Spacious and next to ocean. Overall nice property. The floors are creaky so pack earplugs as I could hear people upstairs, and I am sure folks below could hear us. I pack ear plugs anyway, but just a suggestion.

These apartments are a wonderful option if you are looking for somewhere to stay very close to the beach in Zandvoort. The staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful. The unit we stayed in was clean, modern, and cozy. Overall, it was just great!

We really enjoyed our stay at Beach House Zandvoort. It was just around the corner from the beach and next to a grocery store. Shops and restaurants were all within a few hundred meters. We had to take our dog to the vet, and it was also just 130 meters from the flat. The apartment was spotless and has a new small kitchen. The bedding was high quality and the wifi was fast. I would highly recommend this property and would like to return during warmer months.

Very pleasant stay, right by the beach or a short stroll into town. A 20 minute walk to circuit Zandvoort where we enjoyed the Historic Grand Prix weekend.Lovely apartment, comfortable and clean.

Very nice modern apartment in central location with off road parking. Spacious living area and two double bedrooms on separate floors. Note the bathroom, whilst large and modern, is off the main bedroom. The apartment is 5 mins from town centre and some cool bars down by the beach. It's less than 5 minutes drive to the race track.

Me and my friend were only at the property two days, but it was two worthwhile days. Zandvoort beach is just around the corner and the shops are all close by too. The property is very clean and tidy and well worth a stay if you are in the Zandvoort area and you want something different to a Hotel stay.

Situated in convenient proximity to both the train station and the seafront, we enjoyed a two night stay in a clean, modern studio apartment. With all the amenities we could want for, our short stay was made very comfortable.You can tell when thought has been put into accommodation, and this was one of those occasions. Despite its cosy size, no noticeable exceptions were made, with very smart use made of the space. Well done to the proprietors!

Lovely decorated room with a comfy bed, close to the main beach in Zandvoort. There is a fridge, nice coffee machine, cooking facilities and good shower. The owners live next door and they were excellent, bringing us candles when sitting outside at night and letting our daughter play in their paddling pool on a hot day. We stayed for two nights during a very hot spell and found it hard to get the room to cool down at night. A fan would have been beneficial as it was very hot in the room, but I appreciate that it is not usually like this.

We booked three nights at the Beach House to provide a relaxing end to our 10-day multi-country European trip, and it was the right choice. Its a five minute walk to either the beach or the train station—which connects quiet Zandvoort to bustling Amsterdam twice an hour.

The location of the apartment is perfect, just a short walk away from the beach, railway station and shops of Zandvoort. The room was well equipped, but it was very damp and moulded, so if you're sensitive to it, I can't recommend. There were only small hand towels in the room and we didn't bring our own so that made it quite uncomfortable since nothing could be dried in the room. This hotel suits for someone who isn't looking for luxury but just wants to explore the surroundings.

Would use hotel again but not the studio terrace (double bed in loft space up a ladder had to crawl into bed) but hotel very very warm and clean.
