Overnight trip with son. Appt next day at Johns Hopkins. Twenty-minutes away. Firm bed soft pillows. Room clean. AC was a little noisy but better than none at all. Staff was excellent, kind, and respectful.
Pool and gym were small but great for overnight. I loked the selection for breakfast. My 16 year old said did not like it. I told him to go hungry. I liked it.
Very close to Arundel Mills Mall and Bass Pro shop. Had dinner and show at Medevil Times which was a nice change, food, and actors. Casino close but not taking a kid.

For the price and a bed for the week it was ok but i did not realise it had no restaurant or bar so it was trips out to eat every night. The room was spotlessly clean although something had been clealr spilt on the wallpaper in the bathroom in the past which perhaps could not be removed. The complimentary breakfast was ok and very much a cheese, egg and what looked like a mini burger offering although they did have yoghurts, cereals and one selection of fruit which was ok. The gym had sufficent items and equipment and saw noone use the indoor pool.

Fairfield Inn is conveniently located and very clean and comfortable. We checked in late and the front desk person was nice and helpful. The free breakfast is pretty basic and the seating area is comfortable.

Don’t expect much from this place. I’ve had worse and I’ve had better. Beware that they make you sign a waiver at check-in that you won’t destroy the place. You need to leave a $60 deposit. Another Fairfield we stayed in only required $20. Room service is only 3 days a week and of course, not the days we stayed. We had to request fresh towels. The breakfast on Monday was lacking - no fruit, no bottled water. Pastries were barely edible. I had to ask the Spanish- speaking guy for yogurt. Wasn’t super clean, but wasn’t horrible. No one bothered to ask how our stay was. I might go to another hotel next time. Just not welcoming.

Check in staff very nice. The room had an musty, damp smell. Check out man not as pleasant. Seemed bothered by me asking for a receipt. And would not provide one.

Check in was easy, very nice young woman.The room had a pleasant smell. I did not like the glass doors on the shower as doors looked streaked. They ran out of food, and coffee creamer. There was no luggage rack, to hold suitcase.

Could use a fan in the bathroom. Room was a bit smaller than most, but it was clean. Wish we had known about the shuttles to/from airport and the airport rental car facility.

Great location. Clean establishment. Could improve on breakfast food selection. There was a dank smell upon entering the room but it dissipated after turning on the heat.

The property was in a cul-de-sac. There wasn't a lot of traffic but it was right across the street from the mall and casino. The staff was friendly. The room was very clean. The shower was amazing. It was large enough for two people. The water was hot and the water pressure was good. It felt like a spa. The bed was comfortable.

My stay was excellent. Very friendly from beginning and informative and helpful. Room very clean and all surrounding area also. Used the shuttle to airport. Driver on time, very polite and efficient. There is nothing I can say bad about this hotel. Everything was great. I definitely would stay here again. Also very reasonably priced.

Our room smelled very musty. I sprayed essential oils but it couldn't cover the smell. The bathroom had a broken towel rack so we didn't have anywhere appropriate to hang our towel/washclothes.

The hotel was painted in nice colors the staff was nice. The hotel was close to my family and shopping. Please keep up the good work . I love Marriott.

Hotel was beautiful when it was new. It needs refurbishing: new upholstery, a new elevator (one is almost always broken apparently). It was very comfortable, had a good fitness room. We didn't like the free breakfast overly, but it was OK. We would have preferred a more conventional breakfast buffet. But we would stay there again, now that we know where it is...

Wow, the staff at this hotel is INCREDIBLE! So friendly, helpful, kind, accommodating. They are definitely the nicest staff I have EVER experienced at a hotel. And the hotel is nice, room clean and spacious, super-easy parking, and LOADS of good shopping and restaurants very near by. The area also feels really safe.

I like the fact that you only have to put down a $20 incidental fee, no $150 to $200 deposit.

Its a nice facility but there was a Plumbing leak which flooded the bedroom floor. The frint desk manager threw towels on floor and told us that maintenance would be contacted in tbe morning.
We had to ask for a room change before our rooms were changed. Room change was never offered to us.

The staff was kind, professional and prompt to respond. It was a great stay till we saw the bed. The head board was a little like a splatter painting only with seamen . Nothing like looking up and seeing that all over the head board.
The front desk was responsive, although they did not compensate me for this . In addition the ac needs to be desperately cleaned and filters changed along as the ac was not functioning properly, and there was some mold in the shower by the doorway.
The sheets were at least fresh , towels were a little rough but staff was excellent which was the saving grace.

We only stayed for 1 night, however the hotel staff was very accommodating. They even went and got me some hot water for my tea after i had checked out and was leaving. My husband even commented on how spacious the room was. I will definitely stay again

Excellent service. We had a flight cancellation and needed a quick stop overnight. Fairfield provided a safe, clean and well appointed property for us. There is a shuttle to the airport, breakfast and pleasant surroundings. The night staff was pleasant and accommodating.

Very nice people here. That being said there is one guy that works here that drove into the parking lot at a very excessive speed, and my 3 young children were with me unloading luggage, if he would slow down then the experience would have been perfect.

The room and breakfast options were great. It's just that there was some smell coming from the bathroom sink that wasn't pleasant. Overall, I'd stay at this hotel again.
