Pros: - Conveniently located near numerous restaurants and shops, perfect for purchasing souvenirs for loved ones and friends. - A spa is available for guests who enjoy relaxation and wellness treatments. - The reception staff is friendly and always willing to assist. - Complimentary breakfast is provided, with a selection of delicious food. - The bathroom and shower facilities are modern and well-maintained. - The hotel is quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful sleep. Cons: - Access to the hotel requires climbing stairs, which can be inconvenient when carrying luggage. - The rooms are quite small unless you're willing to pay a premium. - Housekeeping amenities such as lotion, gel, and soap are not refilled unless specifically requested in writing. Overall Rating: 3.5 stars.

Great location, clean, nicely decorated. We had a first floor garden room with the front door facing the communal garden. Could hear people coming and going and talking plus the front door was just glass so limited privacy and sound insulation. Also the room was very small.

This hotel is quaint and charming. Location is excellent and the staff at this hotel is exceptional. I have travelled much in my time, the front desk staff at this hotel is like no other. So helpful, kind and patient. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Paris.

Hotel is wonderful. Super cute little boutique hotel a short block from Notre Dame. You MUST book the suite duplex room! It is a 2-level room with a deep soaking tub, separate fully-closed glass shower with a nice space downstairs. It was beautiful. The staff was very kind.

Booked the superior room and a good size, quiet at night and very comfortable bed. Big shower area and nice products provided. The spa and swimming area is very nice for relaxing at the end of the day after walking around Paris. Breakfast was good but could have been even better if a few more choices available.

We LOVED this quaint hotel! Stayed here for two nights with another couple, and we booked the two top floor units with the terraces. Well worth it! Large windows opened up onto very Parisian terraces (we had two terraces for just our one room!), plus the rooms had high vaulted ceilings and a gorgeous bathroom with a large shower. Largest and nicest rooms I’ve stayed in in Europe at this price point. Hotel was within 5 min walking distance to the Notre Dame and a metro station, which we didn’t use much, as we ended up walking everywhere instead. Would certainly book these rooms again on our next stay.

Cannot fault the hotel, it was exactly as described/ as per the photos. Great location, very close to Maubert -Mutualite metro station and within walking distance of plenty of nice restaurants and bars/ cafes along the river bank near Notre Dame. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. The room was modern but with some character, cosy but comfortable, with a separate desk area and separate WC & shower room. All clean and modern facilities. We enjoyed a dip in the small heated pool after a days sightseeing, the steam room was beautifully done but not really hot enough on the occasion we visited. Breakfast was good, and served until 10.30, (plus only €5 extra to order breakfast in bed!) and checkout was not until 12.00 and they happily stored our cases for the day for free. I would definitely recommend and would happily stay again if I return for another weekend in Paris,

Our shower leaked and our towel warmer did not work. We could have told them and I’m sure they would’ve moved us or fixed it but that would have been inconvenient for our stay. We were in town for a wedding and seemed like we were always riding the subway or catching an Uber because everything was out of walking distance from us. Hotel had all the basics but nothing special.

We spent four nights at Hotel La Lanterne & Spa and it was great. The location is great. The hotel is very comfortable and staff extremely pleasant and helpful. When you travel to Europe, you expect small hotel rooms, but I will say La Lanterne has done an amazing job of making small feel roomy and comfortable. Our room was wonderful, bed very comfortable, and overall we had a great stay. We will definitely stay here again when back in Paris.

Excellent location in the Latin Quarter near the universities and Notre Dame. Excellent access to multiple Metro stations make travelling throughout Paris very easy. The hotel is very clean and well appointed. Rooms are small but very well laid out and quiet. The spa was a really nice unexpected treat.

We booked a superior garden room. The room was far from superior - tiny, with a tiny bed, a strange bathroom and windows that had a foggy screen. The room was definitely not worth the more than 430 Euros we paid per night.
