My wife and children stayed for two weeks. It is a wonderful place in every sense and the best thing is the kindness of the work team. During their stay they were treated in a very special way. The hotel staff, always ready to help my family in any situation, people like Edison or Carlos made the stay very pleasant, thank you guys. On my future trips I will surely return.

Check in experience was terrible Customer service is the worst It took me one hour to check in .because they insist that I should pay taxes in Colombia . American people don’t pay room taxes but I have to pay .Such ripoff

The Hampton by Hilton Valledupar is a nice stay. Everything was in walking distance and the rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast and coffee is delicious too. I'll stay again because the staff is very friendly. Thank you so much, Walter

Was awesome. The staff was so helpful even though I did not know spanish. We needed to add a day and it was so smooth and they were so helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone as a true 5 Star Hotel. I rate it a perfect 10.

Location is good. Clean hotel. Bathroom supplies were limited, need to provide more hand soaps, more towels. Late at night, found a couple of bugs in bathroom. View in rooms is really bad, looking at mall walls. However, staff is very friendly.

there are not a lot of options in Valledupar. This is where we always stay. Definitely not the Hilton in Bogota but a good choice in Valledupar. Valledupar is a great city to visit off the beaten path.
