Our stay was good. It felt like there was sand on the sheets. The bed was a little hard for my taste but my husband liked the stiff bed. Over all the room was clean and we enjoyed our stay

The distance to the beach wasn’t to far. It is next to restaurants and shopping area. The beds were a little hard on my back and the A/C had a loud noise when it was on so I couldn’t get much rest. The room was clean and sheets were clean too

Terrible. The place was full of utility workmen and their large utility trucks in the parking lot. Lots of noise. Trucks backing up alarms early morning. The manager tried to do things to help and it was a little better second night. Worst of all, the shower head had mold . The kicker was on the third morning toilet clogged and that did it . We left and found a nice quiet room somewhere else.

Rooms were small and bathrooms tiny. Floors had no carpet but understandable because of the nearby beach. But they were really dirty. I had to clean up water spill and the towel was filthy! Bathroom was very tiny. The sink area was maybe only 2 feet wide. Beds were comfortable but pillows a bit hard. Wiring for the a/c and heater wasn’t exposed but the tube it goes in is. I did like it had cable TV and Netflix and prime video. Very convenient parking and easy beach access.

This is a convenient and basic motel. Clean, but very basic room. We needed change our reservation and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again if needed.

Super noisy a lot of the room doors required nearly slamming the door to get it to close. So much that anytime someone entered or left a room everyone staying there could hear it. They allow pets so I could easily hear if they had a pet and every conversation any neighbors had. Every surface in the room was sticky furniture, handles, remotes and switches. Sand was all over the bathroom and and floor of the room which leads me to believe it was not cleaned properly. Every furnishing and linen felt old and outdate with wear marks. Found long hair form previous guest on door frames sink and dresser. Visible conduit in my room running the entire length of the room and down wall. Rooms do not feel inviting or comfortable. The whole property felt like the bare minimum in all aspects. You can tell everything done there is just to get by and save money. If you are on a serious budget I would still scrounge up another 50 bucks a night and get better accommodations.

Ended up here because it was too rainy to set up camp at Pismo Beach. Somewhat updated, basic motel, so seemed a little expensive, and walking around barefoot in my room after my shower, the bottoms of my feet ended up black! I told the front desk, so maybe they fixed the issue?

Very clean and quiet three nights until Monday when workers came early to do road work on Grand St. -- Work is temporary and when completed, all will be quiet again. Staff is very accommodating and helpful. Bed is comfortable. I would definitely recommend Pacific Inn.

We originally booked at oceano inn clerk was on drugs. The booking online changes your dates and room automatically without confirming changes. Wronfully charged for wrong bookings

For the price, this was an excellent value. Highly recommended for a budget motel! Location is excellent in terms of being relatively close to the beach. Place seems recently renovated. Note accommodations are pretty basic, but clean, functional, convenient and an exceptional value. It’s perfect for when you need a clean place to sleep but expect to spend most of your time outside.

My husband, my 4 month old daughter and I were staying one night in a NON-smoking room for memorial weekend. Upon entering we smelled the stench of old cigarettes. The mattress was so stiff, we woke up sore the next morning. The sheets had a dark brown stain at the end of the bed. We’re took a picture of the stain for proof. We did check-in late at night so the next morning we immediately notified the front clerk about our unsatisfied stay and we only received a brief apology. I contacted Expedia to see if the hotel could refund us for our stay. Our Expedia agent called Pacific Inn and mentioned the hotel denied our request for a refund. We usually visit Grover once in a while, definitely won’t be recommending this place to any of our friends or family.

The hotel is ok. Room was clean enough and had basic amenities. The price I paid was too much for the quality of the stay though. My only gripe was how much sound comes in through walls/door. Road noise was acceptable but you could hear anyone outside your door like they were inside your room.
