Adequate and safe. The facility is quite cold in winter. Adjoining restaurant was good. No USB ports for charging phones. Poor quality toiletries. Great water pressure in shower.

Very well located hotel with river and Taj Mahal view - weather permitting.

The hotel overall is fine but the mattress was the worst I've suffered in over ten years. It has zero support. You'll feel like you are sleeping in a hammock with springs poking out of the bottom. It was very hard to get quality rest.

Room pretty neet but fresh blood stains on my towel. Got a new one next day. Wondering what else was not washed.. No Windows to room. Very loud noises occassionally during the night. Always bring earplugs! Restaurant upstairs was very nice with good food and service. Although very loud music even during day time. Door guys very nice.

Hotel is not located near the happening end of Agra. Hitchki restaurant at roof top is very good.

I had a good stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast’s spread was good too. I also had tasty dinner at their packed and happening rooftop restaurant. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. My only complain is that when I had my shower, the floor was a bit flooding.

The hotel operates an extremely loud disco. I am fit and healthy and 72 years old. I like a good night's sleep. On my first night the boom boom disco ran till after 1 am in morning. It will get worst as they are re- locating/expanding the disco/night club on the ground floor. This after two years or more of using Expedia was my first bad hotel experience.

My wife and I stayed here because it is pretty close to the train station. The rooms are ok. The view of the Taj was very good, though dirty windows on outside hurts the view. I think the price is a little high for Agra compared to the quality of the hotel. The bedding did not feel washed and effected my sleep. Honestly the best part of the hotel is the rooftop restaurant, but you can go to that restaurant without staying there. Great Taj View from rooftop.

This Hotel probably does have a lovely rooftop view of the Taj Mahal, but with the smog we couldnt see it and I suspect that is often the case. The check in process took quite a while. The room itself was nice enough and clean enough, but a bit noisy. The rooftop restaurant had better than expected food, and our waiter was excellent, but it was not our scene. Super club like, noisy music and got really crowded. Overall Id say the hotel had a weird feel to it, kind of like a flipped house does. If you venture out of the Hotel on foot, be prepared to be mobbed by tuk tuk drivers and monkeys.

Wow, what an absolute Gem. It is situated literally on the edge of the city so wonderful views of the sun coming up and of Jaisalmer Fort from the rooftop which is also the restaurant. The food is good and very reasonably priced, local and International food available. The WIFI is great. All of the staff were extremely nice and helpful. It would be a pleasure to return.

Of the multiple issues, our biggest was with the service. They knew we only had one towel (for four people) but did not give us more. When we asked for more towels, they gave us wet ones. It took three tries to get towels. The pillows (as mentioned above) were slimy and the toilet paper in one room was nowhere near the toilet, forcing you to get up whenever you wanted to use it. There were noises outside the window until about 1 AM, consisting of blaring pop music and car horns. Also, the wifi is only provided for one device per room. The lobby bathrooms are also wet on the floor and smell like urine. However, they did store our bags and the bathroom was clean with modern facilities.

The location is not so good as there are no restaurants nearby and you aren't close to the Taj Mahal. I stayed for 3 nights but my room was never cleaned. I was given an inflated bill when I checked out. However, the staff were polite, the room was nice, and the restaurant food was alright. It was quite reasonably priced.

This centrally located hotel is quite good. It's staff are it's best quality - very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are decent as long as you ensure that you have a room with a window - some of them don't and are little dreary and claustrophobic. Decent quality complimentary breakfast and free wifi.

Cheap, poor breakfast choices, holes in the towels, no shower curtain.

Hotel looks so elegant and bright on the website. Each Floor level light is off so it's hard to see where your rooms are and aircon is shut off by staff outside the rooms so be prepared to smell musty , food and everything in between. We arrived quite late and some of the staff member was sleeping on the couch outside the elevators and since there are no lights we had to turn our cellphones on to see where we were heading and when it shine on the couch we were shock and thought it was a homeless person.
Room size is perfect for two people. Wish they would vacuum and clean the room properly though every day or other day. The lights and mirrors- dusty.

My only requirement while booking hotels for our trip to Agra was a clean bathroom, but this place exceeded my expectations. Great place to stay, great price and a free breakfast! Also close to the railway station and Agra Fort

Hotel Alleviate got mixed reviews from our group of 4 rooms. It is in a convenient location, not far from Agra's key sites, but was not kept quite as clean as some would have liked. The restaurant was awkward and otherwise unremarkable. The breakfast was also not quite as good as some other hotels. All in all, you get what you paid for here. I would probably find a nicer hotel for more money, but if that was not an option, would consider staying here again.

the hotel is centrally located no so far from the main attractions. the free breakfast included is not that great. there is nothing close by but if you need any transportation please do it through the hotel they will make sure you don't have to worry about anything. just be ready at the pick up time. i did take a few tuk tuks but it's unfortunately that any type the transportation you take on your own, people will always try to charge you 3 or 4 times more. it's not worthy. also you better stick to your itinerary because a lot of time the driver wants to take to his own itinerary so you will waste your whole day and the driver still charge you for it and he knows that you will need an extra day to finish your itinerary so he can take more money from you.hotels usually have a deal of 8 hours taxi for $1500ruppees. on your own you will pay $4000 or $5000. don't go to those government approved offices because they are the worse, they will charge even more claiming that they are approved by the government and are giving you the best price which is BS.
