Zone by the Park exceeded my expectations. Centrally located, very responsive front desk, good sized rooms for triple occupancy, great inhouse dining options, excellent restaurant staff, clean and contained proerty.

It was really an excellent stay for 2 nights with family. Rooms are neat and clean. Hotel staffs are very supportive. Velvet parking with delicious breakfast available. Couldn't explore the Bar lounge as my visit was to explore Jaipur city so mostly I was out in day time. Over experience is awesome. Strongly recommended place to stay in Jaipur.

Rooms were spacious, though no balcony access. Breakfast is 7/10, local dining options are way better around hotel. Staff is courteous and guides very well of local tourist areas.

The hotel was not value for money. The bathroom door was not working and that was the downside. Food was ok but room service was not

Nice restaurant staff very accomodating, friendly and beautiful natured people. Position of hotel a little far from shopping you need a tuk tuk to get around they need to change the whole area into more tourist area though as it's all hotels with no shopping around.Every where in Jaipur things have big distance it's too spread out.over er all a nice stay though.

Good Breakfast. Rooms are small . The sofa in the room is full of stains. The shower head in the bathroom is broken

Restaurant staff is very friendly. Room Charges were different than Expedia quotes. WiFi was very slow. Room size small

The hotel is new and breakfast was good. About 10 to 15 min to Hawa Mahal or Bapu Market by Uber at 100 rupees. The location is away from busy area. Will come back to this hotel for next Jaipur visit!

Front desk asked for a full payment before check-in, just like a cheap OYO hotel or low class lodge. Staff was not trained properly, once we had to call like 3 times just for drinking water and when it came the guy very casually said that he "forgot". Not much parking space either, their valet will just park your cars outside the hotel.
We had specifically mentioned we need a non-smoking room. And we were still given a room filled with smell of smoke. When we told the guy that we asked for non-smoking room specifically at the time of booking via Expedia then the guy says it's ok Sir you don't smoke. What kind of dumb stupid answer is that. Reason one asks for non-smoking room is that because someone can't stand smell of smoke. Finally we asked for room air freshener to be sprayed and we had to ask for same several times each day.
One day AFTER room was cleaned we found that stained bed sheet has been put over the bed. I mean seriously at least while cleaning staff could not even check the bed sheet they are putting on. But thankfully it was promptly replaced.
Hotel location is good and close by all Jaipur old city attractions.
Overall, we feel it is overpriced for what it offers, but then most of Jaipur hotels are overpriced during December-February period.

Would have preferred to stay somewhere more central, but hotel was good. The service was not great thought.

The hotel is decent but the area is not great. I think that's normal for Jaipur but there was nowhere to go from the hotel by foot. The restaurant staff was lovely but the front desk staff was a different story. We asked them about times, distances, various tourist questions for local attractions and they were useless. But they did always recommend we book their hotel car. It's a decent place to stay but don't expect any help in planning your activities or even giving you basic information.

Very nice and comfortable. Excellent breakfast, decent service. Excellent value. Across from a small market/convenience store.
Plan to uber or take an auto to any sights though, this is not walking distance.
Highly recommend.

In Indian terms it’s a good hotel. The room was comfortable and in pretty good shape.
There is a problem with the hot water which you can find only every second day :)
The breakfast buffet is nice and good, the staff is friendly. The location isn’t the best but it seems that there is no such thing as good location in Jaipur since you have to take a cab/Rikscha everywhere.

Pool down "for maintenance", but no work is being done.
No spa services available b/c no staff are there.
Driver hired from hotel tried to get us to hire his "friend" as a guide, then left us where we did not ask to be dropped!!!!!
Very expensive, especially alcohol (38% taxes).
Only saving grace....the rooms were reasonably comfortable.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!

Room size and amenities was excellent. Car parking space was wanting. Was on first floor and it was Noisy due to non stop chattering by help /staff in the 2 wheeler parking area below the room.

This hotel was very average in comparison to other hotels we stayed at in India. Not horrible but don't expect too much either. Staff were OK but not that helpful. After checking in we asked hotel staff about things to do and see in Jaipur (which they had trouble identifying), then we asked to point out the hotel location on the city map (which they couldn't even do)... Also asked for 2 room keys since we were two and wanted to go out on our separate ways but they told us they couldn't give us 2 keys (not sure if they couldn't or just didn't want to).
Location is OK, short tuktuk or taxi ride from City Centre but far to walk from. Wifi was very spotty. Breakfast was OK in the mornings. The room was nicely decorated but starting to get old and dirty.. the couch in our room was stained and needed replacement (I wouldn't sit or lay down on it).
We didn't pay that much though so I guess you should expect what you pay for.

the hotels is well connected and is in the middle of the most happening areas in the town. i really liked the cost of package i got which was a steal considering that this was at least a thousand ruppes cheaper than the closest hotel price. my son and i has a good time n the pool, though small was perfect for him and me. also the staff was helpful and courteous which makes a big difference in your overall stay.minor glitches not worth mentioning.in whole had a lovely time in jaipur.

Really good hotel, modern and clean, attentive staff, very nice rooms, great restaurant. Short autocar ride to old Jaipur. Only down side is wifi is not the greatest due to sporadic connection

I stayed here for 2 nights, in my experience, it was okay-ish, not too fancy, rooms were small, no bath tub in washroom, room service and staff were okay. Rooftop was not accessible either. Not a place to re-visit, an overall average experience. Good, if you're looking for a place to crash.

We had booked four rooms for 2 days. We were a party of 10. The Sales Manager Mr. Qureshi was very helpful during the check in and promptly provided us additional beds in the two rooms with triple occupancy (for additional cost which was reasonable). The food variety at breakfast was good and Mr. Qureshi also explained us the must see places the following morning as we had only one full day in Jaipur. Overall it was a decent place with all the comforts required for a big family. The neighborhood had a good eatery at a 5 minute walk which was open pretty late in the evening.

A fully paid for booking was not honored by this hotel and I was shunted to another hotel in some obscure location. What is the point of searching for a hotel, making a reservation and paying for it in advance when you are not given a room on arrival and are transferred to another hotel??? I would never again book on expedia or book this hotel.

Excellent hospitality & delicious food
