It was wonderful, it was my birthday and they noticed and upgraded my room. We were also given $45 worth of vouchers for their restaurant/bar. We loved this hotel

Enjoyed the unique hotel. Restaurant was nice and decor was neat! Only negative comment is about the shower pressure. The hot water pressure was very low.
2.5
Enjoyed our stay very much! Easy to get to everything downtown, and the restaurant in the lobby was great. Will stay again next time we are in St. Louis.

We loved the 2 queen suite as we were traveling with a one year old who went to bed earlier. Really appreciated the separate sleeping area. Lots of space for our family of 4. Great location and easy to find. The crib they provided was very nice and clean, as was the rest of the room. We will return!

Beautiful hotel. Staff was very friendly

Very, friendly Front Desk and Parking crew. This hotel is in walking distance of many attractions including the arch. We felt comfortable and safe the two nights we stayed.

Staff were fantastic and the room clean and comfortable. Absolutely beautiful building. Room service wasn’t great for breakfast and pricey so keep that in mind if you plan on ordering.
2.5
Amazing service staff. We had a medical issue we were trying prevent and one of the staff members went above and beyond ensure we were taken care of. Rooms were comfortable.

Superb Hotel in the heart of the city. Very very clean with Hot Showers and cozy bedding. Great food at the restaurant to boot.

Enjoyed my stay at Magnolia. Room was nice, had everything we needed (including mini fridge). Location was great! In the Quarter but off of Bourbon and an easy walk to all the touristy spots. Nice courtyard for sitting and small pool. Our room was inside, so no street noise. Staff was friendly and helpful.
2.5
We went for a staycation while getting home repairs done. The hotel is charming... valet attendees were so kind also. A cute little coffee shop inside would be a cherry-on-top experience!
2.5
A very nice room. Walkable to the Arch, shops and the river.

We stayed here for a wedding reception in August on Labor Day Weekend. The Room was clean, The staff was friendly. We could walk to Restaurants, the St Louis Arch and the river front. It was a very nice hotel. The parking fee is outrageous at $48.00 per night with drive in drive out privileges. The on Site restaurants were quite good.

Not a bad option overall for staying in downtown area. Reception staff very friendly and accommodating!
Hotel bar area is very nice, lobby overall has a nice look to it.
Rooms could be updated to match the look of the lobby.
Parking garage is not connected to hotel but only a block away.

The customer service was excellent, the location was superb, the room was immaculate, and the price was very reasonable.

Great area and wonderful staff!

Overall stay was ok, had some issues with water temperature, water pressure, and dining. Namely it is 30 for the breakfast when you add it on here, but it's $13 per person on site, and it's only continental. There's also no shop, so getting a drink or snack meant the bar had to be open. Overall was decent, also the parking was mad expensive

The only objective was the parking other than that room good staff very friendly and helpful and stay was great

Staff very accommodating.

Perfect location by Busch Stadium and the Arch

Great hotel. Comfy bed, loved the room set ups with the suites. Staff was super friendly. A few things i was a bit disappointed with, remote in sitting room did not work so struggled with tv. Shuffle board in common area could use some love. Overall seems silly and those were the only two things, but for being a nicer hotel and what we paid, it seems those are minor things that should be in better repair. Overall 10/10 for me. Was a great hotel for the value. And would stay again

The gentleman working the valet saved my day by letting me be the last car for the evening. The ladies at the front desk were so pleasant and helpful. In fact, all employees that I came into contact w were very helpful. Loved the room. If I ever see another concert at The Dome, I would gladly book another room with Magnolia.

The room, restaurant and staff were wonderful. We highly recommend the Magnolia.

A good place to stay in downtown St.Louis

No frills everything had to be paid for. I learned a lesson this trip. You could have had a microwave in the room and a coffee maker you can use. Not everyone like espresso
2.5
Only disappointment was not having vending machines or a snack station. Otherwise a very nice stay!

Our flight got in earlier than expected. We informed the staff and they allowed us to check in extremely early and even upgraded our room without question. Highly recommended!

Older boutique hotel. They did forget to restock the room before check in with towels and toilet paper. Then room service came after 5 in the evening on a Saturday. After being out most of the day we skipped it to relax instead of leaving the room. Would stay in again because it was pretty clean.

Very nice reception and checkin
