The room was large and the bed was big good value for money. Location was quite close to the historical center, which was nice.
Hot water was provided upon request only they should just provide a microwave in which you can heat water up or whatever other food

What I like the most was the attention od doña Marcela excellent worker and very kind person. What I don't like the most was the size of towels very small

Its a very cheap hotel. I would not recommend staying there. It seems to be a hub for illicit activity..

Average condition. No hangers in clóset. Mattress was saggy. Marginal área

It was a good experience, since I did the check in at midnight i didn't explore the place. I'm not giving excellent reviews because no towels were provided. I'm not giving a poor review because the staff are so nice, especially the receptionist, he was great.

My entire family was not able to rest. Bored, young men were running around the hallways, day & night being super loud. Not family friendly. The actual room was disgusting, I went to buy bleach n cleaned out the room n restroom as much as possible. Smelled like cigarettes, water damage in restroom ceiling & concrete wall by window was cracked. Nothing about my stay felt safe. I was supposed to stay many days but lasted 1 night.

Next door there were having a party all night and couldn’t sleep at all due to the noises. I had to get a flight next morning and it was horrible. It shouldn’t be even listed to this website

I couldn’t stay at this hotel, there was too much noise in the hallway and coming from the room across mine. There were little cockroaches coming out of the bathroom sink

Convenient over all. Great price for hotel, great location!

For accidentally booking a hooker hotel the place wasn’t bad. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and the staff helped me get food after midnight when I arrived. The mirror on the ceiling was spotless. If you’re on a budget and don’t mind a mattress like a cement slab then Hotel Cozumel is for you

Excellent service

Firstly booked 2 rooms at the same time, and were given rooms on different floors, even when I called early to let them know we would arrive very late in the night. Asked for nonsmoking rooms and were given smoking rooms. The sheets had cigarette burns in them, there was an uncovered electrical socket, the seat cushion was torn, the shower leaked.

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado cerca del centro histórico y a pocos metros de estación del bus y estación del metro Doctores. Es amplio cómodo y limpio, también su lugar de estacionamiento es muy bueno y el precio es cómodo.

Very bad hotel. Every night people play loud music, screaming or one night we woke up because of a big fight going on at the hallway. Staff is unfriendly. DONT BOOK HERE!!
Also bad neighborhood at night.

The location was close to the historical center, right beside the metro station in the local area. You can enjoy the cheap nice local restaurants with easy access to the city center. The hotel facility was pretty comfortable with big rooms. The only problem was no WiFi in the room at all. It was impossible to get any signal in the room.

one of the most noisiest hotels I stayed and this because staff... (and guests, but guests are quiet ehen the staff care about) the cleaningstaff make noise like crazy and laugh if complained...
and do the rooms how it seems in that order that no quiet is over very long time
...
there are other options... the price is cheaper tben average in that area but when you need to come over a jetlag or need quiet speare that hotel... the staff is a kind of evil
I made some videos which I could not load up because bad wifi but when I will give tbe link on google maps evaluation...
in fact is that murdering or mi imum mayhem!
there is no right to sick noise only for quiet... especialy when you pay for it

Dirty room somebody just left still had hair at sink. Lots of noise and may be bed bugs. Will not go back there again. I don’t recommend this place to anyone

I already stayed in some cheap hotels and hostels in Mexico City but this is the first place I for sure won't return to.
The hotel itself is okay for the price you pay but the people it seems to attract made me feel very insecure.
All night long there were doors smashed, people yelled, a woman shouting for help. Loud music was played in the rooms till around 4am (and starting again at 8:30).
This adventure wasn't produced by people from only one or two rooms but it seemed by half the hotel. I got the impression that this is the normal situation there.

The hotel was not clean, including hairs found in our bed. Water came up from the drain in the bathroom right in front of the sink, so we always had to carefully step around it while brushing our teeth or washing our hands. The walls were paper thin and we were unfortunately subjected to overhearing fighting in the middle of the night from one room, and love making noises in the middle of the day from the other. Also, the wifi did not work in our room, as we were at the end of the hall, and therefore had to keep the door open and sit in our doorway to get any connection.

All was nice and clean and staff Cordial. Wish they would give 2 bottles of water instead of 1 to each room.

HOTEL IS NOT SAFE- Worst Part: We were laying in bed at about 12am, about to go to sleep when a random man walks into our room, with a key that he had to unlock the door! He quickly realised we were in the room and slammed the door shut. I then open the door to find him standing there smirking, I stated ‘this is our room what are you doing here’ to which he then said ‘sorry sorry’ and quickly walked off. Now what I’m wondering is how does this man have a key to our door? Also I might add at check-in we were only given one key between four people.. check-in was also not a pleasant experience. the receptionist could not speak English which is fine, but we did translate using our phones and she seemed uninterested and annoyed as she was sitting on her phone and wasn’t giving us much back. also the same night the man walked in a couple seemed to be screaming at each other on and off throughout the night, in the hallway then on the street. Nothing was done about this. We had gone down earlier to alert hotel staff about the man who walked in. The man at the desk just looked at the camera and looked at us and said ‘he will keep an eye on it’... so I personally was too scared to leave the room for the rest of the night. I believe the hotel could of been in on this, especially not asking about anything about the incident and seeing it was day of the dead night probably assumed we were out so they could rob us. DO NOT STAY HERE
