I found the breakfast good but it takes a long time to replenish the items, the bed is comfortable and the hotel is close to the subway.
3.2
Not a bad pace
3.2
No aircon in the room which made it quite stuffy even with the window fully open.
Could do with a new lick of paint.
3.2
For the price paid, can’t fault it.
Yes, the bathroom layout (sink in the room, shower with a hole instead of a lock) was strange, but can be overlooked when you take into account what you’re paying and how much other hotels are.
The area might make some people feel uncomfortable, but I never felt threatened. 2 metro stations are close by and you can be in the centre quite quickly. Possibly factor in taking a taxi from the metro to the hotel if you’re travelling back late and you’re not used to staying in borderline sketchy neighbourhoods.
Included breakfast was decent to set you up for the day.
3.2
the worse hotel ever, bad neighborhoods, looks like a ghetto people have a market in the next block. You can not walk around the neighborhood safe. I arrived almost at midnight but we changed hotel the next morning. it was a two single bed room but it was so small and claustrophobic.

Unless you need to spend a night in Paris and looking for a budget hotel I won’t recommend it otherwise. Crowded and small. The structure is funny and inconvenient.

Great

I did not like anything about the hotel or the area where it was located. We arrived later thank expected because of flight delay and they had already cancel our reservation even though I had already check in online. They did give us another room. The room was very small, had no air conditioning. The area where the hotel is located has multiple people sleeping in there cars, seems like they were homeless. The area had foul smell like urine. I did not feel safe in the area so I checked out the next day. I was supposed to stay for 5 days but given the condition of the hotel and the area I left the next day. The language was a barrier as well. The staff bearly spoke English and i myself didn’t speak any French.
3.2
Area was a little run down but the hotel is perfect if you just want somewhere to sleep.
3.2
The area is really dangerous during the day and night, also lot of trash everywhere.
Slow check in.
The room is pretty basic, toilet looks like you are in the jail or similar, no seat cover or lid.
The bed was okay
Under the bed lot of dust and hair
3.2
cheep place to stay basic need attention to detail with cleaning .i left on door do not disturb anyway cleaner walked inside while i was getting ready not happy with that
3.2
Disgusting rooms in a disgusting location. The whole area smelt of pee. I did not end up staying and lost my money unfortunately.
3.2
The hotel itself was good value and included breakfast in the restaurant .
The area location looked run down and shabby .
3.2
Breakfast is good.
3.2
Hotel is near to the highway, quite noisy!!
3.2
The hotel is very big with very limited staff. So there is no proper cleaning and there is large crowd waiting for breakfast. Further, while booking on Expedia, I had booked for breakfast also but while checking at the hotel, the staff at the reception informed that breakfast for children are not included and therefore I had to pay 57 euro again for breakfast of my two children.
3.2
The room was ok, but the area was scary. Someone knocked on our door several times at night which scared us. Someone caused the fire alarm to go off and staff had no idea how to handle it. Never stay here.
3.2
Clean and friendly
3.2
Just walk 10 minutes to metro and hasn’t provided kettles and hair dryer
3.2
Location felt unsafe. Dirty surroundings. Rooms were just ok.
3.2
It was noisy at the mornings that I had to wake up everyday when they started cleaning.
the room was very small. Not like the images at all.
Aside from the wifi of the room wasn’t working and the AC wasn’t working as well.
Not enough air flows into the room
3.2
Staff were friendly but tried to enter our room when we were in there asleep a few times. Area around hotel not good, didn’t feel safe walking around at night. Close to metro stations which is good. There are shops and takeaways within walking distance. Windows don’t have safety locks, not suitable for children. Most guests were French, not many English people. Overall good hotel, wasn’t unhappy with our stay but wouldn’t stay again :)
3.2
Hotel was in unsafe area. No air conditioning we had to open the window to have some air. When we opened the window all the noise cigarettes smoke came in we could not sleep. Staff would get upset when we asked for more towels and toilet paper. Lockers to keep luggage safe while we waited to be checked in didnt work.
3.2
its a budget hotel for a reason, separate toilet bowl, shower and sink. cramped.
3.2
The hotel was not what the picture was giving
3.2
The hotel was very reasonably priced, but the product was good all the same. The staff at reception were very attentive and helpful, very pleasant.
3.2
Toilet and room not cleaned. Access to manager was limited. Difficulty with bill and it’s resolution.
3.2
Do not book this hotel the rooms are very basic. Smells of urine in the lifts and you wouldn't want to walk about after dark. Very disappointing.
3.2
The reception staffs do not have any standard of customer service compare to any 3rd world countries. I will say worse then any 3rd world countries which some stances better then this hotel.
3.2
Budget hotel with no frills - not the a very nice area
3.2
Very small room, difficult to access by public transport. Area around hotel isn’t great . Good reception and breakfast
3.2
The hotel was not air-conditioned very wormed car parking, the staircase to hotel and surrounding outside of hotel stings.

Totally understand that being a budget hotel I wasn't expecting masses of luxury or amenities, but the area around the hotel was terrible with a large proportion of the buildings to the one side derelict, and large amount of homeless camps in the area. The hotel staff were pleasant but the hotel room was not the greatest. The shower had two settings, either boiling or freezing and the shower head only stayed in an odd direction, with bits missing on the tap, and the extractor fan growing only knows what as it's clearly not been cleaned in a very long time. When we had checked in we had to proceed to make one of the beds as all that was there was a mattress and a bag with all the sheets and pillows. It does overlook a major road (but we knew this before booking) but with the weather being so warm, we had the choice of either loud traffic noise all night, or a very warm hotel room as there was no fan/air conditioning available. A note for any other parents with young children, that the windows opened fully without any safety locks or features (we were on the 7th floor)
3.2
This place is gross.
The staff are terrible; they're extremely rude and unhelpful and wouldn't give us an extra pillow. The only good thing about this place is the location, and even that's not amazing. Would not recommend.
3.2
You get what you paid for. It’s very cheap, so don’t expect something fancy. There’s a tv in the room and a decent shower and toilet. The matrasses are very sleepable. The service is great! The area is a bit dissapointing, considering it’s in Montmartre.. very busy, loud and a lot of police action. But overall a great experience!

Need lot to do
3.2
Value for money but room somewhat lacking in amenities.
3.2
No option the next time
3.2
The streets leading to the hotel are filthy. It is basically in the worst neighborhood in Paris. The elevator was broken from the parking garage. There is no ac. Rooms do not look clean. There was a party going on outside our door and no one came to stop it until 3 am. I was somewhat scared for my life
