Excelent hotel

Beautiful hotel and very helpful staff. There was an eater parade nearby and they were sound checking a large speaker system at 5am which was frustrating. The staff did their best to move me the next day and my new room was much quieter.

Our stay at the Four Seasons Seoul was amazing! Not only was the room and view lovely, the people and service in the hotel was welcoming and wonderful. But most notable was the extraordinary concierge staff who when above and beyond to help me out. The gym was full sized with professional advisors and the golf hitting bays were perfect. Finally, everyone should have a drink at the speakeasy. It is elegant and old world and fun.

Location was excellent. Vibe is highend with few snobby guests. Provided early checkin way before checkin time. Staff are generally nice. Front desk service is either slow or not provided. (Asked for ice and came 30 minutes later and requested extra towels which never came) All other service was great. Minibar was missing one drink and I informed the front desk and lady appeared doubtful. Overall, except for location I believe it is not worth the money unless you want to show off.

It’s a big hotel. Luxurious but also very big hence a bit impersonal. My room was large, very well equipped, and quite comfortable. I picked this property mainly for its location and it did not disappoint on that front. Close to many major sights in Seoul and just a short stone’s throw from the subway. In terms of service, it’s both good and a bit off sometimes. The service at the breakfast buffet is competent but quite impersonal. Too many people at breakfast, especially on the weekends. The food is pretty good but it’s so noisy I switched to the Maru cafe for breakfast. The service is much much better and after just one day, they remembered me. It’s all about not having to deal with that giant crowd downstairs. The other service that’s hit and miss is the nightly turndowns. Sometimes it’s done one way, sometimes it’s done some other way. Very strange. Will I come back to this place? I’m not sure.

Beautiful room. Love the freshly baked goods they leave you nightly as part of the turn down service with lots of cartons of water. They are so attentive when you use their chat service for anything you need. Extremely clean. Great cafe in hotel and Mary served good food.

Incredibly stylish, clean and luxurious hotel in the very center of Seoul. Staff were friendly and helpful. Superb cleaning. Very comfortable bed. Highly recommend!

First time stay but nothing to talk about.

Not the 5 star hotel experience to expect compared to other prestigious five star hotels in other Asian countries or Europe. The room was nice but the service is far from good, mainly at the front desk where the person who checked us in was showing a lot of attitude for no reason. Nobody from the front desk even say high or anything at any time of the day, nobody direct you towards the right elevator when you check in (as there are multiple ones and it’s a bit confusing)… We also asked for a warm drink when we arrived as it was early in the morning and didn’t really get to sleep during our red eye flight and we were basically told we had to go buy one at the bar of the hotel. In any prestigious hotel, you don’t even have to ask , the front desk team always ask you if you want to drink anything as you arrive. Shoutouts to the room service, cleaning and luggage personnel who were extremely nice and helpful and made our stay a bit more enjoyable! Luggage crew could easily replace the front desk team as they are way more kind and friendly. In summary a very cold hotel, which seems more adapted for business than for vacation. Even though the room was nice and clean, I don’t recommend it, it’s not worth the money at all. Please lower your expectation if you book there thinking Four seasons is going to be a magical experience, it’s far away from what you probably have experienced in any other country.
