I loved that it’s so close to Hollywood Blvd and way cheaper than all the other hotels all around the area.

It is a very nice, clean, conveniently located, safe place to stay. Friendly ataff, good, relaibek maid service, everything in the room worked well. I stay here often in LA. Area outside in neighborhood, csn be a little sketchy ,just be cautious, pay attention outside the property. A good positive experience.

very bad neighborhood for a single, senior citizen female. The owner or manager was to forceful in trying to get payments and i did not feel comfortable.

It’s a small (not a huge amount of rooms) but it’s cozy for me when I’m there working and away from home. Everyone is nice and for me it’s quiet enough for me to sleep during the day.

Rooms were remodeled but they accused us of causing damage we did not cause then threatened to ban us from all nearby hotels which I thought was rude being we had nothing to do with the damage. They then moved our room from the one we stayed in for two days to a bottom in the alley room #10 where random people walk up to the window smoking cigarettes that blows into the room if open. Then they accused us of smoking when I do not smoke and my partner clearly smoked outside in the front outside of the hotel which was very inconvenient. No other window in the second room we were moved to, bathtub had issue with the hardware said the plumber was off for the holiday. Blanket felt like sandpaper.

The room numbers are handwritten on the door or on a piece of tape with a marker. The sheets and towels were dirty. Luckily I had blankets in my trunk and bought towels and pillows from the nearby Target. The shower curtain and bathroom ceiling had mold on it. You get what you pay for at this place.

The parking is terrible and the room had no wash cloths or hand towels. When I asked for some I was told the didn’t have any. The parking is very limited and there doesn’t seem to be enough space for everyone

I made 2 separate bookings for the same type of room. Back to back days but the hotel made me check out and room wasn't ready at check in. The staff needs training on customer service.

I was debating to myself should I write a review or not, first of all, I accidentally booked smoking room but one of the stuff was nice to let me switch to non-smoking room and I appreciated the guy. When when we checked out, my friend I got bug bites, we were telling one of the staff. The old lady refused to listen and said that we got it from somewhere else which is not true. We told her because she would know how to improve her business but instead, she said her hotel doesn’t have bed bugs and blamed us. This is not how you run your business.

For most part the staff we're very nice. The area is very bad and makes you feel unsafe alot of homeless people with tents everywhere, they ask you for money and get mad if you don't give it to them. So my advice is just stay in your room and only go were you need to go..My room wasn't what it looked like in the pictures could have been a lot cleaner but I will say the maid's made sure to take or trash out and give us clean towels everyday and make are bed's.. I didn't like the fact that on the bathroom door was tagging on it, this motel is ok but no I will never stay again I would have left if I didn't already pay for the room there's no refunds fyi check your room first before giving any money

Super dirty, bugs everywhere! Killed at least 3 cockroaches and found bedbugs in the blankets.

Inexpensive and good enough. All I needed was a bed and a shower. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Area around the hotel was not the greatest, but I had access to groceries and decent eateries. Nothing special, but well worth the price. Noisy vehicles all night, but that is not the fault of the hotel.

You pay for what you get. It is not clean inside and I don't think I can sleep here again. Only pros is the location which is close to the HollyWood

Super friendly staff and overall big spacious and clean (as much as possible) room. No clothes iron in the room would be the only real concern but other than that had a fabulous stay for the price and place
