We needed a getaway! We rented the end studio and our friends stayed a few doors down. Heaven! The weather was beautiful! The view, spectacular!
Enjoyed Truro winery and P-town!

Went above and beyond my expectations. The room was beautiful and very clean.

Clean and very roomy. Great location to the water. Could have used a couple more mirrors and a hair dryer, but these may be added as it looks like the rooms are being remodeled and they look great. No motel services such as a front desk, daily maid service, or getting enough towels and such..

Great location and clean as a whistle. Staff was very helpful and if not for the tropical storm all was perfect.

the room was very comfy. there was a constant humming noise in the room. it sounded like some kind of motor running like we were next to a vending machine or something but we weren't. parking was very tight. you will get door knicks. grounds were very nice as was close walk to beach. pet friendly was good for us.

Its setting close to the bayside beach is the distinct asset of the East Harbour Motel. It is far enough from Ptown to avoid the noise and mess of the crowds, but close enough to take advantage of the town when you want to.

Fine for a short stay, no staff present on the property but nice and clean.

This motel is very no frills so I was a little worried before arriving...but I am happy to say it was exceptionally clean, safe and has a direct pathway right to the beach! Luke, the property manager, was a great guy! The room was like being in a little cottage...cute, reminded me of something your grandmother might have had...the bathroom was good size and the fridge in the room is big & even has a freezer section! There was even a microwave & coffee maker. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay with easy beach access I would recommend the East Harbour Motel.

We enjoyed our stay only one night but I am handicapped so I loved the size of the room very quaint and clean. Room has a grab bar in the shower. We would stay again.

I had a wonderful stay here. The room was meticulously cleaned, the bedding and decor were classy, and the pillows and mattresses were very comfortable. I thought the room was pretty spacious and very well appointed. The grounds are also beautifully kept with nice rocking chairs and a porch right outside. The beach views are pretty nice, though a side note, the beach out front didn’t really seem all that useable unless maybe you’re looking to dip your feet and I’m more of a serious sunbather who likes soft, white, sandy beaches for tanning. In terms of staff, ironically I didn’t meet anyone at all, which was actually pretty cool. If you arrive after 3:00 pm it’s a self check-in process (and I loved that—super easy); however, Luke, the manager was awesome and communicated with me via texts. His replies are friendly and super fast. He took care of everything right down to small details and that was impressive. Aside from not really feeling the beach out front (a problem that can easily be solved by a short drive down the street), my only one suggestion would be to update the rooms. While trendy and well appointed furnishings are solid, fixtures, specifically bath, sink, toilet and vinyl floor were showing their age. Looked perhaps like from the 50’s. Everything worked perfectly fine, it just seemed dated. Overall, I loved my stay, had a great time and would easily stay here again.

The only way to check-in and solve any possible questions is to call the management which was not very friendly. Ive booked the room ocean view room for a romantic getaway on hotels.com. Upon arrival we had to call the receptionist to check-in and its the ONLY option. As soon as we get to that little room with a bunch of useless cushions and a window faced the other building (room number 2) I call receptionist once again to ask for the ocean view. He simply said that they are not responsible for third-party sellers descriptions of their property and I can call the manage which I did. I listened to the same reply once again this time dressed with sorry and a resume that the property has no ocean view rooms at all. Needless to say we stayed most of the time outside the motel. P.S. and its rather noisy because of the road which was surprisingly close to our room.

Stayed here one night with my wife while we were traveling through the area. It was very well maintained, clean, and very inexpensive. We would stay here again next time when in the area for sure.

Lengthy but worth the details!...
Like a chunk of the crew in the Cape, I’m a summer weekend worker (weddings). We were lucky enough to book this cute room in N. Truro last minute (it was probably my only chance of having an away weekend)
I absolutely loved the ease of a self check-in, that gave us more time downtown not having to worry about office ours with later than planned/central MA drive in.
I get a ton of spam calls on my cell, so letting them go to voicemail/ignoring happens. Luckily Luke, the manager TEXTED the room/code which is so convenient, why don’t more places do this.
“Checked in” in the evening to freshen up before dinner. In between we definitely took advantage of the private beach. Although it was too cold & early in the season to lounge out (perfect, private beach spot) we still stuck our feet in and took a typical sunset selfie. Sat on the Adirondacks on the lovely long deck for a few, headed back to downtown.
Room was very comfortable, much nicer than I expected for sure! I’m not even going to think of another place when we come back for a stay. I plan on bringing back a bigger crew to get a whole cottage!
My one notice, not a complaint at all.. while we were checking out on Sunday, a couple also staying here, looking to uber/lyft downtown, could not find a vehicle. We gave them a ride, no problem but I wonder if it was still too early In the day/not a popular enough area to rely on that source for a means of transportation.

Tired beach motel with limited sound insulation. Checkout was at 10 am even though we were there on a weekend

The motel was great! The manager was not "on-site" but answered questions via text within literally minutes, and even left us money to take the bus into town! The self check-in and out was amazing; it was nice not having a long process. You literally get the code and walk into your room! I wish there was a set bus schedule (it says every 30 minutes into town) but it was not accurate, but this was due to the city and not the motel. The room was spotless upon checking in, the bed was comfortable and it was a nice little walk to the beach from our room. Overall would definitely do it again!

Great spot for a night away. Close to P'town and all of the fun things to do and see there. Great dinner that night and a sunny breakfast outside by the water. Fairly priced and the bride wants to do it again.......... next week!

The deck with rocking chairs and the tens of bird houses in the dunes are a wining combination!

Such a nice little motel outside of Ptown. A cab ride into commercial st is about $15, or a shuttle runs in season. Quiet, clean room in beautiful blue tones. Be sure to close the shades if you want to sleep late--the room floods with natural light. Romantic walk to the beach, great for couples.

As a retired Canadian world traveller, this motel on the ocean was truly an outstanding value in ever way. The service and helpfulness of the staff was first class. The motel was only a 5 minute drive from Provincetown and there is a local bus that stops at the motel and travels to and from Provincetown frequently up to midnight. Highly recommended.
