Staff are polite and always eager to help. Hotel is not close to the main city area but it is very easy to get Grab transport to travel out! The view outside the window is gorgeous. Would love to stay here again if I ever go to Bandung again.

Hotel is new and refreshing. Staff is very friendly and speak english. Room is new, nicely decorated. Bed is comfortable and bathroom very clean. There is adequate spread for breakfast and restaurant is cosy.

Breakfasf can be improved. Hand towels should be provided in the rooms. Everything else was great. I especially enjoyed the room view. Clean, comfortable and easy stay.

Room was perfect! But somehow I wonder how mosquito was in my room. Called front office and they said housekeeping personal will come. It seems to took them "forever" to come, so i called front office and ask them why are the housekeeping personal taking so long, yet I seems to replied my problem to front office 3 times until they finally come to my room in 30 mins or so. It seems that they did not recorded down my complain in their system or either miscommunication could happen as their English was not up to standard. Secondly the standard of a 4 star hotel service at Terrance Cafe was not professional as staff was totally not polite, no smile, no greeting and just giving a straight face to guests. They seems to be so arrogance.

My 1st trip with my 3 girls. Feel safe even though we are all girls, had the pool to ourselves. The staff were polite, friendly and efficient. The only thing is the breakfast should include more varieties.

I found this hotel to be excellent, if only there were no noisy kids running around the alley on the 6th floor at 11 pm when me and my wife want to get some good rest after our tiring journey around Bandung. I have reported this to the hotel staff and I think they should have done better to overcome this problem for the sake of other guests who want to take rest as well. Not to mention how some people talks loudly at that time on the same place as the kids. This condition was really annoying.This hotel provides delicious breakfast with complete variations on their serving. However, the rooftop swimming pool is good, but the necessities was less satisfying, such as the damaged board to be used by kids and the lack of tools to be used to keep swimming in the small pool as a fun activities for adult.

Overall this is an excellent hotel, the staffs very friendly, room very clean, breakfast very good, karaoke room is good, swimming pool also good, but for such a 4 star hotel this hotel does not have enough parking spot. The hotel is close to FO, etc in the city.

The hotel room was quite disappointing. It was uncarpeted and the housekeeping does not mop the floor daily after cleaning. The glass panel wasnt cleaned daily and tissue wasnt replenished daily. The buffet breakfast has poor selection/variety - bread served was stale on the 1st and 2nd day but was fresh on the 3rd day. There was no aircon everywhere in the hotel making the outdoors cooler than indoors.
