The room was great and very clean, we truly enjoyed our stay and the accommodations were nice.

I was disappointed with this extremely overpriced stay. The photos online don’t match the actual room. It appears the rooms may have been modernized a long time ago, but my room showed significant wear and tear. The walls had multiple cosmetic imperfections, and near the door, things were falling apart, with wallpaper peeling off. There was no hot water in the kitchen sink, and the cooktop and closet door tracks were both rusty, which made the room feel unclean. The space itself was overcrowded—a small 10x12 room crammed with a couch, coffee table, queen bed, and kitchenette—making it feel cramped and uncomfortable.
The manager was kind enough to let me store my bag on the last day, but to be honest, the price I paid (nearly double what I usually pay for stays on the same block) was far from worth it. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless they make significant improvements and bring down their prices considerably. Additionally, hidden fees at checkout pushed the total to an unreasonable amount.

My 1 week stay at Dream Inn was pleasant. Customer service was great if any issues occurred & for towel service. I was in #9 which was quite small BUT clean. A plus for me. The perks were the table games beach chairs umbrella dishes cookware toiletries & easy check in. My only discomfort was i pd for a room that was believed to be and the bed. Nevertheless great location to beach a few steps. Ill be back

Communication was easy! The check in was so smooth as well as the check out. The owner would ask every so often if we needed anything. Great location!

Stay there during the Tortuga music festival very clean and the staff was more than helpful especially Nicole! Will definitely recommend to family and friends when they come for a visit!

My room had a fridge and microwave. The location is safe. It's only two or three minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. There is a Marriott close by which offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a fee. The room had clean white bed sheets. The room had a TV and a table with two chairs. The bathroom caulking needs to be replaced, but other than that it was a nice stay.

This may be the perfect location for a budget conscious traveler like myself. Dream Inn is a fully updated hotel from the 1940s that ticks all my wants and needs.
-Tile Floors (a must in Florida where carpet just nets nasty & full of bugs and sand.) Means the property is very easy to keep clean.
- Location. It's only steps from the boardwalk and Hollywood Beach - but north of the larger resorts & commercialized area that produces the noise. This means the property is quiet at night AND the beach isn't sun-blocked via tall buildings mid to late afternoon!
- Dog friendly.
- Kitchenettes / hot plates / Courtyard with gas grill, gas fire pit and tables. Makes it easy to save $$$$ by cooking own meals. Going out to eat for a couple in the area can easily run $50 to $100 per meal with tip. Dream Inn offers most everything you need to avoid such costs.
- Near Dr. Von D. Mizell-Eula Johnson State Park. Only $6 to enter. Amazing beaches and features.
- Kobie (tireless on-site property manager) is awesome and very helpful. He keeps the property spotless and is a font of knowledge about the local area.
- Plenty of hot water & strong wifi. We've stayed at places with bad water pressure, little hot water and/or spotty to non-existent wifi. Dream Inn has them all in spades.
-On-site parking ($20/day). It's a bit cramped, and a bit of an adventure getting back onto the road given the blocked view by the hedge, but still nice to have!

The staff was amazing and catered to our needs. The guy in the office made sure we had everything we need and check to make sure our stay was pleasant. The only thing was the bed. It needs to be replaced asap. It has no support for 2 adult. Other thank that great place and for the price this is a win. Definitely coming back

This property is actually located in Hollywood Beach. The onsite person was very friendly and greeted us on arrival. The room was clean, and the air conditioning kept it comfortable, but overall rather shabby for the price we were charged. This is a very small operation so no special amenities. They did have a small area in back to barbeque and several picnic tables, but not my scene. There is a stove, refrigerator and microwave, but older. It was about a block to beach and broadwalk, but for the price we ended up paying, I would NOT stay there again. There were fees and taxes added on that pushed this price over $200 per day. Could have stayed elsewhere at a nicer place for not much more. Not a good value for me. I guess if you want to walk to the beach and don't care about price and ambiance go for it. The bed was comfortable but nno lamps by bed or couch, curtains were not black out so sun woke us up early.. Rooms look much better in pictures than they actually are. Bathroom was very small and tile was old. Not ADA compliant.

Needed a hair dryer and they accomodated. Nicole and Kobi are awsome people very attentive and freindly , house keeping available at a 40 dollar daily fee if needed and parking is 20 dollars daily. Rooms arent so big but have everything you need. Fridge, microwave, keurig, Tv, Cable, window unit worked great. Super Clean room . 1 block from the beach what more could you ask for.

The property was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful.
However, the door lock was disabled and I had to contact the grounds manager each time I wanted lock or unlock the door. The parking was inconvenient and hazardous because it emptied directly into A1A. Also, there wasn't any heat in the room.

The woman at the counter had me waiting 10 minutes for her to finish whatever she was doing on the computer to start to check me in. I also had to get an Uber from the building I was staying at, to their main office. There was nowhere in any email from Hotels.com, the message from them, or my booking email that said I need to go to that main office first. They state where the main office is, but they do not make it clear that you have to go to that building first to get checked in. The woman at the counter was very rude and short saying everyone knows that. I showed her the email saying there is no sentence saying that I need to go to a different building. I asked for transportation back to my building by way of the golf carts outside, she first said is only for employees. I asked her after the 30 minute check-in process again if I can get a ride to the building being as though I had to pay for an Uber to get here…she then said that the golf cart is broken. Which one is it? The woman was very rude about the entire check-in process even when I showed/proved to her there is no wordage in any of these emails saying I need to go to that building. I did have to end up getting another Uber to the building I was staying, absolutely ridiculous, I will be sending an email to any email listed on their website because the check-in process was horrible, and had to spend an extra $15 on the round trip Uber. Oh and the pool/breakfast are all located at different buildings.

I did not get the room I rented on line, was given option to change to a closer room to the beach with same price and same layouts but was not so. Room only had a small microwave and fridge no kitchenette. Overall place was dirty and under kept, staff was awesome.

I wish we would have just spent more to get a nicer place. You have to pay for a $20 parking pass right when you get there or you will get towed, plus there is an additional fee of $16 added at check in. We should have just spent the extra $36 to get a nicer place. The bathroom had pubes laying in it, and in the shower. The bed was like laying on a sheet of plywood. The one thing I will say was nice is the breakfast, lots of options for being a cheap hotel.

The place is as pictured (Dream Inn). Basic amenities, the stove is not the cleanest, it had plates, bowls, some pots and pans, and a single butter knife. Microwave was a little dirty but not bad enough not to use. Toaster had been used, and dirty sponges were left. When we arrived, granted it was early, the room had not been cleaned and we asked housekeeping who mopped, changed the sheets & linens, trash, and the sinks appeared clean. The tv, dressers, and table were not dusty. It wasn’t anything fancy- it was as expected for the price. We (couple) stayed 5 nights and had no issues with privacy and a broom was left for sand. Bed was comfortable and it had a nice location for a short walk to the beach. One street down from the boardwalk with access to the beach there.

Our window view was a garbage dump with a bright reflector light aiming at us all night. Couldn’t get a wink of sleep.
The address is about 9 BLOCKS from check in counter. Not good when you have to haul heavy suitcases.
They gave us a room but key pad code didn’t work.
Were not able to explain the surcharge on my bill.
It was a complete disaster! Don’t even want to go back to Florida thanks to this crappy “hotel”.

We were staying for 4 days and we never had cleaning service, I never even saw a housekeeper near our room, they broke our car window which give us a terrible experience with the rental company, they sale parking tickets but there’s no space to park and if u park in the street they still giving u a ticket, I booked for one specific hotel and they just put in another one, no sense, Worst experience ever, I hope I don’t have to stay there again

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
The ladies at the check-in counter are very rude and nasty with every body.
(I was there waiting for my turn and witness the way they talked to other people.)
My experience -
I called to ask if I can have an early check-in, they say yes come to the front desk.
They don’t have an organized process and while I was waiting to be called people that arrived after me went straight to then without waiting for their turn. I approached the counter to let them know I was there first waiting for my turn in line but the hotel clerk did not care and told me in a very nasty way
“I am busy you have to wait, the check-in is at 4pm you can leave and come back later if you don't want to wait”
she did not even let me tell her that I have called before showing up and not only that. I was there first, she just ignored me, look at me in a very rude way and tell me again Check in is at 4pm and I am
busy.
This is a centralized help desk for most of the hotels in hollywood beach. No matter what hotel you are staying you will deal with these 2 women at the customer service in Hollywood Beach Hotels at 1915-North-Ocean-Dr-33019
I also had issues at the room with the toilet, it didn’t have enough water pressure to flush.
I will definitely not stay here again nor on any of the hotel that belongs to the same owner.
The only positive review is that the hotel is right there at there beach.
