The property is very clean. Only thing is that they did not have refrigerated air for your stay. So if staying in the summer the rooms are hot and they do not cool off too good with evaporated air. Beds are a little hard but some people like that. The staff is very nice and will get you what you need.

The administrator are deceiving and dishonest. They will denied previously made reservations in order to refuse the anticipated room fees. This generate a new reservation to increase the rate and illegally pounder financial gains. I Do Not recommend this hotel. Stay way from the “State inn” besides it locks modern commodities. STAY AWAY from this place!

Overall my experience was positive- the Hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and polite, and the breakfast buffet is quite good. However the noise level is high due to heavy traffic on Ave. Technologico. I recommend windows with better insulation as well as the doors. Also a sound wall at the front of the Hotel would help.

Easy check in and check out. Nice rooms and good location, it's located in a big avenue with easy access.
They have a water and air station for your car at the hotel like the ones at gas stations.

First time that a hotel tells me that my payment through Expedia is not good. I had to pay cash because that money paid though Expedia was only a deposit that was going to be refunded once I left. My plans had to change due to the fact that I had to use that cash to pay for the hotel. Mexican banks will pay american dollars as they please, paying and refunds mean a lost of money. I work nights. Wanted to rest at the hotel but around 9 in the morning workers were doing the garden right in front of my room. I called the reception and they were asked politely to tell them to keep noise level low. They told me they would go talk to them but the noise never stopped. I had to leave the room before planed. To be honest it was really annoying. Clients are supposed to be priority not bushes...

This is a one star hotel. Motel 6 level or perhaps a notch below. This is a very basic, no frills hotel. The good: staff very nice, friendly and helpful but speak limited English. Rooms are decent size but not spacious. Free hot breakfast. The bad: location is horrible. It's on a major 6 lane highway and the road noise is terrible. There is basically nothing within walking distance besides an Oxxo next door. The only restaurant that is close enough to walk to is Pollo Feliz. Hotel is old. Rooms have musty odor. I stayed in rooms 102 and 118. Beds are rock hard. Heat didn't work. Safes didn't work. Water is not very hot. In order to take a hot shower I didn't have to turn on the cold water at all and it still wasn't that hot. Breakfast was not very good. There were some scrambled eggs with some cheap sausage mixed in. Refried beans. Some kind of cooked sliced peppers. Toast, pancakes, cold cereal and some sweet breads. The juice was horrendously cheap and way too sweet. Tasted like Tang using triple the recommended powder. I would only stay here as a last resort and only if I had earplugs.

It was a quick stay before getting on the Chepe train. It was a great room for the price. Clean and comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful.

Great looking with domed brick ceiling and many antiques. Beds are very hard and most rooms are only double beds. On the second night we changed to a king bed, but it still was hard

Because Hotels.com described this hotel as having an airport shuttle (plus being a good stay) I booked rooms here. When we arrived the hotel management was surprised to hear they had this service. The man at the desk was very pleasant but let us know we would have to get a cab. Since we didn't share a common language, I continued to believe there was some mistake. The manager was called. He arrived straight away with a big smile on his face, spoke English. Together we determined it was faulty wording on hotels.com website. Nonetheless this man (whose hotel was filled with conference attendees) got up before dawn the next morning to drive us to the airport. And he did it cheerfully! I am very very impressed. Plus it was a good sleep. The hotel was secure, clean, well-decorated and had lovely outdoor areas punctuated with antique gas pumps and other auto memorabilia. Breakfast is included.
