Amazing! The views, the hosts, the room and balcony, the breakfast, and the natural wildlife watching from our balcony were all spectacular. And even a free shirt as a souvenir. We will be back. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

We have stayed at many hotels in the Sedona area, and this was by far our favorite. A beautiful bed and breakfast tucked in a nice quiet neighborhood against the backdrop of the red rock formations. The house was so beautiful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and gourmet. It was my birthday and they even made me a special cake with a candle !! A 10 in my book!! We will return often.

Wonderful staff and excellent service. Wendy was so kind and made the most delicious breakfasts served on the patio each morning. Ellen was equally as wonderful. Both gave us great history and tips where to go and what to see. The views are absolutely incredible of Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte. Sunrise views are gorgeous from the balcony. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you for making us feel at home n your beautiful home.

The Penrose B&B was a perfect, quiet, warm and inviting place to stay away from the busy commercial hotel/motel center of Sedona. Located in a neighborhood not far from the Bell rock trailhead, it was wonderful to come “home” to this place after an all-day hike! Not to mention the complimentary “snacks and beverages” and gourmet breakfast every morning. If you’re looking for a quaint B&B in the traditional sense of “warm hospitality”, this is it! I stayed in the Kokopelli room.

This was mine and my husband's first stay at a B&B. Very enjoyable. My only complaint was we were on the ground floor, close to the kitchen and got a lot of kitchen noise in the early AM and the occupants in the upstairs room above us was very heavy-footed and noisy. The staff was very friendly and the food and amenities were excellent. I would definitely stay here again, but ask for an upstairs room.

This was a very unique and beautiful stay with an unobstructed view of the rock formations from our room and balcony. The staff are very helpful, thoughtful, and kind. The chef served up an amazing and different 2 course breakfast every morning and baked up cookies for a late night snack. If I'm ever in Sedona/ Oak Creek I would stay here again.

We travel to Sedona frequently but wanted something different as far as lodgings. We found the Penrose and are so glad we did. It was an amazing experience, with lots of romance and comfort. The views are amazing and the inn itself is a beautiful respite from the stressors of the world. The staff was excellent. We wish we could've stayed longer.

The Penrose Bed and Breakfast was absolutely charming. A very lovely place to stay in a wonderful area. Breathtaking views from your bed! Just lovely. Lighting and landscaping around the property could be improved but overall, a delight and I would gladly return and have highly recommended to colleagues, family and friends.

The location was excellent and the scenery just beautiful. The staff were attentive, kind and responsive to our needs. The breakfast is delicious and very filling with different options each day. Beautiful property nestled in the red rocks with great views of Bell Rock. So much character and charm. Wonderful staff that bent over backwards to cater to my dietary preferences for breakfast. We would not hesitate to stay at the Penrose again if we ever get back to Sedona.

This B&B is a beautifully maintained property located far from the tourist busy area which we really liked. The owners and staff are friendly. The only downside for us personally was inability to have a good sleep in the mornings. Several occupants were waking up between 5 and 7 AM in the morning to hit the hikes (which is ok, everyone has own schedules), however this being a private house converted into B&B, we could hear people talking, opening and shutting doors, going up and down the stairs. If you’re an early riser, this place is perfect.
