Great place to stay near glacier park. We stayed in a lodge room. Comfortable, clean room, nice deck and common area to sit at and relax at the lodge.

At check-in I was the only one there. Stood there for 15 minutes while the check-in person was on the phone with a potential customer who was asking a lot of questions. She could have ended the call much sooner.
Water pipe broke while we were at an activity. Had to come back and change cabins. "Mike" was supposed to talk to us but never did.
Now I have a pending bill on my credit card that is way over our contracted amount. I called, and the person said I have to screenshot my bill and email "Carly".
They did not offer an apology or any token for our inconvenience and our loss of time in the park. Very disappointed in the level of service for the level of expense at an otherwise nice cabin. Things happen, I get that, but they made no attempt to make it right.

Great location for access to Glacier Park. Rented the two story unit with two bedrooms and two baths which was perfect for us as grandparents and our family with our grandkids.
Unit was very clean. Would have helped to have a few more plates, silverware and cooking utensils, especially another rack in the oven.
Very privately location with lots of green space for the kids to explore ponds, open lawns, volleyball court (sand) and to just run and burn off energy!

Enjoyed our first two nights at GNP at this lodge. No restaurant on the property. We had 2 chairs and a table outside that we enjoyed night 1. Night 2, other people took all the chairs and held their own little party. Not pleased about that.

A bit hard to find, but everything else was very nice

Cabins are so clean, spacious, and private. The mountain setting is stunning too. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Beautiful location providing a comfortable, relaxing stay at the end of our journey.

The lodge was nice in appearance. We stayed 3 nights. For the price, we expected at least one day of service for clean towels and emptying trash, etc. There are no blackout curtains so the room stays light until sunset which was around 10pm. Also you can hear every sound outside and from the other rooms. We tried to contact the front desk a few times but was met with the answering service so we had to drive to the office to speak to someone in person. We did the whitewater rafting trip from the same company and it was really great! I would consider staying at another location but take the rafting trip. We were also charged a daily Historical Preservation fee when we checked out that was never mentioned by the lodge.

This was by far the best place we stayed at while visiting Glacier. It’s wonderful there!!!

I loved Paddle Ridge! The hotel was easy to find and close to Glacier National Park. My only real complaint is that there were no blackout curtains and the sunrise in the summer is early.

Very close to Glacier National Park entrance, comfortable accomodations, gr8 sunsets...

The property was amazing however the check out needs to be later. 10 am is too early for the amount being charged for a night’s stay.

Great cabin in a great location. Some of the dishes werent the cleanest, but we just washed them before we used them. But they were friendly and helpful and loved how close we were to West Glacier. Had a full kitchen so we could make our own meals.

Everything was fabulous. They are transitioning from pet- friendly to not pet- friendly…..they should clarify that in their advertising and website. They honored our reservation with our dog but they made us feel like it was our fault.

It was the perfect location to get in and out of GNP. The staff were very helpful and we loved being able to fish right outside our door!

We stayed at a different location every night. Paddle Ridge was hands down the best accommodations of the week. We had a party of 13 and all of us were sad that we were only staying there one night. We booked 3 cabins and all were superb. We had a late check in and staff called us to give us check in instructions and it was exactly like they said. Our cabin was so nice we thought there had been a mistake on what they had given us. I may make another trip to Glacier JUST to stay there again.

It would have been nice if they had provided a continental breakfast, but otherwise a very enjoyable place to stay.

The Hotel Cabin was spacious and clean. The space heaters work well and there is ample Kitchen space. The grounds are very pretty. The Lodge has a large building where you check in and there are many clothing items for purchase. Very friendly staff.

A beautiful lodge with plenty of amenities.

It’s close to the west glaciers. And it’s not too far from stores and restaurants. The property was properly maintained and equipped. The only issue was that the Wi-Fi speed was quite slow.

Excellent location. “Cabin” was ok, very clean. Not a lot of charm.

Loved the private cabins, location near an entry to Glacier National Park and Going-to-the-Sun Road, and just a lovely place to stay. Very clean, clear and easy ways to get additional items or housekeeping during stay, and just a very comfortable space.

Nice room, close to park

The room had small flying bugs. We killed about 30-40 of them in two days. No ice machine or coffee pot in the room. Electrical outlet that didn’t work in bathroom. Overpriced for what you got
