Very nice staff who allied early check in. The tools are spacious and have everything for an extended stay-large fridge, microwave, dishwasher and eating utensils. Location is good for getting around.

One of the trucks that was parked in the lot had their window broken into. Otherwise it seemed pretty safe.

When I checked in, I asked about the pool, mentioning that we were here for my son's birthday, specifically to use the pool. I was told by the clerk that the pool would be open in the morning, so all was fine until the morning came around and the pool was closed for remodeling. Not this was a scheduled/known closure of the pool, not a surprise maintenance issue. It was a part of an overall "pardon our dust" renovation project. BUT I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE OPEN BY THE STAFF, WHO KNEW THE POOL WAS THE ONLY REASON WE WERE THERE FOR MY KID'S BIRTHDAY.
Upon seeing the closure, I went to the front desk and mentioned it (a little annoyed, of course), and all I got from BOTH people at the desk (one seemed to be a manager) was a fake and half-mumbled "sorry". Nothing else. F**k that sort of customer relationship. Getting lied to one night and fully dismissed the next morning. Absolutely unconscionable behavior on the staff (all three of them). It literally made my (disabled) kid have a completely ruined birthday, on top of everything else. Even in the lobby (where the staff were present) he was visibly and audibly upset, while they were giving their half-mumbled fake "sorry". Just disgusting behavior.
This experience is absolutely something I'm going to be sharing far and wide on all my socials. It's just terrible how we were treated.

It's very disappointing when you reserve a room expecting a great stay especially with your family. Carpets are filthy the walls are disgusting. Mattresses where very uncomfortable. The window had no curtain to cover the outside lights. The worse part the bathroom. The water did not drain on the bathtub and the sink. I did inform the staff. Hair, mold big no no. Especially with kids.

The bedding was awesome room was large and clean but the traffic noise and AC noise was made it difficult to sleep.

It was in secured and homeless people around

The breakfast young lady was super big on customer service. The front desk ladies were a bit challenging with a medical rate, yet I understand they were doing their jobs. You can find million of ways to say “yes, let’s figure something out.”

It was nice.

The property is well located and is straight across the street from a hospital, a block or two from dining, Costco etc. It fronts a major road, like 20’ off it so there is commuter traffic noise

Beds were uncomfortable. Shower had rust around frame and rust on shower head.

The property could us a hot tub and to keep the pool a little warmer.

Stayed here multiple times, maintenence is very lacking. Fan was broke in my room, nice to have to drown out the loud street. No tv controller.
2.0
The shower was ice cold and had to go to another room to shower on the second day after being ignored by the staff the first day

The property needs some attention. Seats in lobby ripped, walls by elevator damage, and bathrooms caulk need attention. The shelves in the kitchen were dusty. The bedside table lamps were broken. And overall, the walls are really thin and so the noise of others carry. I had to call the front desk at 1am to complain about the family next to me. The kids crying didn't bother me but they sounded like they were moving furniture.
The breakfast wasn't great. If you have dietary issues, do not stay here. They have breakfast sandwiches premade or breakfast bowls premade so if you have dietary restrictions you could deconstruct the food but you will have cross contamination. I asked if they switch up the breakfast items and was told no. This is what is given to us and we heat it up. Our last day, the area was messy and no one was attending to it.
The pillows are extra soft so you have to ask for firmer pillows.
The individuals working seemed nice but this hotel was not the standard I expected for Hilton Home 2 Suites based on other properties I have stayed at. Much needed reno needed.

Nice facilities. Safe area. Noisy because of traffic.

If you are a light sleeper request a room on the parking lot side. Street noise is not the hotel's fault, but you could minimize the stress by requesting a certain side of the building.

Noisy street. Hotel and rooms were clean, coffee was above average for a hotel. Breakfast was OK.

The room was nice and had everything I needed. Lots of food options nearby. I would stay again.

Great location, comfy beds. Room and hotel was clean. Price was good especially since there is a kitchenette.

The property was nice but noisy. For the most part it was pretty clean but the exhaust fan didn't work. The cleaning was ok there was residual hair in the shower drain. The staff was great though.

Area around sink and shower was not cleanp

It was a little frustrating that I had prepaid for a room with two queen beds and hide a bed. But when I got there they only had a king and hide a bed.
Said the system over booked. Had to have a kid sleep on floor. Felt they should have at least given us a discount. Other than that it is a Perry nice hotel.

Staff very friendly and helpful, room clean with modern decor. Enjoyed our stay!

The road noise is absolutely terrible. My room wasn't very clean. The shower would not turn off all the way, so all night I had to listen to running water. Luckily, at least there was a noise machine in the room to help with the street noise.

This place was nice the check in staff was so friendly!!! But the couch in the room was disgusting!!! It had ripped cushions was so stained up! The bathroom was surface level clean but looked like it could use a deep clean!!

Room was facing state street with street lamp right outside. Room was so bright and noisy at night; needs better drapes for better light and sound prevention.

The property and location are great. Except for the room not been cleaned during the stay and Pillows smelled filthy.

My granddaughter had a dance competition it was close to the venue and was a great place to stay.

Staff was great, clean rooms, lots of storage in the rooms. Hated the location. Very noisy behind right on state street and near the hospital.
10.0
The property itself is fine for a place to stay a night if you don't mind constant excessive traffic noise. There were also some unique domestic issues that occured in the middle of the night with a couple screaming at eachother in our hallway and people had access to the pool from the outside door without it appearing to be locked - a couple of which looked/acted to not be sober. We could hear the folks above us running around their room and same with people in the hallway. Unsure if the rooms are just not well insulated against noise. The staff were very nice and the room was a good size - we had a 2 queen suite. We did agree that it wasn't the right place for us to stay next time we are in that area - but more because of the noise and surroundings.
