This hotel is advertised as a 4-star but is definitely more of a 3-star. Some parts of it were nice, but I found many other things done poorly, which detracted from the overall experience. We stayed for 6 nights on an all-inclusive package. We paid roughly 300 EUR per night, which was not good value.
GOOD
- Rooms were clean
- Showers were good pressure and consistent hot water
- The beach was never busy, and had some nice water.
- Service overall in the hotel was nice, staff were friendly and proactive
- Main pool was nice.
BAD
- We had all-inclusive, but they tried to charge us 2.50 EUR for a bottle of water to have in our room. They provided 1 bottle, and then you had to go to a single water refill station to refill everyday. The staff even said to not drink the tap water or use it for brushing teeth, usually in such places, the hotel provides bottled water. This was annoying, if we forgot at end of the night.
- To rent towels, usually hotels provide a towel card to exchange, which if lost, then gets charged to your room for the missing towels. They provided a towel card where it stated this, but when we went to exchange it, they actually said the policy had changed and now required 20 EUR cash, which of course we didn't have on hand because we were staying at an all inclusive
- Sunbeds for the hotels private beach are chargeable on weekends?!
- The food was decent sometimes, pretty poor others.
- There were just small upcharges for everything, which was annoying.

Hotel is tired and in need of refurbishment throughout. The room service was not good at all and resulted in our complaint for uncleanliness and lack of towel replacement and bed making. The staff were all very well mannered and polite and were always smiling and willing to talk and assist. The hotel beach is awful in respect of the water. The sandy beach is very good but to get into the water you need to navigate vast areas of sharp rocks !! not at all conducive for such a location, The public beach just 100 yards away was far far superior.

The staff from the front desk, to the restaurants were fantastic. Some of bar tenders at the Beach bar were not quite as helpful and sometimes quite rude. The gift shop is spot on, great prices and so very helpful. We don't normally buy from hotel gift shops because they are generally over inflated prices. But found if we needed things their prices were in-line with downtown or better.

The best beach is the one at the Dome Beach hotel, really! It is sandy beach, and the water is clean and warm! I liked it a lot! In addition, the hotel offers a nice food, and a big variety of dishes, including 3 a-la-cart restaurants.

At first… the Hotel was clean and the furniture was okay but in my opinion not a 4* Hotel.
The Location was good. In 20 Minuten you can arrive ayia Napa with bicycles.
When we arrived we didn‘t got any information… Upon request, we were given a folder and said we would find all The Information in it. The staff wasn‘t really friendly or helpful.
The Food was distigusting to be honest. It was cold and there was no variety. We are both vegeterian and we had literally just potatoes and Chips for lunch and Dinner. The breakfast was also Not worth it there were no Bread—spreads… just „hot“ Food life baked beans and sausages. The bread wasn‘t baked up ist was bright and dry.

The food was terrible, they wouldn't let you book the restaurants on the day had to be day before and Sundays they are closed. Charge to use sunbeds at weekends. Reception man was rude. Room definitely needed upgraded, for a 4 star I would give it a one was the worst place I've ever stayed, luckily I live in Cyprus as this would put u off as a holiday maker

Bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Hotel were saying the right things, in terms of Covid-19 preventative measures (e.g. the wearing of mask in lobby and buffet) - but there was no enforcement of either staff or guests. Grounds are looking a little unkept, presumably because of staff reductions due to Covid. Otherwise, the beach location is lovely.

Few observations:
Good Points:
1)Hotel is at the beach where less numbers of people were there compared to other beaches , so this was good. 2)Room cleanliness was well maintained ,every day it was cleaned by the housekeeping .
3)Reception staffs were friendly and helpful.
4)Price which i paid was worth for my stay.I used only room and Breakfast service) breakfast was good too,everything was there for a normal person to expect in the the morning to eat :)
5)Sitting space in Lobby is enormous and maintained well.
6)Enormous parking space available.
Something to Learn/Modify :
1)Normally Water bottles are provided as a complimentary item , but here it was not there and considering the Summer weather it was required.
2)WiFi in the room was ok, through which you can just connect Whatsapp and small applications but cannot rely to work on big applications (worst case scenario if you want to connect for WORK ,you may have internet speed issue).
3)When we book the rooms on HOTEL.com , it was mentioned Hotel has private beach and YES there was a private beach...BUT...weird part was on WEEKDAY umbrella and benches are free of cost to use but for SAT and SUN its chargeable (5 Euros per person).
4)Even if its mentioned private beach,I observed there were people who were not part of the HOTEL guest but they were still occupying the space at the beach.
Overall for the price what i paid it was good to stay.

The hotel is nice but not new. Breakfast buffet was great. However, it is unfortunate that the staff makes you feel like a second rate guest if you are not paying for All Inclusive (AI). 1. Sun beds by the beach are extra unless you’re an AI?? but free on week days , 2. Safe in the room is extra??unless you’re AI, 3. WiFi is extra unless you’re AI. Luckily there is free WiFi in the reception area. My daughter and I used the sun beds next to the hotel that were cheaper and were on the better part of the beach.

Family orientated hotel and atmosphere, excellent breakfast buffet, family bedroom dated, expensive beverages at the pool bars. Two beautiful outdoor pools and stunning beach, good wifi, loud music throughout the day, need taxi to visit centrum, but nice restaurant close by.

Charging for lounger on hotel beach told only those who were all inclusive could use as hotel guests. Lot of rubbish on beach. Top of fridge in room had a layer of dust and door of fridge covered with dirty marks. Found long hair stuck to side of bath. Rooms cleaned but no bag put into toilet bin or tea bags etc restocked. No air conditioning in lobby. Disappointed as expected better for prices paid.

Everything was not bad until the night from Sunday to Monday when a night club orgy was organized. The music was amplified to weapon grade and children were crying but the torture went on until 3:30 am! The beach is very good, maybe the best in Ayia Napa, the food is good as well, so if you dont care about noise this may be an option for you.

The staff had clearly made an effort with towel features on the bed, but the rose petals that they had sprinkled over the towel features had bird poo on them (which then went on our bed)... bird poo is everywhere at the hotel. The outdoor furniture clearly doesn't get washed often and ruined clothing from bird poo getting transferred.
Cleaning standards in the rooms are poor. The soft chairs and stool were marked and the vanity unit wasn't cleaned for the duration of our stay. We found long black hair in the shower (not belonging to either of us) and the bin the bathroom hadn't been emptied before we arrived.
We ate dinner in the hotel once during our stay because the food was so poor. Breakfast was ok but you can't get a decent cup of coffee in the hotel. We had to take it in turns to leave the table as waiting staff cleared everything (including our personal belongings) if we both left the table.
There are plenty of sun loungers, but the cushions for the loungers and beach beds on the beach are disgusting - smelly from all the sweaty bodies over time.
The hotel is tired - parts of the venue are really old and in desperate need of rennovation. Even the more recently rennovated areas are looking tired and dirty.
For the money we paid we expected more. Shoul dhave stayed at the Amerthyst.

The highlight for me was the picturesque beach area the hotel has, which they have arranged very nicely with super-comfortable sun beds, palm leaf umbrellas and a bar/cafe right on the beach. The hotel was very clean and all the staff were very friendly. The double beds were very spacious, although one criticism would be that the pillows were quite large and a bit broken up, you know like when youve put pillows in the washing machine on a high spin and the stuffing starts coming apart, so I found it quite hard to get to sleep, but Im a light sleeper, so Im probably fussier than most on this front. The food in the main restaurant was ok, but for something better try one of the 3 other restaurants. We tried the Japanese restaurant one night which was great. Theres a large selection of cocktails available at all the hotels bars as well which was a nice surprise. The pool is not heated, but when we went at the beginning of May it was the ideal temperature for a nice refreshing swim. Also, theres a separate kids pool in another corner of the resort, which keeps the main pool area ermm... nice and quiet
