My stay was lovely. It was a little noisy from the guy above me at 5 am but it’s an old motel and soundproofing wasn’t much of a thing back then. I had a delicious dinner at Joes on the Beach.

The AC units were very loud and the street/ highway directly in front of the property was very busy day and night. It was great to have the ocean directly across the street!

All in all this property was nice and clean with a very comfy bed and nice shower. When i first arrived the AC, fridge and telephone were all unplugged. I had to get front desk to come up and assist as everything was plugged in behind the fridge. Not a huge inconvenience, but interesting. If i could suggest any up-grade, it would be new sliders on the suites with a screen.

It was on the main road with only stairs access to 2nd floor with no help with bags. The Tv in the room very small. Overall they have done a great job with the bathroom renovations shower was very good. The room was very clean & tidy. The patio doors were very stiff to open they need replacing on the next part of continuing repairs.

Had a very disappointing stay. Was absolutely impossible to get hold of the front desk. They don’t answer the phone and are barely at the desk. The room was dirty and the ocean view was blocked by a giant trailee

Booked on Expedia so they only give you the downstairs rooms which are noisy as you hear the people above you book direct and ask for an upper level room for a better experience

Great location!! right across Davis Bay pier!! Waking up to a great view is just amazing! Also, the staff at front desk, Muizz, is very helpful and very accommodating to our request!!! Housekeeping ladies also did a great job cleaning our room.We have a wonderful stay!! Will stay again for sure!

My husband and I enjoyed our 2-night stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located, accessible by bus from the ferry terminal parking is also available for those who drive. The hotel is pet-friendly and very clean, with modern renovations. You can enjoy breathtaking views on the ocean, and sunset over the mountains right from your patio or balcony. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. We especially want to thank Muizz for his exceptional customer service. He truly made us feel welcome. A delightful bonus is the free use cream from 5 to 7pm. Highly recommended!

When we entered our room the curtains were open and the sunshine rose the temperature in the room to an unbearable level. The air conditioner was inadequate for the size of the room and didn’t manage to lower the temperature for several hours. It was difficult to sleep because of the temperature. New thermal windows are needed to manage the heat of the sun. The seals were broken causing streaks of moisture to seep in between the windows.

We stayed here as a last minute get away from the mainland and will recommend to all our friends! Staff were very kind and the room was beautiful! Comfortable bed and great washroom with a balcony that had a nice view of the water. The boardwalk was right across the street which was great for views. Mizu was great in the morning helping us with coffee and checkouts. Will definitely stay here again!

This was a great find. The staff was very polite and friendly. They even gave a quick call to my room after settling in to ensure I was satisfied with the room and if there was anything I needed. On checkout Muizz at reception was courteous and answered all my questions with a big smile. The reason I only gave 4 ⭐️ for amenities is because I didn’t get a chance to explore but if the restaurant was like the room (very clean, comfortable and great view) I would have given it a 5 ⭐️ as well. I would for sure stay here again.
