Modern and sleek hotel centrally located by the main train station. Close proximity to the Christmas Market and all Nuremberg has to offer. Room was clean, quiet, and well laid out, even though it was on the smaller side. The bed, however, was far too small for two people, despite the desk staff telling us it would be better than we reserved. We were not happy about this. I would stay here again but I would definitely make sure the bed was as per request. Did not eat at the hotel or use the bar but both seemed busy.

Alarms went off twice in the middle of the night, forcing us to evacuate and stand outside in the rain. This may not have been the property's fault, but staff did not communicate with us at all about what was going on during the issues or after the fact. In fact, our only indicator that it was safe to reenter was the departure of the fire truck. Staff was not at all apologetic after the fact, either. I would love to come back to Nürnberg to see the things we missed due to the missed sleep, but will definitely avoid this property.

Beautiful hotel in a great location, however there is no parking (parking is in the main train station). The staff were friendly and helpful, spoke English very well. Sadly the restaurant was non existent which was an inconvenience for us.. but is local enough to find alternatives. The room itself was nice, however was in the roof so the ceiling was low and on an angle which was awkward for my 6ft5 husband. But overall it was good, just lacking those minor parts for the 5th star.

The confirmed room was not assigned. The staff at the front desk got the wrong reservation information. The VIP benefits were not followed at all. She even didn't know this system. Even paid full at the check-in, the staff requested to pay again at the checkout. The front desk staffs services were totally unprofessional.

The air conditioner button is out of order but it is cold enough in this hot summer. The ground (mat) is dirty. It is located opposite to Nürnberg hbf. And it is easy to reach to sighseeing spots.

It was a short 4 night business trip, great location close to Nuremberg Central Train station and the Underground U2 bringing you to the airport not to forget the walking distance to gorgeous Nuremberg historic downtown and Castle District

On a really busy road, and the 1st floor room overlooked the smoking area from the bar. Our room soon filled up with smoke. A lovely person from the front desk relocated us to a much less scenic and smaller room but much quieter. The bed was also quite firm, more than I would like.

The location is perfect for arriving by train. Perfect location for the train, hop on hop off bus and entrance to the old town is on the doorstep. Disappointed again as I did not receive any gold status perks

A nice and luxurious hotel at a convenient location in Nurenberg. Walking distance from the old city and located right across the train station. The hotel is quite luxurious and the rooms are big and clean. Breakfast was also quite good and the bar are is nice to have a drink or two in the evening. Will stay there again if ever in Nurenberg

We decided to pay higher price to this hotel for its location and “probable quality”. But the realization was not as expected. Bath was clean, the towels were not. Pillows and bed were ok. Quiet room but extremely small. In the room, complimentary water was drunk by someone (bottle was opened), so I couldn’t drink it. If you bring your shirts to wear for business meetings, you need to bring your iron board with you. The small and useless board in the room can be used only for baby clothes. When I asked receptionist, he said he cannot do anything, except redirecting me to laundry service. I visited Nuremberg more than 6+ times, this was not the best even we paid highest rates.

There are a few issues with the property. 1) Expedia map- unless you checked Google Maps or were proficient in German, it would be hard to tell that the hotel is next door to train station and railroad tracks. 2) We traveled as a family of 4 with 2 kids. Despite booking an "Executive room" which are supposed to be more spacious, the hotel only has last floor with sloped ceiling available for family accommodations. The ceiling limits the space as it cuts out usable area we could have otherwise maneuvered around or stored luggage; 3) The room had a heat issue, as in the thermostat was broken and the heat kept coming in making it feel like sauna. When we complained in the morning, the staff suggested that 1) there's no issue at all; 2) we don't know how to use thermostat. Once we convinced them, they sent someone to inspect and determined that yes, the room is too hot and can't be fixed. But the manager said that we complained and rejected their offer to be moved (incorrect), and finally offered quarter of the 1 night price for the extreme pleasure of sleeping in a hot room (or not sleeping). We stayed in this chain in other locations and there was a stark difference. This was just not a great experience - maintenance is needed (toilet paper holders need fixing, closet door connectors flying out), and of course the service.)

I loved staying there and look forward to coming back. I recommend that if a guest does not want their room clean, that it is clearly communicated or simply put on the back of the “please clean my room” sign.
