Easy and quick check-in process. Enjoyed the view from the room and quiet. Occasional train horn would honk. Room and bathroom were clean, but water pressure could have been little stronger. VERY BAD / NON-EXISTENT WIFI in our room. But overall good experience.

The hallways and rooms have a smelly mildew odor. The room was dirty. The staff was mean and uncompromising. I ask to change rooms and she said they had no more rooms just use air spray. I checked out the same day and they will not refund my money

I was very happy with the stay at this hotel. As soon as I opened the door I knew I was going to like it! It has a wonderful fresh smell, it wasn't strong it was a very nice scent. The room was clean and very comfortable. There were a few stains on the carpet but that comes with wear and tear of a public business. I highly recommend this hotel. We didn't have time for breakfast but it did smell good!

The sink faucet is broken, no cold water, only hot water, and the carpeting on the floor has an odor. Wifi is sometimes not working, which disrupts my work.

First, I would like to start off with staff was great stay was not. We have been battling back-and-forth through the hurricane and found a great deal with a two bed and sofa pullout suite which would be great for my family of five this is what we expected when we got there, but that was not the case. Upon check-in, I went and inspected the room with my family and realized that there was a pullout sofa. . Upon check-in, I went and inspected the room with my family and realized that there was a sofa a big deal. It wouldn’t have been a big deal before, but due to the fact that we’ve been all over the place for the last couple days, I could not be OK with spending money on some thing that I did not reserve. I did go ahead and ask if she could do anything because the room we booked was not the same as what we received. She proceeded to let me know that there was no more rooms. It was completely sold out, and I completely understand, that being said there was no alternative options given to me. The only other thing was to get a refund from Expedia. It took about an hour to complete in the timeframe. Family stood in the room. We did not disturb in the room because I did not want the fact of getting a refund, especially in this time when we really need it , long story short, it was heavy crime. It was the effort was not put in place to accommodate, which was a bit upsetting. Would I come back is the question? Absolutely not I don’t highly recommend this hotel for family at all.

Well we had to stay here due to a storm knocking out my power for a week. I chose this hotel because we also have a furry family member and they allow dogs. After I booked it, I called to confirm they had power and I could bring my dog and was told yes. I get there to check in and was told by the lady checking me in, I couldn’t have my dog. THEN after I questioned that and was told someone told me I could, she said yes, but you have to pay a deposit. Well, yes, I didn’t question having to pay a deposit which is typically how it is when you have your pet with you in a hotel. Then the next day, my family, dog included, were leaving for the day, someone stopped and asked me if I had a room there and that, “Oh” she thought I had checked out the day before. Like, what?! I just did not feel very welcomed there. Hurricane or not, we will not be staying here again. Positive-nice sized room/bathroom for my family

I liked the larger size of our room. Having 2 beds and a fold out couch was good for us. Our room was nice. Two minor things were not good. Our room was not ready when we checked in. We had to wait several minutes for the maid to get out of the room. Also the hotel did not have any water source in the dining/lounge area. The only way to get water was to pay for bottled water. Most places we stay offer water in a fountain or dispenser and dont expect you to pay for it.

I left a different nearby hotel that was terrible and kept my fingers crossed. This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was clean, comfortable and cool. Wonderful night sleep after the no sleep/no A/C experience the night before. Very pleased. I'll be back on future trips

We had requested an extra blanket before checking in. When we got there we’re told there wasn’t an extra blanket in the whole hotel. The room was freezing no matter what the thermostat was set at so we had to turn it off altogether. Unsatisfactory.

Stayed 3 nights and here’s the issues: The hallways were very hot and smelled like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Had to ask for housekeeping services because they skipped us on Sunday morning. We did not have do not disturb sign out and were gone for all of the morning hours. When we asked for afternoon services the desk “couldn’t guarantee it”. I asked at 1 PM for it to happen at 3:30 PM as we needed to get ready for an event but because housekeeping left at 5 they said they might not be able to get to it. They came in and made the bed which is about it. Breakfast was subpar and the stations and tables were dirty. The attendant was present but not concerned. Doors were broken upon return after 11pm. Had to pry them open at the front desks instructions. The room was the only bright spot of the stay. Bed was comfortable, everything was clean and neat upon arrival, and room a/c was great. If management could clean the service and cleanliness of the common areas, this would be a great place to stay. Location is good and safe. Just an average hotel.

I must admit, other reviews had me nervous before I arrived. However, once there, everything was great. The front desk folks were cordial, the room was very clean and neat. My wife will "white glove" check every hotel we stay in, and this room was very clean. Comfortable bed. Several restaurants you can walk to and many other shopping & dining minutes away

Front Desk Staff did their job well, the problem was the facility. When we arrived, we were given a room on the 3rd floor, and the elevator was broken. Once in the room, getting ready to sleep, we pulled the sofa bed, and the mattress was stained and smelled bad. I requested to have the mattress replaced, and the one they brought “looked” clean, but then my son complained about a worse smell. I checked and the mattress smelled like concentrated urine. At that point I decided to just have him sleep with my wife and I slept on the floor. The night attendant looked bothered when we asked to have the mattress replaced so I was not going to go through it again. Just leaving this review for everyone to be aware.
