We enjoyed our stay in Los Farallones... it provides privacy and quiet space for relaxing while being close to popular beaches.

The view was amazing. The bar/kitchen was under construction. Not allowed to smoke anywhere on the property

I had to checked out a day early because I couldn’t rest peacefully. First, the construction in the building was so loud each morning. Secondly, the two days we were there the room was never cleaned. Lastly, the guard was harassing us to use his buddy for a car rental then tried to impose fear when we chose not to proceed with his suggestion. Overall, this stay was terrible.

Not a great place to navigate to. Rooms are too humid floors very slick. Felt more like a prison then a resort,

All facilities were good , really enjoyed the property, just they need to improve their food because I ordered something for dinner and food was cold and didn’t have good flavor but I’m sure they can do better

Some things mention online when booking are not granted when staying at the hotel. Also, a lot of bedbugs. One pillow was extremely dirty with mold type (Moisture born). Also, I left water shoes at one room at the balcony that we stayed in for 3 days and asked the office if the shoes were recovered by the cleaning crew, and they said nothing was recovered. Clearly some must have recovered them. Would I stayed here again definitely not

What i didn't like is that the phone didn't work , theres no microwave to heat up my baby's formula ,the pool at night dosent have light at the kitchen closet early and everything is expensive! The place is beautiful but is not worth it for the expensive

I am stayed at the hotel in the Pelicano suite and my experience has not been good. I paid way too much money for the experience I had. Many things are broken/ didn’t work in my room, the telephone, light switches. Outdated & old looking and dirty. Dirty hot tub/jacuzzi On the website, it’s advertised for transportation and spa neither is Available to guest. False advertisement. We had to pay for breakfast which was not really Buffett style or good. It’s so dark at night with very little light around the property and in the bathroom. Water in shower is cold not warm/hot. Front desk receptionist can’t understand customer complaints. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone and paying the price I paid for this it’s not worth it. The only positive is the view and some of the staff are really nice. Nothing is included with this hotel overpriced and not worth it. I’m still waiting to hear from the manager as I wrote numerous times and requested some money back.

This property is outdated and look’s nothing like the pictures. The furniture is old and has water damages the bathroom plumbing is poor the water doesn’t go down when taking a shower causing a puddle of water around your feet the walls has mold and the door lock to the entrance of the room is falling off. The dining area steps are falling apart. The jacuzzi tub is dirty!! I left the hotel a day after I arrived due to the poor conditions. We booked through Expedia and the hotel does not want to REFUND ME MY MONEY WHEN EXPEDIA TRIED TO CONTACT THEM THEY DONT ANSWER THR PHONE!! DO NOT STAY HERE THIS HOTEL IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! THEY NEED TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN IT NEEDS MASSIVE RENOVATIONS!!!

This property is gorgeous. The view is amazing. The staff are all so pleasant and attentive. Edwin the bartender makes the most amazing Bloody Mary. I had 3 and came back for more the next day. I travel often and this place is definitely in my top 5. The waves sound so soothing and relaxing

There was no food, and what they did have was horrible and expensive. I would never stay there, never coming back. The only good things are the pools and view. Everything else was mediocre.

Beautiful ocean view and sound. The crashing waves are relaxing. Restaurant was ok, but the strict no food or drink policy seems a little over the top with so few other options.

Stunning view. Beautiful yard and clean bedroom. Staff very helpful and very friendly. I stayed in the octopus bedroom and was very comfortable with 2 king beds and huge. Very clean room with jacuzzi in the porch(cold water) very refreshing and I loved because the heat was awful. The breakfast was very good and the staff was nice. The view from the pool in front of the ocean was amazing. I would comeback to this hotel, excellent experience.

The staff are incredible friendly and would give advice on where to go visit if you asked them. Felix, Edwin, Benjamin and Jason where very friendly and treat their guest politely. I did get massage from there spa, Carolina, was also very delightful and down to earth.
Thank you so much for your hospitality and friendliness!

Property has good views, but I think it’s overpriced. Property is in need of updates specially the bathrooms. Need more lighting in rooms. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Benjamin and Joel were amazing. Prices were not high but worth the view and safety. Property isn’t as nice as what you’d think but good still.

Property is somewhat hidden, a bit tricky to find. It was very hard to try to communicate with the hotel prior to arrival. Upon arrival, I was sad to find that the main thing that attracted me to this property...the natural pools were not available due to maintenance, they had been drained. The beach area below is only available for access during a certain time of the year due to the tide.
The view from the pool out to the ocean is amazing, food from the restaurant was good and staff was friendly. Room was spacious but water kept backing up in the shower.

Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Everyone from the reception desk to dining staff and maintenance…always service with a smile. Room was exceptionally clean and spacious. At night you can hear the waves from the ocean which made for a relaxing night’s rest. On site parking was abundant and safe. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy all the beaches and attractions La Libertad has to offer. Great experience.

The hotel is slowly deteriorating, bathrooms and pool areas could use a little tender love and care but are more than functional. Staff are curteous and the food i did not taste so i cant comment on. Honestly for a $329 a night it’s not worth it but it’s not a bad place to stay.

My family had a blast and we can't wait to come back and stay at this place again.

The road to get to the property needs major improvement. Besides that is the best place to be very friendly staff , good food and excellent views
