No hot water! Dirty bed sheets. Don't waste your money, there are much better options nearby.

I tried to contact the property before arrival and both methods of communication there was no response. The phone number didnt even exist although they say before arrival to let them know you will be arriving 24 hours or more.
When you try and follow their check in instructions and there is no response it becomes frustrating.

I just waste money and time to this hotel, he said they have locker storage for luggage is nothing or liar and the property owner is giving you a different room is not the same room you book and he said i have to pay again for additional because the kid age is said is adult but when you book is kid age, what a waste money to this hotel, dont go to this hotel

The stay was okay despite hair dryer and TV remote control not working. Room was cleaned daily. Most importantly, the location is next to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR.

i booked a five-bed bedroom to stay with my friends during the national holidays. The beds were a bit too short, the hotel itself was a bit hard to find, the check-in process was not described anywhere so i had to fingure it out myself. but u know what, those were the only complains i had and every other thing wes just perfect. Starting at the location which was exactly 10 steps aways from subway, 50 steps from ISquare, a famous shopping center in Tsim Sha Tsui. The room was clean, showerroom was large enough, and the house keeper was nice, but not too friendly. What i hated most and liked best at the same time was how hard, or challenging for some one, the check-in process was. A friend of mine recorded a video of me leading them to the hotel, ringing the bell, and talking to the keeper via a phone before she poped up out of nowhere to hand me the keycard. For them the whole process was of MI3 or what u see in a detective movie.overall, the only main possible downside was the checkin process and how hard the hotel to be found. I loved every bit of it, like how they alligned the beds, the tiny but useful showwerroom, towels provided and changed every day, and most importantly the location and price. u are gonna get a big bang for your bucks.

We were a bit wary when we arrived at the building. It seems a bit dingy and over crowded. But once we found the Mira Inn (which was quite difficult actually) we were happy to find the room very clean and free drinking water in the hall!! The room was VERY small but I think thats quite normal for Hong Kong. Over all, I would highly reccommend a stay here if your in HK for a couple days. Its super close to the MRT so easy to get anywhere you need in the city.

The room is clean like a hotel. It is small but still feeling comfortable, convenience for all the transportation. close by many shopping area and restaurants. Ten minutes walk to Tsim Sah Tsui Harbor.
Things need to be improved: room phone line and TV channel need to be ready before customer check in.
Overall, I will recommend to my friends

We had a wonderful experience at Mira inn. The location is great, the room is comfortable and has everything you need. We are a family of 4 and it was just perfect for us. It was perfectly cleaned, fresh and shiny. The staff so kind and helpful! Thank you very much Nicole and everyone. We will come back fore sure!

The stay was overall pleasant. Convenient location, basic facilities and services available. Room was small, and some amenities like the tap and air-conditioner were not working very well. However, the staff was friendly and the room service was great.

My reviews are never based on unrealistic expectations. We stayed here over Chinese New Year. Obviously the price was higher over the holiday but still very reasonable. Hostels wanted 4x what we paid for a private room which was less than $320 USD total for 6 nights in downtown HK (walkable area, including the ferry to HK island and right beside an MTR) during the biggest holiday of the year. No, its not a 4 star hotel and we did not expect it. Yes, its small, but all the budget hotels in the mansions like this are. We were happy to have a space beside the bed to walk thru. The hotel looked like it had been fairly recently updated. April was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was standard setup - all in one and pretty small, but it was clean and the hot water worked perfectly (you just have to remember to turn it on a few min before). We watched the parade literally right outside the mansion entrance. The guys selling stuff outside did not bother us that much. It was annoying but I never felt threatened or unsafe. Just ignore them. You get this wherever you go whether you stay here or not. Theres an elevator right outside the hotel door which is not crowded like the main one. Easier to get on, the main one was usually full whenever it stopped on the 8th floor. I would stay in our little room again! It was cozy and will be a lasting memory.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the double room for 7 days and 6 nights. We were allowed to have an early check-in at 10AM. The double room was very clean and cozy and better than most HK inns/hostels. The sheets were clean. Towels (which were changed daily), shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hair dryer were provided. Hot and cold shower is functional. Free water, free coffee and hot chocolate. The location was good as it is in the very heart of TST. The staff (Ms Charlotte)) was very friendly and accommodating. Check-out time is at 11:30am, so she allowed us to leave our bags at the common area (chained and secured) while we do our last minute shopping and kill time before we head to the airport. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. I would definitely choose to stay there again the next time I visit HK. As a matter of fact, I already suggested the place to friends and family who plan on going to HK.
