They did not return our $100 deposit and the place was clean - linen was ready to be collected , rubbish was put in the bins, floors were sweeped, beds were made, counter tops were wiped down. Waited till 08:36 to hand back keys, no one was at reception as sign said they would be there at 08:30. Over all nice place bad staff.

The gardens around the villas are really lovely. We stayed in Villa 9 and it was really comfortable and perfect for our 2 night stay. The location of the Villa was quiet with it's own entry and we didn't need to use the fan or AC as it was cool enough inside. We were well looked after and would be more than happy to stay there again :)

Stayed there a few years ago.
The property has deteriorated in this time.
Poorly thought out layout and more detailed maintenance needed.

The hotel is a bit old, but location is good. Manager is friendly.

Loved staying here on our way through to Brisbane. Really friendly staff - Susan was particularly helpful with our late check in. Fantastic location a block back from the Esplanade, plenty of cafes and restaurants near by. Room was really peaceful and felt private even though it is so central to the main strip. Look forward to staying here on our return trip!!

No room available, did not have my booking in their system, even though already paid. Put me in the residence room for the first night. Had room for second night. Old & needs a fresher up. Shower was useless more water from the kitchen sink.

Lee n Brandon were very nice host n full of knowledge bout the area. Lee upgraded us to two bedroom villa. That was very kind. The parking was right behind our villa which is very convenience. Location wise is excellent too. Right next to the main area. 2 mins walking to beach front.

Not good for cooler months as the only split system aircon is located in the living room and is not enough to heat the entire apartment. Very cold in winter!

Just one street from the beach yet out of the rat race. The villa was very comfortable and well appointed. I was here for work on this occasion but intend to return with the family.

Unit was basic, but had all we needed.
Friendly staff.
A slip mat for the shower was kindly provided for my elderly Mum.
The down side to staying here was that workmen started banging and drilling putside the room each day before 7am.

It's not so much about the hotel/motel, but more so "Expedia". Misrepresentation to say the least. I would never book through Expedia again.....
