The hotel is very old. The photos on Expedia does not match what you’d expect in person. The front desk staff are incredibly rude and do not treat guests well. They act like they’re being bothered if you come up. In general this place must have been a great hotel 25 years ago but it’s not worth staying at. Save your money and go stay in a different city close to a Antalya . I tried calling Expedia twice to move me to a different location and a newer hotel.

The kids enjoyed the slides and the arcade a lot. The family room is very nice and spacious but the beds are not comfortable at all, there was thin blankets for covers so we kept asking for comforters that we didn’t get until the 3rd day. We had to ask for replenishing the cotton buds, water and coffee inside the room. The walls are so thin so you can hear cars on the streets while sleeping and the neighbors arguments as if they were with you. It’s not a beach front hotel, we took a shuttle bus to go to the beach very close by but that was not a problem. Very few of the staff speak english and the last day a member of the staff was very rude to us because we were a bit late to check out.

Crystal sunset was a lovely resort. The food was gorgeous. The buffet was so extensive that we found ourselves spoilt for choice. They have a Turkish day on Thursday and the traditional dishes on offer were mouth watering. Facilities were excellent. Had no trouble with anything. Relaxed and enjoyed to the max.

Great hotel, lovely room, excellent food (choice and quality), nice pool (little cold), great slides, close to beach and shops.Kids club was a great space/layout, but the guy running it was rude (including to kids) and disinterested (preferred to be on his phone) - would be a great facility with someone half decent. Some of the waiting/cleaning staff were nice, but entertainment staff on the whole very poor and customer service from reception and certain other staff non-existent - e.g. my 5 year-old’s ice cream fell off his cone onto the floor and the girl refused to serve him another one (despite it being an all-inclusive hotel and him being in tears holding an empty ice cream cone...).Worst staff I’ve ever seen or experienced while on holiday - however if you ignore / look past that, the hotel itself is fantastic.

I did not like this hotel for so many reasons. First, our reservation was for a family room with a sea view but they gave us family room without any view. I will attach a photo of the view that we got. Moreover, they gave us only one key card when I asked for more they said they do not have any more. I spoke to the front disk regarding these issues. Unfortunately, they respond in a bad way That is what we have.

The hotel was good in overall. Only wish the staff paid more attention to our complaints. Our minibar was in really bad condition, and even though we requested it to be replaced they did nothing about it. It got over-heated, which of course is a fire hazard, so we turned it off. The didn't understand why and couldn't hear the difference in noise between our minibar and our friends healthy one. An accident by the pool area, where a toddler left both little dumps and skidmarks behind him, were taken care of with a dry broom. No antibacterial cleaning agent or water. I explained to the Manager what happened, and waited for them to return with a fresh mind on how to clean up the mess. It never happened. We never visited that side of the pool again. It's no use complaining about the WiFi since all turkish hotels are using the same shitty brand, Ruckus. Also, vacation with family shouldn't include social media, or the Internet whatsoever. Note to self; choose a smaller hotel next time.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. The food was fine, but too much of the same everyday. A friend who recommended it to us from her previous stay joined us there again on Sunday 2nd July. She noted that by comparison, they downscaled on the food fron her orevuous stay and the feee minibar items were very limited to soft drinks and water. The venue is ideal for families with young children as it has good facilities. But overall good value for money.
