Unique property. Located in the middle of Marathon, yet very quiet!! Great pool. Apparently there were some included water activities, unfortunately we weren't there long enough to enjoy. Blaze the property dog was always friendly and willing to receive some good pets (I obviously missed my dog ) Would definitely come back!

Really nice and clean. The room was cool and it smelled clean and fresh. The staff was very attentive. The area is quiet. I wish there was a hairdryer and mirror in the room. Apart from that, no faults.

Fun little motel with a great kitchenette, comfy bed, nice pool. The manager was so friendly. She even offered to let us use kayaks after our checkout time. We only stayed here one night but definitely wanted to stay longer.

Loved it! Great location (in the middle of it all) and well-appointed with awesome amenities. Grill, eat and chill waterside by the dock. Free kayak rentals to cruise around the mangroves. Pool & pickleball if you should choose. Close to public beaches and attractions. Hop, skip and a jump to Key West. Friendly, helpful staff. We’ll be back!

We booked a one night stay. Upon arrival the room was super cold, they had the AC on and running before we arrived which was much appreciated! The room was very clean, even cleaner than the big name hotels next door that our friends stayed at. They have a dock area, kayaking, and it’s a quiet nice area!

Room was very clean and spacious. Couple restaurant/bars are walking distance. Pool is a bit dated and water pressure was not great but the shower was fine. Sombrero beach is a 5-10 minute drive away. I would definitely stay here again if/when we go back to the FL Keys!

We stayed here from June 8-14th and it was fantastic! The first 2 nights were in the motel and what strick us first was how clean the rooms are! Beds were comfy and water pressure was great. Well appointed and the keurig coffee makers were a nice bonus. The rest of our time was stayed in cabin #7, and it was AWESOME!!! There were 2 rooms w double beds, a futon and a loft with a single bed. It was so perfect we were asking ourselves if we should buy one haha. The property itself was quiet and so clean. The pool was so nice to cool down in the heat, there are kayaks to borrow, a pickleball court, some bbqs if you want to use them, a nice tiki hut to sit under, and the docks to sit at. If you have a boat you can use the docks as well. The staff were so kind, friendly and accommodating, we have absolutely nothing negative to say. We really lucked out when we decided to stay here. We will definitely be back someday ❤️

A relaxing place to stay near the water. Nice for the price. Excellent swimming pool! Surrounded by gravel due to the fact it’s also an RV resort, so that detracts from it a bit. Quiet and comfortable rooms.

Nice sized room and was nicely decorated. Did see a large roach. The property only had one working washer and dryer with no way to get change. It is hard to get in and out of the property. We drove by it more than once as it is hard to see sign.

A small but wonderful hotel. Check in was easy. They have a nice pool, pickle ball court and a boat ramp. We would definitely stay here again!

The grounds of the property were pretty nice- an area to sit by the water, a pool that was clean, easy parking. But the motel is old and everything seems kind of run-down and in need of renovation. The sheets were pilled, no hot water in shower, baseboards moldy/warped, bed uncomfortable. Upon arrival, the room had a very strong scent like something perfumy had been sprayed around. After a day, that went away and there was a slight musty smell. One night I used the restroom at 2am and saw roaches scurry under the baseboards. This place is overpriced for what it is. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere better.

I like how it wasn’t hard to get into and on the water with a beautiful view just a short walk and love they allowed us to use the kayaks at no extra charge. Only thing was the water pressure was weak but other than that we will definitely be staying here again !

A cute clean stop on our drive through the Keys! A bit overpriced for the age & overall condition, but the grounds are well tended to and in good shape. We had a late arrival but received check-in instructions ahead of time, and everything went smoothly. We got hot showers & the AC worked great. We also really loved the dock sitting area & getting to use the kayaks!
