The owner was super nice and welcoming. Also their giant cat is so cute.

The host was very kind and nice. However, I wasn’t sure if I was at the right place. The front of the house was unkept.
At the breakfast table, I was the first one, there was still crumbs from the previous day in the table cloth.
The towels were stained and thin.

First time staying @ a B&B and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! What a beautiful home. Check-in was easy. Great suggestions for dinner nearby. Andre was the perfect host. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a delightful find- a beautiful older home just off the Main Street (Galt) with the most friendly host (André) that we could have asked for. Our room was both well appointed and comfortable with windows out to the side street. Our breakfast was exactly what we needed and wanted and filling for a full day of college touring.
Things to know- there are pets present so if you are highly sensitive be aware( we aren’t and loved having furry friends!) . André did offer me charge for my EV but I declined - I need to pull a full charge for driving home anyways but there is the ability to charge here.

This home is on a quiet side street but close to restaurants and the cycling paths. It’s beautiful and spacious and our host, Andre, made us feel right at home. His breakfasts are so good and generous that we didn’t have to have lunch, even though we were on our bicycles all day. The backyard is nice for relaxing with plenty of chairs and tables, plus a pool and hot tub. There are pets on the property. The cat is especially friendly!

Andre is the type of person that makes you feel like your important. Makes it feel like home. The home is beautiful and open to be used. We walked in the neighborhood. Felt very safe. The breakfast he made for us was incredible, not like a motel. The animals were so fun to pet. A very nice pool and hot tub. The room was very clean and comfy. Can't say enough good things. Highly recommend.

Andre is a kind and generous host. The breakfast is enormous and delicious. The building is beautiful and convenient to area attractions; a hot tub and pool table are available to guests. There are 2 dogs and a cat living on the property. Overall, it was a homey experience.

Such a beautiful place. Hidden in the middle of a Sherbrooke city. Once you walk in. You wouldn't even know you're in location. That it looks like when you look out the window. I could not ask for a better place to go and relax and enjoy. Knowing I'm not far from home. Is the best host. Kindness. No complaints.

Had to make an impromptu 3-night trip to Sherbrooke for family reasons. And, had to find time to write while there. This lovely B&B was great. André was a great host; my room (#5) was clean, comfortable, and quiet; and the breakfasts were great. Definitely recommend if B&B's are your thing

What made our stay so memorable was the owner and host Andre. His welcoming, helpful and friendly manner made us feel right at home. His breakfasts were superb and our room was excellent but it was our conversations with Andre that will bring us back to his gite! Debi and Grant

I love the vibe of this place! We had an amazing time there. The room was cozy and comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was excellent ( I recommend you try “Healthy Breakfast” as well. Unusual place with surprising well done furnishings, generous breakfast, friendly host. Micro brewery across the street with excellent beer and poutine.

The bed mattress needs replacing, there is a restaurant underneath the rooms to the front and a party continued to 2:30AM on Saturday night. There is a restaurant in front that is noisy until 11-12PM. There is an issue with air in the water pipes so all night and day there is a dull hammering that can be heard. Finally, they have a german shepherd out in the back area which means that the back resting terrasse and pool area smell of dog urine. There is an upper deck that is in need of repair - that is accessible if you have children but should be barricaded since it is dangerous.
The breakfast was great. The place used to be quite beautiful but has lost some of its attraction due to aging.

Got to the hotel at 4:45 pm to find no one in the hotel to greet us. Walked around calling out hello- got up to second floor where we found a man who spoke no English and was surprised to find us despite having rung a doorbell and called out several times hello! He used his translation app on cell to understand we had a reservation and look up which room we were in and escorted us to it to find it completely undone and not ready! He then made some calls and told us the owner was coming. Andre arrived and was very pleasant and said he would get room ready and we were welcome to relax in garden pool area but outside the pool had not been cleaned and hoses ran around yard into pool the garden is charming but filthy and only clear place to sit was a hammock which huh right beside a dog kennel with a beautiful sad looking Sheppard locked inside. There were cigarette butts over flowing from an ashtray on table and plants, leaves, pots on the chaise and chairs. When we got to the room the towel was stained and dirty. The house is charming with attractive decor but broken tables stacked on top of each other missing legs and cat hair all over pool table upstairs. Andre made us a lively breakfast in the morning at a communal table with lovely other guests, if he can get help cleaning up the place it could be lovely.

Andrè the Host and owner went above to make our stay memorable. Very nice rooms, I believe all with private bathrooms. All located on second floor(no elevator) We took advantage of the outside terrace and Andrè built us a fire that just was the crèm de crop for our wine and conversation gathering. Breakfast was cooked, pretty much to order, by none other than our Host. We never felt bothered. We had dinner at the adjacent restaurant, some Canadian staples such as Poutine( of all sorts) Seafood poutine was good but mini shrimps are just wrong in a meal(just saying not even my meal) and Oriental foods such as Thai Pad(which was very good) . Very convenient. Grocery store right across the street.
