Hotel is near the main street you want to be. Food is everywhere and the staff is super helpful. Breakfast is good as well.

The location was ok. There are some hidden rules that the hotel only tells you after you checkin, about having guests etc. The hallways have a big echo effect. People regularly talk loud and play music in the hallways and it echoes, so not the quietest place. The contental breakfast was good.

The hotel staff is not leanent at all. When my flight was canceled and I could not get to town the day of my hotel arrangement, rather than ensuring that they had a customer for the next night and booking me for the next day, they took my money and told me I had to pay in full to rebook again.

Overall, a decent place for a quick stay like a layover or in between plans. Only issue I had is that the booking was unable to be retrieved by the front desk person. Then there was miscommunication between the front desk person and their boss. I had to go downstairs after settling in to handle the matter. Hotels.com = Expedia on their end and the boss was able to find that my reservation was indeed paid for ahead of my arrival on hotels.com. Somehow the front desk person communicated that the booking was not coming up on the hotels website. The front desk clearly understood hotels.com as we went over it twice (in Spanish). Print your receipt and the statement or the page on your credit card showing the payment if you can.

This was a very good price hotel with an excellent service, especially during breakfast. Room was very nice and staff was polite. Lots of options for bars and restaurants nearby and Avenida Revolucion is at walkable distance, that's the best! Thank you!

I got a room with window facing hallway. Parking is limited to 8 spots. No elevators. Room was small but clean. It think you can find better for that price.

On arrival my room was filthy with cigarette ashes everywhere. I took pictures of everything and then they made me wait 2 hours for cleaning. Whenever I needed something only one housemaid By the name of Ana was always very helpful. All other workers were extremely rude. We stayed 4 nights and our room was only cleaned twice. We ran out of toilet paper, towels, and water. Which should all be provided daily. There are no smoking signs all throughout the hotel but staff don’t care if you smoke. Their breakfast is gross. They provide the same thing every morning. They have freezer waffles, cereal, day old sandwiches, and old fruit. I won’t stay there again.

Staff were very courteous and helpful. Hotel was clean, bed comfortable. It was a little noisy from outside street traffic. Room was very small. I would stay there again, but if you are looking for a resort, or are used to being pampered, you will have to go to a more expensive hotel.

I was going to sleep when I see a tick on my pillow I get up and move the blankets and found about 10 ticks. I left the hotel and when I went to another I took off my clothes to shower and I had 3 on my clothes and I had to throw away my clothes and jacket because I was afraid they would multiply and I would take them home.

People was not friendly, they did not care about guess. My room was taken by the time we arrived, even when l called them and said that we are in our way and we will be little late. We ended with no room and was hard to find other place to stay on weend. You should have a number available to reach out when sometime likes happen. Insted a virtual agent.
