Hairs in the tub and red stains that appeared like blood spots. It smelt damp and humid. Bathroom towels looked dingy and not well washed. I believe towels are suppose to be white but they looked like between a beige and white mix.
Attendants were grumpy and rude.
Beds are comfortable and appeared clean.

All was ok except for the bathroom. It was VERY dusty and in disrepair. There was no soap or shampoo in the dispensers, water poured out, and I mean POURED out of the fan vent when it was turned on, the bathtub was very dusty, and the towel rack fell off of the wall. I would never stay here again.

Very disappointed in this hotel. The lobby and hallways smelled terribly and the pool was green. The room's themselves were decent and the smell was not apparent when the door was closed

We’ve stayed in Candlewood Suites before in other locations and they were fine. This one had a bad odor and was much older place and obviously hadn’t had upkeeps in a long time. The bed was the only good thing about the room. There was a recliner chair in the room that was broken and the comode stopped up frequently. Will not go back to this location.

That was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in and would not recommend it to anyone

The room wasn't clean, not worth what i was charged, and would have slept in my car had a refund been issued.

Can honestly say worst stay I’ve ever had. Have had better stays at 30-40 year old motels based on cleanliness. Bathroom mold all over, water leak in ceiling stains on bed sheets, towels looked brown.

Staff was great! Friendly, very helpful staff! The only issues I had was our room. Our bathroom exhaust/vent had mold all over it, when we showered the mold would drip onto the toilet. And in the room kitchen area the ceiling was black from I'm assuming someone cooking before? Other than those 2 things, it was a great stay. Comfy beds.

I really don't like leaving negative comments. But as many times as we have stayed at this Candlewood this visit was disappointing. May 24th when we checked in first thing I found a piece of jewelery laying in the middle of the floor in our room #104. I took it to the front desk. Then that evening when showering the shampoo, etc dispenser on the shower wall was broken. I reported it. Then that night we woke up cause the room was warm and uncomfortable and discovered all the power had been turned off by the hotel per the front desk lady. She did come to our room at 5:00am and reset the breaker. Her explanation was the hotel turned the power off on purpose because the hotel was full and they were saving energy! Sat after our appointment we returned to our room and when I sat down in the recliner I found popcorn pieces and a candy wrapper from a previous guest that had not been removed. Again, I don't like leaving negative responses but this visit was not a pleasant one as far as the cleanliness of our room and power being disrupted during the night.

The bathroom was not very clean. There was loose dirt particles on bathroom floor. There was hair on the clean towels. Also, the TV remote control did not work.

Proximity to gas station was good. Soccer access was a bonus.

Stayed for a softball tournament at Veterans Park just across the street. It was very convenient, quiet & safe. Wish they provided a continental breakfast but at there’s a convenience store within a short walk.

The staff was ocerwhelmed. Apparently the parking lot was jam packed with work trucks from evey possibile company construction and otherwise you can imagine. So not much parking. The elivator smelled like a 1976 casino and the hallways smelled like a nursing home kitchen. The room was surprisingly clean.. but there were long black hairs in the sink and shower. Somebody need to turn down the water softener cause it takes 15 minutes to wash the soap out of your hair and off your body. They advertised hot top.. was ice cole and when i complained i was told i could call the manager which is pretty much what I expected. How was the desk employe goimg to heat the hot tub up. Are you tellimg me in this day an age you cant update your ammennities on line to take hot tub off .. when its not availble. It was a big reason i booked this hot hotel. I could have stayed at a less expensive hotel with a better rating thay had breakfast that didnt have a hot tub .... for less money.. so this was a problem for me.

The bathroom tile grout was very dirty and the bathroom appeared to not have been cleaned in some time. There was dust on the shelves and the cabinet doors were dirty and also, the counters. The shower had hair on the walls and the tub and the surroundings from a previous resident.
The coffee in the room was terrible and the cooktop took a considerably long time to heat up.

We were pleasantly surprised by the appointments in this property. I can honestly say that the use of space and convenience features were better than some 5-star hotels. Check-in was friendly and swift. The room was clean and had a lot of well thought out features: abundant towels, enough hooks in the bathroom for 4 sets of towels to hang and dry, a deep closet with real hangers and a laundry basket, deep drawers and shelf space for clothing and shoes, flexible work and dining table, pre-chilled fridge (too many hotels keep the fridge on a warm setting), several trash bins, and comfy bedding.. We booked the hotel for a lacrosse tournament and didn't expect much but this really gave me a great impression of Candlewood Suites and I will look to book with them again.

Bed was a bit small for a queen size.

The facility itself was nice. I’ve actually used candlewoods in a different city and loved the size of the space. Now what I did not like was that the tv in the bedroom area did not work. The room had two phones. Neither of which worked. The front desk would not let us have extra towels unless we brought down towels in a hamper that we were supposed to have but did not. One bed was super noisy, lumpy and squeaky. Not comfortable in the slightest. The site said that breakfast was provided, but was told that was not true at all. Overall I’d rate my stay a 3 out of 10. 3 for the nice facility and ease of checking in.

The employee door shuts very loudly all night long. I did not get to sleep, the door would slam and I was awake. Need to fix the door!!!

Horrible service. Had issues checking in, had issues with simple requests, teenager at front desk did not know system or how things work and manager would not confront issues.
