I arrived late and was greeted by a delightful and kind front desk staff member, who made my check-in experience pleasant. For her hospitality, I would give 5 stars. Unfortunately, that’s where the high points end. Although this hotel is relatively new, there were several issues that indicate a lack of upkeep and attention to cleanliness. A faint smell of mold lingered, and I noticed rust on the metal lamps. The bathroom vent also stopped working shortly after I began my shower, which added to the humidity and discomfort. Housekeeping, however, was the most concerning. I found towels from the previous guest left on the floor of the closet, and the shower floor was in need of a thorough cleaning with bleach and a scrub brush. To make matters worse, the bed was missing the duvet; only a coverlet was provided. At breakfast, I mentioned to the attendant that cream cheese, which requires refrigeration, was left at room temperature (not a hint of refrigeration). Despite her assurance that it was safe, I chose not to take the risk. I strongly recommend that corporate conduct a thorough retraining of the staff in both cleanliness standards and food safety. Without immediate improvements, this hotel risks losing its appeal and quality quickly.

The ladies at the front desk were great but the hotel room was terrible. The ceiling had a huge crack. The floor is caving in, in certain spots. The bathroom was filthy. The shower head was dirty and the elevator smelled like mold. The shower was so dirty we put a towel in the shower to step on just to shower. I guess you get what you pay for. Cheap is not better at all. I will not stay here again. Oh and some dogs got into a tussle and barking match with another dog on our floor.

An older motel showing its age. The room was clean, but the shower was mildew infested. The motel provided a list of TV stations, but it didn't correspond to what came on. The channel identifiers in the corner of the TV screen also didn't match up with the programming.

Stay here every couple of months, always quiet . Staff very helpful and friendly. Evidently housekeeping skipped this room other than making the bed. No tissue in bathroom, no coffee or cups and floor had not been vacuumed. Items were brought from front desk with apologies. Nothing bad enough not to stay again. Location is great. Price always competitive…. Breakfast is always good.

We were happy to find this hotel last minute before Hurricane Helene that would accommodate our 2 dogs. Rooms were older and carpet needed a good cleaning, but stay was adequate. I can't comment on the included breakfast. We skipped it.

The ladies at the front desk were very friendly & helpful! The only issue with any staff was hearing them cuss a couple times. Hotel was clean & the neighborhood seemed safe. But that’s where the good ended. The mattress was hard & so uncomfortable. It was several dogs there, I heard their owners taking them out ALL THROUGH THE NIGHT, one dog barked, another had something on it’s collar that jiggled the whole time they walked down the hall. It was people going in & out of rooms ALL NIGHT LONG! The doors were slamming shut, the elevator bell is loud. It was like the middle of the afternoon, at one point I looked at the clock & it was 4am. I got very little sleep. I would not stay here again.

No ice at either ice maker. Our room didn't have towels at all. Hotel ac was on the fritz. Second floor smelled heavily of weed and cigarettes. Hallway was so bad some little kids were waiting at the elevator with their shirts pulled over their faces. Girl at front desk was only one there on a Saturday evening and was swamped. She handled it very well, though.
