The Dreamland Motel was just right for our needs - a comfy bed for the night, clean bathroom, good fridge (for our cooler items). Nice and quiet. The check-in went very well, and the folks at the desk were friendly and welcoming. The price was great!

The room i booked on expedia was not the room i received and when i inquired i was informed that it was more money even thought i showed them my confirmation. The room i did receive didn't have working heat and the shower leaked everywhere.

All rooms have signs saying No Smoking but someone clearly still smoked in this room. Also could hear all of my next door neighbours conversations and when they called for pizza order, could even hear the guy on the phone. Unsurprisingly they also complained and mocked Dreamland motel so that was an indirect highlight.

We were very satisfied with our stay. It was only overnight but the room was very clean and comfortable. Old fashioned AC but worked very well. Check in was very quick and very friendly. The area was quiet and we felt safe even though older section of town. Price was good too. Rooms have been redone.

The toilet in the room is very small. (I am a large person), thankfully, it was situated at the door to the ensuite so I could fit myself onto it. The remote worked the channel box fine, but I could not control the TV with it, no matter what I tried, so I needed to manually reach to the back of the TV to change the volume and turn it off and on. Late at night I forgot and pressed the TV button and could hear someone in another room complain that their TV had turned on. It wasn't enough to bother my stay, just a petty annoyance. The room beside mine was under renovation, so if I was in my room during the day, it was get quite noisy, particularly the blasting music. I understand that warm weather in February is a great time to renovate. I was travelling alone, so the room was okay for one. One double bed and knotty pine on the ceiling and 3 walls. It had a fridge and air conditioner. Due to the melt, the parking lot was a 3" thick sheet of ice. It would have been great if some sort of grit was spread during the day so it wasn't so treacherous to get from my car to my room.

Have stayed here before with no problems... quite enjoyed it, however, this time the bedding seems to have been washed with a harsh detergent and we had to cover the bedding with our own bedding because it was itchy. No bugs...just itchy. No-one got any sleep. 4 people but only 2 towels for bathing. Otherwise, quiet area. No amenities close by. Good for a quick stop over. Owners very friendly.

Minimal lighting. 1 ceiling light, one bedside light for a queen bed with a bedside table on one side occupied by a mini-fridge so no room for a light or space to put your phone, your glasses or a book. No light at a desk in the corner. No counter space in a minimal bathroom. Recently renovated but very few power outlets. No closet. 1 clothes hanger on a rack on the wall.

The manager was super friendly and give us a good service, but the room needed love. Not really clean...I was scared to let my suitcase on the floor. But finally, even if I was scared of bed bugs, everything was okay.

Older motel but well looked after. Perfectly fine for our one night stay. Very little traffic noise. Check in staff we very friendly and courteous . 24 hour check-in so no bother that we late. Ideal for someone working in the area - fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, toaster etc. We would definitely stay here again.

The place smelled like they just put new carpet over old carpet. Lamp shades were stained yellow. The old wiggley chair was recovered by stapling new material over looks like a 20 yr old did renovations. Outside door dirty so much for covid .....Because I took 15 mins to go ask for Refund the gentleman at desk said no refund !! So I gave back my key and had to go find another hotel .
