Place was disgusting would never stay there again should be paying me to stay there

I was sleeping in the room and I found a cockroach on my neck and ended up sleeping in my car.

Hotel was great. We went in summer, since it’s off season there was no staff there. There are codes in every door. I thibk we were the only ones there. Overal is was nice and clean but the beds are very squeaky, uncongortable and way too small for 2 people.

Very close to where we needed to be, so convenient. This is an older property. The locks on both the door to the hall and the door to the parking lot were not secure. The beds were clean. The fridge and microwave, too. The sink faucets would need a scrubbing. The bathroom tiles would need to be re-grouted.

Lit comfo

This was a convenient place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable but most of the place needs some renovation. And this old, rusting away van in the parking lot, plus the weird owner's patio with stuff piled under a tarp. Not attractive at all...

Stay was great. Electricity went out for 15mins within an hour of us checking in. But other than that all went well. Would say that the bathroom doesnt have a vent. 9/10 stay though. Would recommend as a place to relax after a day of exploring Quebec.

Not clean at all

House keeping should be greatly improved. Shower curtain stained from soap residue, towels smelled not so good. Dust accumulation in some places, switch plate dirty. You get the picture !

Clean, quiet and the staff was excellent. Gas and food right closeby.

Stayed one night after driving 7 hours. Too expensive for what we got. Room was extremely outdated and bed was so uncomfortable. Only had one towel in the bathroom. Went down to ask for more and he apologized and promptly returned with more. We were happy that it was quiet for the night.

Outside property should be cleared and cleaned up. Looked like abandoned vehicles on the property filled with junk.

Some things were a little outdated . (Tables and showers) but all in all for $99 plus tax I was very happy with the room accommodations and the close by amenities. 😁

Our room was HUGE! We were very impressed!

I had opportunity to review 4 different rooms at this property. All were very very dirty. All had unclean walls, and I don't usually look at walls but it kinda hard to miss when it is a light color wall in a small batthroom with 10 or 12 mosquitos smashed against the wall. That got me looking at the walls in all the rooms. Dirt on the floor, trash under the bed and small bits of track in the corners. items frozen in the freezer. AC filters so unclean the dust on them was like a layer of felt nearly 1/8 inch thick. So much dust on the baseboards there was a dark line around the rooms. I showed the manager the dirt and he wasn't concerned. One manager did at least clean the filters but only because I handed them to her. Otherwise her attitude was what do you want me to do about them? If anyone doubts, I have pictures.

Not well maintained

They did not hold our reserved room. We booked two beds and upon arrival only one bed was available. Room was clean.

I stayed for only one night, arrived late, the room was clean, that was all I was looking for, cannot comment on any other aspect of the amenities.

We stayed two nights. Arrived late the first night and had a good rest. When we arrived the second night after being gone all day to a music festival, the room had not been cleaned, no fresh towels, bed unmade. When I called the front desk to report the problem, they said to come down and get fresh towels. Not acceptable at 11 pm.

Outside of the property was below average. Inside was ok. Rooms were clean. Linens and towels were old, but clean. The room did its job. I was able to sleep.

Not the cleanest. Needs update. Expensive for the type of low end motel.

The staff were very warm and welcoming. Only complaint was the mattresses wernt very nice to sleep on. All we could feel and hear were springs under us. Other then that, it was okay

I was told by the individual at the front desk that “we charge your card because sometimes people leave blood and oil on the sheets and in the rooms and it is for a cleaning charge” i was told to park out back so that i could see my car from my room. There were no plugs in the bathroom for hair dryers or straighteners. All in all a bad experience and i would not recommend this hotel

A bad experience. Sink leeking, very stuffy, uncomfortable bed and not that clean. Very surprise this property in suggested by expedia.

Basic

Propre, mais pas de service en français, pas de mouchoirs dans la chambre.

The rooms are big and clean. The motel has easy access to Hwy 20. The only negative is our room was directly over the bar and it was quite loud when we were trying to sleep and people were leaving the bar and talking outside.
