. Clean and comfortable room with adequate facilities and a good selection at breakfast. Excellent location close to sea, bars and restaurants. Better than I would have expected from its grade

Reception staff very unfriendly. Tiny room with black mould growing up the walls on either side of the balcony sliding doors. Disgusting!

good location for shops, beech, transport, restaurants, and sightseeing.

A wonderful experience.
Extremely helpful staff.
Very clean environment.
Central location.
