We loved the hotel. The room was missing the TV and the WiFi is horrible with almost no service anywhere, however the holiday was about relaxing and that's what we did.The pool was great and the shops are very close by. Would definitely recommend.

Confusing upon arrival - receptionist spoke little English so communication through Google translate was difficult. They could not find our booking upon arrival and then told us they were planning to close soon, which I now know is because there are very few guests staying there because of covid so only makes sense to close. There was only ~7 rooms taken during our stay. They then took us to their sister hotel upon arrival (caria nish) and offered us a room there which was a lot nicer. We believed we had to pay more for this room when we asked. When returned to original hotel we were told we did not have to pay more. We still chose to stay in caria royal as it had been a long day travelling so was just easier for us as we had really heavy backpacks also. Room was basic, budget room. What we expected for the price we paid. Clean and pleasant during our week spent here. It was very quiet with little ambience as there were very few visitors, we were the only people around the pool during the day's we stayed in and because of this I think the pool area was a little unkempt and needed a bit of an upgrade. Employees were really lovely and helpful when we requested things, for example, laundry. I think it was just unlucky timing for us and could be a really nice hotel during peak season, with more visitors staying. We sti had a lovely stay considering.

Excellent position and very clean. Good for a quick stopover but would be concerned if booking for a holiday.
Bathroom very tired. Painted over tiles, aged grouting and chipped paint around shower base,, shower door broken, not closing properly, electric socket in bathroom hanging out of wall with exposed wires, broken tile on step down to bedroom area, missing bed lamp bulb, damp (clean) towel put decoratively on bed, air conditioning unit on top of wardrobe, mirror to low and plug socket for hairdryer by mirror out of reach near ceiling! Bedroom door had painted out glass panel so some ligh seeping through at night.
Breakfast was plentiful with good choice.
Generally a mixed bag.... ok for quick cheap stopover but not holiday. Maybe if other rooms as per brochure, different story.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Wifi did not work in rooms only the lobby. Lobby and pool are really nice and comfortable. Lots of space. Hotel is getting older and things are needing repair. Our room door knob was falling apart and hard to lock.

I found the bed very comfortable, I had air conditioning in my room, there was always hot water. Breakfast was very repetative, exactly the same every day, but adequate. However based on what I paid I would certainly return there.

What I liked about the hotel:
- clean pool area
- you could see the rock tombs if you leaned over the balcony in the room
- good selection for breakfast
- everything was a walkable distance from the hotel
What I disliked:
- the ceiling in the room was very low, had to duck when in certain areas
- no safe in the room
- the balconies connected to the other rooms with very low walls so we locked our balcony door when we were out so that we felt our things were safe. The cleaning staff however opened the door and left it open after cleaning, thus making us feel that our laptop and other valuables were at risk.
- as in a lot of places in Turkey, the shower in the bathroom doesn't have a stall causing there to be a lot of water on the floor after a shower. I put a floor towel down so we didn't slip and hurt ourselves. The cleaning staff took the soaking wet towel off if the floor and hung it directly over my open luggage.
- mini fridge was utterly ineffective so it essentially just took up space in an already small room
