We had a nice stay at the Singerstrasse. It was walking distance to St. Stephans square, as well as other transit choices in the other direction. The staff was very helpful, especially when we tried doing laundry (which seemed unneccesarily complicated). Breakfast was great each morning. A lovely stay overall!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Great location being 2 blocks away from St. Stephen's. Lots of restaurants nearby and very walkable to different places and transportation. Definitely recommend it!

Was amazing as usual , friendly staff, quick and easy process, close to everything First time I don’t like the cleaning for the room, they make beds, change towels only but they don’t clean the floor or wash / replace the used dishes I stay in this hotel almost every time I visit Vienna and I always like the conditions but this time I noticed this

Location is excellent. Hotel rooms are spacious and very clean. Bed is reasonably comfortable and bathroom is good. The rates we paid were very high, whereas there were hardly any amenities. Only shampoo and no soap or shower liquid. Small soap for sink with no replacement during our 5 day stay. No microwave or toaster in the apartment. No tea or coffee replacement. Minor things but they do add for comfort when you have paid so much. The staff is very helpful and courteous.

This was the second time we stayed at this property. First stay was great .We went back for the second time ,unfortunately,there’s a large construction work right next to the building (particularly outside our window ) there were 4 large skips by the hotel building .Uploading as well as loading up and all the bricks along with large machines. I spoke with this issue with the staff,they said it’d be finished by 5 PM.It went on from 7 AM.it was too much .I am fully aware that the noise has nothing to do with the hotel but it would be fair if the hotel can inform their guess in advance regarding this matter.It wasn’t cheap to stay at this apartment. All the staff however,really friendly. Shame about the mega noise right outside the apartment building.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The reception was very welcoming, the property was clean and the rooms were big, the location was the highlight, it was 5 mins walk to St Stephens Square. We walked to the Opera house, Hofburg palace, and even Belvedere palace. The metro is also 5 mins away if you don’t like walking as much. Dining options were phenomenal. I absolutely recommend this place. Lastly, this place has a working AC if you are coming during the summer months.

Very nice property, well maintained, and very clean. The room was much larger than a hotel room, extremely comfortable, with comfy king bed, nice seating area and eating nook. The AC worked very well during extreme hot days, with over 34*C and kept the apartment very comfortable. The location it’s perfect, in 3’ walking distance to Stephanplatz and a convenient grocery store in couple of minutes walk. I recommend this aparthotel and would stay again if visiting Vienna.

I stayed in the classic apartment. The whole space was clean and included a kitchenette. There was no noise from other guests, and though there was a little noise in the evening from nearby pubs, it was not enough to disturb me. The front desk staff were great and facilitated my travel to and from the airport. The one peculiarity was that my room was cleaned every other day. Perhaps I was supposed to hang a placard on the door indicating the room was ready for cleaning? However, since the room was well equipped, this did not present a problem for me. The hotel's location is convenient - just a 4-5 minute walk to the center of the city.

This property is right in the center of the city and walkable to any site or transport. We walked to CAT train to the airport with all of our luggage with no problem (15 minutes). Huge space with espresso machine, fridge, and clean. Staff was helpful and nice. Cafes /bar/ restaurants just around the corners.

Very convenient and very accessible wether attractions or dining options, very polite and helpful staff , ask for a microwave for my special needs child since my reservations has no microwave, I was upgraded to a room with kitchen and microwave when we arrived, I really appreciate all they help and assistance to my family, Best place to stay when in Vienna , I will definitely stay here again when I’m back in Vienna.

This was a great location in Vienna. Our room was nice and spacious. Coukd use some minor updating...our bathroom door was hard to close and the bed was ok but coukd have used a matress pad maybe? All minor things. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay again.

Deluxe Apartment was clean, spacious, and well furnished. It has efficiency kitchen, big walk-in closet and good size bathroom with shower stall. The property had 24/7 front desk and helpful staff. It was very easy check in and check out and the property provided other useful amenities like cloth drying stand, ironing board and iron. The property has paid self parking garage and laundry facility which we did not utilize. It is conveniently located close to St. Stephen’s Plaza with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and metro stations. It is also only 10 min walk to Stadt Park, Vienna Opera House and other main attractions.

I loved this hotel. The best of the whole trip, since you had the big size and features of an apartment, but the same services of a hotel. It's in a great location, safe and quiet, and only 5 mins walk to St Stephen Cathedral, full of life, shopping and restaurants. Very comfortable accommodations. Super recommend it!

We travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels and Airbnb’s. This hotel was one of the best I’ve stayed with in Europe. The location is tops, only a 2 minute walk to Stephensplatz, shopping and restaurants. The room is huge, with large bathroom and large walk-in closet as well. Small kitchenette is perfect. Best of all, the A/C is fabulous - you can make the room as cold as you want - an awesome respite from the hot outdoors. Friendly staff, rooms cleaned every day, this really does feel like an apartment and hotel. Great value as well. Loved it!

This was the perfect hotel for our one day/night stay in Venice. We could walk to EVERYTHING we wanted to do! (I highly recounted the Restaurant Al Borgo which is just about 1 1/2 blocks away.) We arrived in the morning and the front desk staff cheerfully checked in our bags for us so we we could go explore until our room was ready. Our room was was very large, with a small sitting area (two upholstered chairs and side table) plus a seating area (two straight backed chairs and a table.) The closet was huge and doubled as a changing area! The bathroom was also huge. Beds were comfortable enough though I would have liked more than one pillow. And I LOVED having a Nespresso machine in the room
