Good location directly next to the ferry with good ocean view. Much cheaper than staying in Hiroshima. Only issue is one has to choose fixed breakfast time which stops at 9am. Overall very satisfied.

Super friendly staff, breakfast was delicious. It is right beside the ferry, great for a day trip to Miyajima.
The room is simple and comfortable, it has everything you need. They will give you new towels even if you didn’t request a room refresh.

Overall a good hotel with a great location to visit Mikayla Island. It is literally next to the ferry terminal. The beds were a little bit on the hard side, for my taste. The decor looks outdated. They provide complimentary breakfast, which was not great, but it was good! Bottom line, if you are going to Miyajima Island and want to stay off the island, this is a great option.

I liked the convience to Miyajima island and the view. The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was especially good.

The location near the ferry was perfect so we had somewhere to stay after an evening stop at Miyajima. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We also thought the breakfast in the morning was great with a variety of western and Japanese dishes to choose from.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had Japanese Style Room and the futon beds were very comfortable. Breakfast were decent and nice!
Left a earbud in the room and they managed to retrieve and mail it out for us

I really liked the location (close to the ferry) and the view was beautiful!!!

We had an ocean view room and it was so beautiful! The location is amazing, so close to the train station and also the ferries. One minute walk to the ferries! The breakfast was great, the room was so spacious and clean. I can’t recommend it enough. I wish we got to stay longer!

Nice staff and new facilities

The room had a great view; it's too bad you couldn't open the windows.
The hotel is very dated, and it badly needs some updating, especially the bedding. My comforter had a hole in it.
2.0
The hotel was pleasant but the room was let down by shockingly dirty carpet and squeaky sofa bed for our daughter. The bathroom was lovely - compact as japanese bathrooms are, but brand new and hi tech.

Is a beautiful hotel. Has a convenient location. I totally recommend this hotel for travelers who are visiting Miyahima torii. Next time in town, i will definitely staying here again.

Breakfast didn’t have much of a variety.

The hotel is a little jaded but it was clean and the room comfortable. Good location for the ferry and fine for a one night stay

Excellent location close to the Miyajima Ferry terminal. An excellent restaurant on 2F and a cool cafe on 1F fronting the sea. Really convenient for multiple trips out to Miyajima Island

We booked an ocean view room, an enjoyable view can be seen during sunset.
Service was great, and the staff was quick to help and guide us through any inquiries.

The location was perfect for us, it was right beside the JR ferry to Miyajima island and a 6-7 min walk from Miyajimaguchi station. It included breakfast which was really good. A mix of Japanese/Western food. The staff was really great and the room was really spacey compared to other hotels we stayed in. Overall we enjoyed staying here.

Good spot for the ferry to Miyajima and cheaper than staying on the island. However, the hotel is in dire need of refirbishment. Room wasn't nice and very small. Hard to access with the single elevator. Staff were nice but would only stay if you were desperate for accomodation around Miyajima.

the hotel is very outdated and the room is aweful small compare to other hotel rooms we booked in this Japan trip. the bed is small and lumpy. luckily they offer the VIP coupon and kind of made up the short coming. We did take the benefits of the coupon and have an encellent dinner there. their breakfast was the best so far including tradition local japanese favor.

This hotel is very friendly to customer. breakfast is also very good. Bath room remodel new and very clean. Beside, the hotel place is just beside the ferry pier and 5 minute from JR Hiroshima station.

I stayed at the Miyajima Hotel and found it to be a pleasant experience. Great place nearby transport and local shops and definitely very close to the ferries that leads to nearby attractions. Highly recommend staying here.

I’ve been staying at this property for several years now since my family lives nearby. It’s been 2.5 years since I’ve visited because of the travel restrictions. It was great to see the updates they’ve done to the rooms and restaurants. The breakfast is absolutely the best. I stay here for personal reasons but it’s a great location for tourists too. Im already looking forward to my next stay.

In CBD, walkable distance to many sight apota, ahopping malls. Quiet and confortable hotel. However, the room is a but small and the daily carparking fee is quite expensive.

Another enjoyable stay at this hotel. Great location right next to the Miyajima Ferry, however still only 30min by train to Hiroshima. Staff were very helpful.

The property was nowhere near the pictures provided when booking. Our room was supposed to be a twin share and they gave us a double. Mother and son DO NOT share a bed. The moment they realised they had mucked up they suddenly had no English, told us they were full and were very unhelpful. We eventually got a room with a double bed and a single cot made up. The state of the room was very tired, not particularly clean, old, small and smelly - stale smell. The whole experience was dreadful and we were pleased that we only had to stay one night.

Friendly, easy, convenient, nice sized single non smoking room, decent breakfast included. Value for money.

Hotel is next to JR Ferry for trip to Miyajima! A 4 min walk to train station.

Despite it's name, the hotel is on the mainland in Miyajima-guchi, not on the destination island as I has erroneously thought when I booked the room. Although staying there thus limited our opportunity to explore lovely Miyajima at our own pace, particularly in the less crowded evening, the hotel was a good choice and very pleasant. A satisfying kaiseki dinner was included in our room rate, as was breakfast, which was more basic than we had expected. While conveniently located adjacent to the JR Ferry terminal, there is nothing to do in the hotel vicinity.

Decent hotel. Everything is above average I should say. Breakfast menu could be much better.

Overall, very good and I would stay again. Very convenient to the Miyajima ferries and JR and light rail lines. Good and simple breakfast. Free parking, WiFi, and bottled water with stay. Great staff. Excellent value for the price. My only real complaint if any is that the parking is somewhat limited.

The ladies that work at the front counter are absolutely amazing. They went up and beyond to make our family feel welcomed and loved. I would highly recommend this hotel based on their customer service alone.
