Except for the location which is right next to Lake Como, there is not much reason left to select this hotel. Old, very small rooms (once your suitcase is on the floor - and that’s where it will need to be - you’ll need to hop over it to reach the window), even smaller bathrooms (if you are taller than 1,85m you’ll have a hard time taking a shower). Our room was described as having a “balcony” which was a 30cm wide extension of the window, no room to sit. The carpet in our floor was showing its many decades of use; stains, smells and simply not a place I’d walk barefoot. I wish I could have anything positive to say about the room but I don’t. We paid for 2 nights as booked, but ended up staying only 1. The staff was friendly and the dinner was tasty.

Good hotel with lots of charm in a quiet area on the lake . Only negative is the check in staff they are not friendly at all and seem. It to like their job ! I guess they don’t understand they have jobs because of the guests who visit . I heard property was sold will be renovated in near future .

This is not a value for money option. You pay for a quite old facility with a poor quality interior. Though, the location is just superb, in the very heart of the resort with a lot of nice places and restaurants all around.

was charged a much more expensive price. The hotel blamed Expedia and Expedia blamed the hotel. Nobody could fix the problem.. so both the hotel and Expedia were wrong and nobody cared to help. Won’t use either again.

The room was small but comfortable with a balcony overlooking the lake which was the highlight of our stay. Bed and pillows were comfi too.
But the best part was the people; very nice and attend. We had an electric vehicle which were given a parking adjacent to hotel and we just gave them the key and they will put it to charge. They printed our boarding passes for our return flight. They gave us recommendation where to eat good local food.
We had a great time in our 2 nights stay.

We had the most amazing 2 nights at Hotel Miralago, this is such a beautiful hotel in a great location, wonderful views.
Hotel is on the older side but you don’t mind when the staff are so friendly and it fits in with the aesthetics of the lake! You wouldn’t want modern here!

The location is absolutely perfect. Right on the water with several dining options, shops, cafe’s within a few steps. The building is beyond charming. Staff was so kind, attentive and gracious. Met our every need with a smile.

Our room was not clean. There were dog hairs all over the bed, both on and under the sheets, dead bugs inside the picture frames, and a thick layer of dust covering the top and back of the (non-functioning) refrigerator. The carpet needed vacuuming. There is a hole in the bathroom wall with exposed wires.
The entire hotel needs an update and a deep cleaning. It is barely a 3-star. There is no way it deserves a 4-star rating.

We loved the niceness of the manager who gave us a beautiful room with the best view of the lake. The restaurant had amazing breakfast and lunch. Thank you for making our stay lovely. We live in NZ so it was a bucket list to visit lake como.

Great location on a lake and close to the boat dock where all the boats to Bellagio and Como stop. Breakfast is lovely, the restaurant downstairs is with a view of the lake, very romantic! The staff is very helpful! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The peach smell from the trees blooming, the shimmer of the lake, the cappuccino mornings… this was the most incredible stay we have ever had the privilege to experience.
We were heartbroken to leave, what a place, what a family and what an absolute blessing of a hotel.

Quaint hotel, rooms are smaller and somewhat more dated than the price would suggest. Airconditioning is very noisy, and beds are not comfortable.
However staff are very pleasant, and the restaurant was very good for dinner and breakfast.
Parking was also easy.

The view of the lake was beautiful here. It's conveniently located by the dock so we had easy pick up for a boat tour and right by the water taxi. Even though the area was a little busier being by the dock, I didn't find it to be noisy at all. The breakfast was nicely set up and we had delicious options. The staff was friendly and accommodating helping answer our questions about nearby things to do, where to go, and giving an extra N95 mask when we needed one for the water taxi.

Hotel Miralago is in the perfect location, steps from the Cernobbio ferry terminal. We had a gorgeous balcony overlooking the lake. There are some great restaurants in the neighborhood as well just steps away. Breakfast was fantastic as well. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was beautiful. The room was not gigantic but sufficient and the breakfast was delicious. Raphaella was super helpful and she spoke English which was very nice. Parking was easy and the location was the best. Hotel Miralago is 2 stops from Como Center or an hour walk. Como center is an awesome shopping experience. Of all the cities that we have been to we liked the shopping at Como the best!
