The little kitchenette came in handy. We asked the front desk for a lobster pot and they gave us one with a pie of metal tongs!
Thanks
It’s an older property yet very clean.
We used the charcoal grill was great.

Very clean and tidy. Very happy with stay.

Very good location, great view from our balcony room of Cape Cod Bay and Provincetown on a clear day. Very clean room, with a well-equipped kitchenette. Shann was a very good manager. Bathroom was small for 2 people. Would definitely go back if we needed a hotel on the outer Cape.

What we loved: The location is perfect! The area is quiet & peaceful, the pool is great, there is an awesome patio with furniture outside of the room. There is also a screen on the patio slider if one would like to keep the door open and bugs out. We also loved that our room was neatened up by house keeping each day, we had AC, the room had a kitchenette, and that there was lots of parking. What we didn’t like: 10 am check out is a little early. Most places are 11am, which is more reasonable when vacationing. We recommended getting a room on the second floor or a unit without anyone above. You will hear every step they take above you all hours of the night & morning with someone above you. There are signs all over the room. Above the toilet, on the shower curtain, a kitchenette inventory list on the fridge, bulletin board on the wall. We love for a place to feel like home. Signs all over the room doesn’t give anyone the warm & fuzzies. Our suggestion would be create a guest binder with all of those signs and leave it on the dining table. A binder would still be informative yet much less overwhelming for guests when presented that way. The beds could use some updating. One bed was ok & the other felt like the spring was digging in my back. Thank goodness the 2 of us had our choice of which bed to sleep in. Also, the the bedding could be updated & add some pillows.1 pillow per person is not enough. We had a double room for 2 of us, so we were able to get an extra pillow each.

The view was really nice. Really close to everything . But just far enough away to relax at the end of day in quiet. The pool was refreshing after the beach. They had charcoal grill you could use and the kitchenette was amazing so we could bring back leftovers from dinner and actually put them somewhere. The owner was really nice too.

Wife and I had a great time in Truro. Coming back to a nice clean beautifully maintained hotel made it even better..

Cape View is a wonderful old school holiday hotel with character, very clean, spectacular views, and friendly staff. Great for a family, or as a solo getaway (I've enjoyed both!).

Easy check in/out,very welcoming staff! I realize that grass is legal in Mass.but these are non smoking rooms and our “neighbors”stunk our room out by smoking in their room.Owner could be a little more stricter in letting folks know to do that activity somewhere else

My daughter and I were very happy with our room.
It was spotless and very comfortable. We were close to Provincetown and Wellfleet. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this motel, with a beautiful and spacious room with a stunning view. It was quiet, relaxed and we had everything in this well-equipped apartment that we needed. Thanks 🙏

Was tremendously please to find The Cape View to be very clean and safe. The only problem I found was that with the humidity during our stay we wanted to run the air conditioner and could not get it to operate. There were no instructions for the remote controller and so we had to sleep with the windows open of which one did not have a screen. Without the window open there was a musty smell. The pool was heated and very clean.

A shuttle bus takes you to Provincetown cheaply and easily, and you're a short-ish drive from the attractions in Wellfleet, Truro, and Eastham. The property itself is OK -- good beds and showers, but our (non-kitchenette) room had very little storage or counter space. (It did have a Keurig machine and a microwave.) It does have a nice enough pool. Not at all deluxe, but perfectly adequate.

Room was generally comfortable but needed updating - especially for the price. Some mustiness in the kitchen and bathroom but overall well kept. Nice pool and temperature control in room

I liked the value of the location. Close to National Seashore beaches and Provincetown which were why we were visiting. The Truro Vineyard was an added bonus!

We loved our stay at this motel. The building is not brand new but it has been modernised and refreshed, and everything was sparkling clean. The grounds were lovingly cared for, the views from our upstairs room and balcony were fantastic, the pool area was clean and pleasant. We would absolutely recommend this place as a good value option in Cape Cod.

Cape View Motel actually exceeded my expectations! It was very cute, comfortable, affordable, and contained all of the amenities necessary for a pleasurable stay. My only criticism would be that it was very cold in my room, and I had some trouble turning on the heater while I was there. Otherwise, I highly recommend and would definitely come back here if I return to the area!

The bath/shower was hard to get into. No hand rail and we're old!

Everything was wonderful. Out dated building but they put a lot into it to make it look fresh. You can tell they care about the property.
Only down fall is 10am check out when it's out of season. You'd think they would let you sleep in.

Located in a perfectly spot to enjoy the lower cape. Went wrong time but no fault of property- cold and windy. Some restaurants closed or no help. I still saw the beauty of the cape. I’ll go back a different time same place.

Our three night stay in a 2 queen bed r oomwas very comfortable, good mattresses and clean. The freezer compartment in the mini refrige came in handy.
Location was perfect for us, close to P-town, restaurants and beach accesses.
The motel is a step back in time in a good way. The tub area walls could use some attention.
We hope to return next year!

Beautifully landscaped property and very well kept. You can appreciate the longevity of the property with its modern upgrades. 12 min drive to commercial st provincetown and plenty of eateries surround you. The staff is beyond pleasant and accommodating. Having a full kitchen in the room was so convenient for the nights you just want to heat up leftovers or make a quick meal. Nice balcony to enjoy a morning coffee or late night cocktail. I would definitely stay here again and again. Great price. Great service. Great all around
