Room was okay, refrigerator is hard to tell if it's working, just get a normal fridge instead of having those stupid buttons. The shower was recently fixed because the water nozzle isnt fixed to the wall very well, is crooked and hard to turn on.

Room was nice, but walls are thin and you can hear everything. My husband took a shower in the morning and it was hot at first, then turned ice cold. We told the desk clerk at check out and he didn't apologize or was concerned at all. So I said, "is that normal" and he said, "it is probably because a lot of people were taking showers" We have never had that happen in other hotels.

Bathroom was in sad condition for being a relatively new property. Grout issues, pump dispensers removed from wall, sink sprayed, shower was loud... and the towel display was odd in that we had bathmats instead of handtowels. Just sloppy.

Would still stay again even with the below info. Everyone very nice ! Water splashes out of the shower no matter where the shower head is pointed. The shower floor is very slippery. Dusty areas through out the room. Couch needs cleaned. Baseboards that are carpet need cleaned , had stains . First room 109 AC was very loud high pitch ringing sound. Changed rooms and it was good in room 101.

The TV didn't work, pull out couch had dirty sheets on it that i had to go get clean ones at front desk and change myself, dirty towel left on bathroom floor behind the sink stand, and the bed was pretty hard. This was a last minute booking so they had no extra rooms we could relocate too. Front desk was friendly and gave me clean sheets and more towels.

Very nice room but strange to stay in a fairly empty hotel on a Friday night! The Starbucks was only open a couple hours in the morning, no other restaurants on premises. Probably about $100 overpriced!

This was my first time staying at this hotel... and I was really impressed! The rooms are wonderful. Very well laid out with all the amenities you want. And that rounded couch... SO nice to relax on and read or watch TV! The welcome by the front desk staff was incredibly friendly. I'll definitely be back!

Great check in! We were allowed to check in an hour early, which is always great. Comfortable bed, clean room. Would definitely stay here again! Only thing was the flagpole clanging outside our window most of the night, but it was a very windy day and just where our room happened to be.

We started off at another hotel in Battle Creek and it was nothing like what was on Expedia. We didn’t feel safe, the room was dirty. We weren’t even there 10 minutes and we left. We then found Courtyard! This hotel is amazing! The staff was very friendly, our room was very clean and very nice. We will definitely be back here.

The rooms appeared clean enough and were comfortable. The shower head in the room I had was not working properly and would spray everywhere. The bathroom door also would not close because it was not aligned correctly. The exercise room smelled like fecal matter and was unusable. The facility seemed like it should be clean, but, at the same time, it did not feel clean. The coffee was not refilled with service. Won't be my first choice on my next visit.

I travel to Battle Creek often and normally stay at another hotel. This trip they were booked, so went across the street to this hotel. GREAT stay!! I will always stay at this hotel now going forward. The staff is A and having a Starbucks in the lobby is an extra bonus!!!
