Great spot right on the beach! We missed the ferry due to a delayed flight and booked this hotel for one night at the last minute. Love the location in Half Moon Bay! The restaurant makes the best mojitos and the beach out front was wonderful! We stayed on a family room with our teenage daughter so we had plenty of space and was very comfortable.

Cozy property in a prime location in West End. The staff was so helpful and the property size (small) was great. It has such a peaceful charm to it, set back slightly amongst the thick foliage but close enough to hear the waves from the beach. I will choose this hotel when I return for future stays. I felt at home immediately.

Beautiful place to stay with a restaurant and the beach a stones throw away . The staff are polite helpful and willing to assist with any queries that you ask them . I would definitely recommend this place and would visit again . In fact I’ve extended my stay for another 2 nights .

We really like this place. Ramona the house keeper was so nice. Everyone works so hard to keep the grounds nice and tidy. I would recommend this hotel.

This was our kind of place to stay and was what we expected. Our room was basic and could use updating, but that's not important to us. We had a few rainy days and sitting on the porch was fabulous! The location was perfect, with a parking space for our rental. We loved walking to the other end of West end, and also just walking across the street to great snorkeling and the beach. We didn't have much interaction with the staff, but we always came back at the end of the day with a clean place! We had one amazing meal at the Argentinian Grill - highly recommend!

An excellent one-week stay. Friendly quick check-in. My room was on the 2nd floor in the building just behind the restaurant. Close enough to hear the waves but no traffic noise from the street. Very large clean room with a comfy bed. Equipped with a refrigerator. They also provided a coffee maker upon request. Two ceiling fans and A/C ensured it was very comfy even during the humid rainy days. Tons of hot water in the shower and ample towels. Cozy deck space with hammock for afternoon naps and a very friendly cat who insisted on napping in my lap. Wifi service was very reliable from my room. The only negative point was the electrical outlets. A couple were very old and would not tightly grasp the prongs of my tablet charger. Otherwise , an excellent stay.

Room had decent decor. It was right across street from beach and beach was nice. Toilet did not have a strong flush and their were no closets no tv no phone. I asked for outlet repair but no one came for whole week.But personally I wouldn't go back!

Not a great experience at all. The towels had sharp burrs in them and the staff was shocked we would complain about such a thing. The sheets were dirty and may have had blood stains. The WiFi network provided wasn't available in the room we stayed in even though it's posted in the room. When we mentioned that they told us to connect to the attached restaurant WiFi because that original network never reaches that room. When we did so, that other network didn't work either. After being met with only rudeness the manager finally was apologetic and gave us free breakfast at the attached restaurant, which we appreciate. Of course, when we went to redeem, the restaurant had no idea. Location is convenient if you want to be at the west end, but otherwise good to skip this one.

This location is located very well. A grocery is footsteps away. Sundowner's bar is as close. There was live music every night that could heard in my room that ended @ 2200, a reasonable hour.

Location was great. Rates were a bit higher than expected for as old as the facility was. WiFi was very sporadic and not reliable but glad we had it. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We have been going to Roatan for years. We used to stay in West Bay, but have outgrown the hustle and bustle. We love this little oasis. May God bless Karolina. She is very prompt and courteous on replying to any question. If you like quite, quaint and walkability to everything, this is your kind of place.

Love the wood floors. Windows that block sound even if it is St. Patrick's Day and the bars are hopping. Walk to food, shopping, stores, the beach, or to the catch a cab. Outdoor shower for washing off the sand and salt. And a bottle of cold drinking water in the fridge to get me off to a good start.

I did a reservation in this place and later decided to upgrade the room to a two bed, which they did had available but didn’t wanted too, and they said that if I cancel it they wouldn’t give the money back horrible customer service it’s the first time a experience something like this so disappointing

Good spot at a good price, clean and basic. No amenities to speak of, if that is what you’re looking for. WiFi was a struggle, but we weren’t there to sit around on our phones 😎

The accomondation was ok but not more. It's smelled bad in the bathroom. The wlan was unusable. I always lost the connection and most of the time I was unable to connect to the wlan. It would be a good idea for the hotel if they invest in the wlan infrastructure.

Great location nice clean room. They have parking. Just remember shampoo neither of our rooms had shampoo. Over all great experience and nice restaurant for breakfast With excellent views of half moon bay.

Great location. Beautiful interior design and the room was clean! The only unfortunate event was that I did not take one hot shower the entire stay. Not to mention, the water was shut off completely right before I had to head to the airport which was inconvenient. The fixed the issue within 15 mins or so, but the shower was still cold.

Loved the location nice beach out front and the happy hour drink deck was amazing. They staff was super friendly, they would even bring our drinks or meals right to the beach. The food at the restaurant was very tasty. One thing I would change is a better pillow and bed wasn't the comfiest but who cares when your at a place like that.

Great location. Helpful at the desk. We had an emergency and they were able to make arrangements for a cab and a trip to the vet. Only downside is the spotty wi-fi connections.

The check in and the service were excellent, everyone was super helpful and sweet, staff did a great job cleaning. The room we stayed at would greatly benefit from shelves, hooks, even chairs. No surfaces to put your stuff. Also, when I booked, room description listed a coffee maker, that was not present, and one bed, which for some reason turned out to be two beds. So, the description of a standard room on hotels.com needs to be updated.
