Do not stay here! The only plus was the wonderful staff. Nothing worked. No fan in bathroom, no mini fridge, no volume on TV. The AC unit was so high up on the wall i had to go outside to find a stick long enough to click it on. Bed was comparable to a fold out couch mattress. Very uncomfortable.

Check-in time was 3p, we arrived around 630p, room wasn’t ready. Stated she “fell asleep.” Then told us that the room would still not be ready for another 30 minutes. Again, this was already after 3p check-in time. Meanwhile, her sister came into town and surprised her and her meet and greet was more important than getting us into a room sooner rather than later. The significance of this poor review, is that we had been a long road trip, on a motorcycle, 1100 miles. We were an hour and a half away from home and was exhausted. This was our last night to get rested and get home the next day. Then, plumbing was bad in the shower. You couldn’t take a shower long enough before the tub starting filling up because the pressure(not complaining on that part) was so hard that it filled the tub quicker than you could shower. On tap of that, the toilet seat was falling off. Doesn’t make it easy for sitting.. I get it, we weren’t paying for the most luxurious experience but should still be in par condition. Especially in one of the most visited places in Wisconsin.

The staff was very friendly & helpful. Rooms were very clean, beds were very comfortable. Very quiet & we Loved that there was a microwave & frig in room. Walking to downtown Dells was a breeze so we never had to move the car. Looking forward to coming back next year.

We have stayed at the River Road Motel a couple of times now and keep coming back. This motel is perfectly located in walking distance to downtown Dells and the Riverwalk. Sara (Manager) and her staff are very nice, accomodating and attentive. Each room we've stayed in has been different in terms of size, furniture, etc. and Sara has been working hard to upgrade as much as possible, inside & out. If you're looking for a clean, value priced roadside motel, River Road is great choice.

This motel has many cleanliness issues. The price is reasonable, but everything else is far below average. Very poor organization and service. Don't be surprised, even though you have reserved a room, if someone else is in it and you can easily run out.

Definitely a budget stay. But overall the stay was good. With new management the staff was exceptional. We had a slight inconvenience during our stay and the staff said they would remedy the issue right away.

Never got to stay, went to check in and it was closed. Hours of checking in I didn't see. I rang the doorbell and called the property with no answer. Hours of checking in were 3-9 only. Our travel plans didn't allow us to check in at those times.

My husband and I made a last minute decision to goto Noahs Arc in Wisconsin Dells on our way back from a concert in Iowa ive never stayed at a motel before this and i was extremely impressed with the room,location and price of room especially for absolute last second. But what impressed me the most was the service the woman in the office is absolutely delightful, such a sweetheart and so extremely helpful we both just love her so much so that instead of staying at mt Olympus or Kalahari like usual were coming back to stay here instead. Well see you real soon. Thank you so much.

The property was in disarray, dirty and no hot water and the owner had to go to Walmart to buy us two towels to use an it took over an hr. We then showered at a friends hotel near by. It was by far the worst sleeping experience I have ever had. We ended up asking to be moved to another room that was a lil better but still no hot water or towels. I do not recommend staying here ever :( sadly the owner was super kind but I think she is over her head with this property on her own.

This place is good if your getting drunk and need a spot to sleep. Which we were not..we walked in our room, there was garbage on the floor and under the so called beds which are cots with jail mattresses and the thinnest pillows i have ever seen. We got two towels and there was three of us. And didnt have any to give us, also had to wait two hours for hot water to take a shower..this place is crap. I wouldnt even put my enemies here.

The staff were unavailable after check in. Staff said they would put towels in room and did not, then were unavailable. Lack of privacy, toilet seat broken, outlet in bathroom did not work. Staff unavailable. Have not received notice of credit card charges.

Stay was not good we asked for a down stairs room but they only had up stairs rooms my wife and her sister do not do stairs very well.The 1st time we flushed the toilet it ran for a day straight had to open the tank to manually flush each time. we had no hot water the 1st night the plumming problems got fixed the 2nd day.

Awful. & im pretty easy to please. No toilet paper, no soap, no ac in 80 degree weather, no hot water. Absolutely filthy floors, equal bedding. Asked for an extension cord to put a fan in the small portion of the window that actually opened to combat the heat with no ac & heat blowing in under the door from the neighboring room, was given a power strip & then proceeded to shut the open lights off immediately (20 minutes early to close) & disappeared before i could get in my room let alone tell him it was not long enough. Been waiting for them to reopen to talk. Its now 1035 & it is not open as its supposed to be at 10. & we cant wait any longer to get into a different hotel & shower after this. The latest reviews made this seem like a good stay under new management & that is not the case..

I didnt like the fact one of my rooms was sold, by Expedia. I reserved 2 rooms, but only one was reserved at check in. Thankfully the manager at this motel, was able to juggle things and got us the 2nd room

This property had newer hard surface floors and additional recent renovations. Across the street from the River Walk and adjacent to the main drag of WI Dells. Great shower and ac and the staff member provided new towels. This was a fortunate choice for a budget motel in downtown Dells. Great location and rate. Newly painted. Need to clean under the beds and fix the hair dryer.

We ended up not staying. We went to check in to the room and used the code to unlock the door. The place was pretty much as expected for the price, but as we tried to leave for our event, we could not get the door to lock. Apparently a piece was missing from the lock. I went to the office to try to get the issue addressed, but at 6:00PM the office door was now locked. We had to leave for our event and ended up just not coming back (drive home instead). I assume at this point there are no refunds.
