The property is just good for sleeping or just to leave things and go out for sea activities. The place reminds me of cheap hotels in the metropolis. But the staff is very accommodating and even helped us to contact our transportation. Thumbs up to the cute chubby receptionist. Thanks a lot!

It is accessible to many establishments & near the shore.
But it would be better if breakfast is included because the price is a little expensive.

Room is too small, no amenities in the room, no wifi available on the rooms only of the lobby and phone reception is so bad you cant use your phone inside the facility... our toilet was block after being used twice.. i know it was a budget hotel but i would rather pay a little bit more to have a better places to stay.

Very helpful and friendly staff, 1 min from white beach, big fan room with clean bathroom and warm shower. Very cheap for Boracay!

Definitely no comeback for us. The aircon was broken . We didn’t sleep properly specially on our last day . The fridge was broken too . The owner/manager was hard to deal with. She keep asking how much the rate when we did the booking to make sure that we paid the exact amount because they haven’t had the booking from wotif for long time. That’s why she doesn’t want us to check in early until it appears to her bank the amount that she expected. I said to her you should remove from wotif website your hotel so people don’t book it . Than we get disappointed when we get here. The staff was friendly though

Hotel staff was kind, but amenities were poor. Had to ask for more toilet paper every day.

Central location. 2 minute walk to White Beach and its many shops and restaurants. A little run down and slight ant problem. Cheap and comfortable so cannot complain.

The hotel is not too far back from the beach and the staff (especially Jazz) was very friendly. That is about all that can be said on the positive side. There were 6 of us travelling and we booked 3 superior rooms. None of these "superior" rooms had a window, and entering the rooms felt more like entering a solitary confinement cell than a hotel room.I would recommend you spend a bit more money and book a nicer place.

Booked a fan room. Room had no windows. Well there was a window that opened to the hallway. There were two fans but it was 45C in the room with 99% humidity. I had to check out and move to another hotel.
If you can stand the extreme heat, room and hotel were fine. It was small but everything was there. Hotel location is great too. But rooms with no A/C are no go.
