This was a great option for us because we were in Cork to drop my daughter off at UCC. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful. Having a full kitchen made eating so much easier and cheaper. Keep in mind that this is a dorm and is not a luxury accommodation. But, I would absolutely do it again.

The staff is extremely helpful and nice but the description of the property is misleading. It is an actual Dorm suite. The water pressure was awful which they checked but could not fix. We were offered another suite but moving would have been a lot of work

Large 2 bedroom, 2 bath work LR, kitchen Ian’s dining area. Had laundry facilities as well

Nowhere in the listing does it mention that this property is a college dorm suite, not an actual apartment. It served the purpose of a place to sleep but was not what I thought I was getting.

Stay was ok. Very friendly and helpful staff but unfortunately the cleaning dose require to be upped as it was poor.

We enjoyed our stay at Victoria Lodge - assigned a dorm pod in building A at the back of the complex. Common areas -- kitchen , sitting and hallways were very clean. We used 2 of the bedrooms with attached bathrooms out of a dorm pod of 4 student rooms and they were very clean as well. The bedrooms are comfortably set up with bed linen and towels - all clean and tidy. Kieran and his team were very kind and professional ; was receptive and responded promptly when made aware of a couple of very minor issues that were brought to his attention. This was ideal for our stay during ongoing Covid pandemic - we had the entire 4 person dorm pod to ourselves including a kitchen and eating area. This allowed us to cook on our own or bring in takeout to eat in a relaxed home environment. The kitchen equipment, cutlery and dishes provided were all clean as well. We did not have a vehicle for this trip, but there was lots of parking space. Bus stop 208 to downtown Cork is just outside the gates of Victoria Lodge and it runs every 10 minutes or cross the street and go in the other direction to Wilton Shopping Complex.

Spacious apartment with kitchen. The microwave and stove top worked but we couldn’t get the oven to work. Shower stall in each bedroom but the shower is very tiny. My husband could not close the shower door when he used it.

Short drive from airport and excellent after hours support following delayed late night flight. Just what we (a family of 5) needed to get a good rest before walk into Cork city center.

Only boiling hot water in a kitchen, no cold water thus unable to clean dishes, no dishwasher Self closing door to each room not suitable for children and we had 3 of them with us The bathrooms were very poorly cleaned Very conveniently located in a heart of Cork city, close to many tourists attractions Nice rooms each of them with en suite

We stayed two nights at Victoria Lodge .I was met at reception by Karen. Wonderful friendly helpful lady. Very welcoming. The apartment was very clean and we had all we needed there. the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was great. However only two complaints. There was no sittingroom. just a small couch in the kitchen. After being out all day sight seeing all i wanted was to relax in front of the tv with my partner and children. but you couldnt as the couch fitted just two so you either sat on a kitchen floor or kitchen chair. I suggest putting a simple large rug on the floor in front of the couch for comfort would help. I would stay again but only if there was more comfort/relaxation area. Also the showers...if you are any way tall(as my partner is ) or any way over weight you will not enjoy a good shower. even my 8 and 9 yr old had to squeeze in the shower to shut the folding door. I suggest taking out the folding doors and replacing them with a door you pull outwards. I do reccomend staying here. Good value for money.
