Fine hotel. We appreciate their accessible rooms. So much space, bathroom completely safe with plenty of grab bars. Excellent, plentiful breakfast.

I’ve stayed at SpringHill Suites in Lumberton, NC, several times for business trips, and it’s always a great experience. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and really comfortable. It’s the perfect place to relax after a busy day. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a hassle-free and pleasant stay!

My room had wheelchair accommodations (I’m not in a wheelchair) which made it very spacious. The only problem was the shower. The shower curtain wasn’t long enough and while there was a drain just outside the shower, the water seemed to roll past it making the whole tile floor wet. It was a slip and fall hazard for those not in a wheel chair. No bath mat was provided so I had to step onto a wet and slippery tile floor. Then I needed to use the hair dryer —- Standing on the wet floor!

I’ve stayed at SpringHill Suites Lumberton multiple times for business trips, and it never disappoints. The staff is always welcoming, and the check-in process is quick and seamless. In route to Florida, we found ourselves tired and needing to stop for the night and chose Lumberton. The check-in was very pleasant. Liz was especially nice making us feel welcome right off the bat.

For the most part the stay was amazing, had a great selection for breakfast and well maintained and cleaned, one of the elevators was very squeaky , the pool and Whirlpool both need some TLC and there was only one towel in the pool room so three of us and to walk back to or room soaking wet . And the jets on the whirlpool never came on the timer seems to be broken .

A nice play to stay. A good location, good breakfast. When checking out, no one was at the front desk to receive the key cards. Another guest and I waited several minutes and finally left the cards on the desk.

Had to stay an extra night on the way to Florida, because of Tropical Storm Debbie. Location is great. Close to Shopping, Dining and the I-95. The breakfast could be improved. Same thing for 2 days in a row. Jimmy Dean Sausages. Only fruit was Apples. No bananas or Oranges. Staff was great. The only Downfall was when we went to the desk to ask for towels or paper. They would say someone will bring it up. Sometimes we would wait 2 hours. In other hotels you go to the desk and they give it right away. would stay again, because of location.

Last stayed here in July 2024 and appears the room we were provided is starting to look deteriorated. Sofa cushions were severely stained, king bed was severely indented on the edges and the wall paper in the bathroom was peeling. Very disappointing when they charge top dollar for this space in Lumberton. Room #122

The hotel was clean and the beds were comfy. The breakfast on the other hand was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had. They did not have plates for the waffles . They were out of everything. All they had was waffles but u have to eat that on a napkin.

The property is very well kept. I actually thought we would hear a lot of highway traffic since it is right off I95 but that was not the case.

This is our go to mid way to central Florida for the longest. It used to be amazing 15 years ago but it's aging and upkeep must be costly. It's still better than a lot of the local hotels but I think we'll start looking for a Marriott suite in Fayetteville or even Florence SC. Breakfast is meh... Even the coffee isn't as good as it used to be. I don't blame the employees. I think corporate has given up on this place.

Great location. Big room that Slept 5 well. Our air conditioner was leaking onto the rug- damp. Barn doors are a poor choice for a bathroom. Fair breakfast- not enough food out, powered scrambled eggs.

Breakfast was horrible and we had two adjoining rooms but,neither iron worked in the rooms.Would never stay here again for the price we paid and such a terrible breakfast.
