Very nice stay

Clean, convenient courteous staff. Had a great stay. Will definitely recommend

Had a three night stay for our initial beginning of vacation in Rome. It couldn’t have gone any smoother. The hotel staff were very attentive to guests needs and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable at all times. The breakfast an rooftop bar were excellent. Also, a short walk to Roma Termini which makes it exceptional for venturing around.
4.5
The hotel was well located, however, they didn't give me any of the benefits for being a VIP member that the reservation specified. So, I was really upset at first with the personnel because during my check-in they took 4 hours to give me my rooms, but overall the hotel it’s good.

Nice hotel

The hotel is beautiful. They upgraded us to a family suite which was modern, spacious and super nice. All the luxury of a 5 star hotel. However, being literally across the street to Roma Termini, the area is kind of sketchy but super convenient so you pick your battles. We were there just overnight so it worked out wonderfully. Alice & Febronia were a pleasure to deal with. Both very personable & helpful.
4.5
If you booked a four star hotel, you would be happy with this one. However, it lacks finesse in a number of areas and quality in others. It’s not a luxury 5 star hotel.

The Hotle location is fantastic.

Staff was slow to respond to requests.
They were not accommodating considering it was claimed to be a 5 star hotel.
4.5
The hotel is very American for being in Italy. Right next to the train station in Rome, which made it a good stay for our last leg of the trip--we could take the train to the airport the next morning while still being able to enjoy Rome for the evening. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was large but basic.

The location of this hotel is the only advantage of staying here. My husband and I were celebrating our honeymoon and I wished we would have stayed somewhere that lended itself to more of a luxury and hospitable environment for such occasions. Not only did we not receive our welcome amenities (free bottle of sparkling wine and 10 euro credit toward drinks), there was no acknowledgment of us celebrating this momentous occasion for us. Additionally, there is no pool or spa on premise, which was fine, but the dining options were limited, especially the in-room dining options where the only offered pasta, chicken and fruit after 11pm until 6am: not necessarily “middle of the night” dishes. Also, the mini bar was sparse with very limited options. We stayed in a junior suite and there was no bath tub, which was shocking considering it was advertised as a suite. The stand up shower was not large or roomy either as it was about the same size as the closet they offer, which is to say quite small for a suite. It reminded me of a traveling lodge shower or one you might find on a boat in size. Additionally, the view certainly lacked any appeal as there was construction in front of the hotel which also made it challenging for taxis to understand how to get to the hotel. This might be better suited for a business trip, and even then, the luxury element lacked in that department. I would not rate this 5 stars by any means and it certainly wasn’t worth nearly 600 euros a night.

This room was fine except for the bathtub that was very deep and hard to climb out of. I use the shower so the rooms I was in earlier days had a walk in shower so much better. The lights in the bedroom were annoying. You couldn’t turn them off without taking the card out and turning out the bathroom lights also. The lights worked much better in the rooms I had earlier in my stay. .

Absolutely amazing!!! The hotel was beautiful! 100% recommend and we will defo be back again! All the staff were lovely and so welcoming! Nothing was too much trouble. The room was big and the bed was so comfy! The room was stunning!!! Also fantastic location! 2 min walk from termini station. We loved every minute!!
4.5
Staff were friendly and polite. Everything else was sub par. room was small and not worth the price. I was in a group and the only one who did not pester the staff about the room and ended up with the worst room! Except for wifi they charge for everything.
4.5
Over rated. Even with a jr suite “with a view” the super bright lights of the Termini Roma shone in the windows so has to keep curtains closed. Some view.
4.5
They doesn’t have the real pictures of the room , I booked with two windows and they give me any other with no view at all , bad experience

This is an excellent hotel with outstanding staff. We came to Rome to celebrate my husband's anniversary and the staff helped make it unforgettable. Nice, Frederico and Alexandro were super helpful and friendly, however everyone at this place made sure we were having a great time.
Location is unbeatable- 2 min walk from Termini. If you know anything about Rome, you would not want to depend on publuc transportation or taxi. Metro system is very convenient, but I pefer to use it or stroll the cobbled streets without my luggage. The hotel is 15-20 min walk from major attractions.
It is very clean and quiet. Until we went to have breakfast, we could not imagine that it was so full.
We dined once at the restaurant- it was good, with outstabding service. The bar inside worked until 12:30 am. The rooftop bar was still closed for the season.
We wanted to go for dinner to a particular place, but it was overbooked. The hotel staff was able to secure a table for us anyway. At the time of our departure, there was a strike and the airport train did not work. The hotel arranged an alternative transportation for us.
We had a wonderful time and will stay there again. Thank you!

I am incredibly grateful for the staff who made my daughter’s birthday incredible. From the front staff to the restaurant and doormen, each person made us feel welcome and went out of their way. The staff surprised both of my kids with presents and decorated the room. They even upgraded us because we had to wait for a room to be available. I want to especially recognize Alessandro for his kind heart and attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond. This is Rome’s best hotel not just for families but anyone looking for service with a smile at a hotel uniquely positioned within minutes of all the attractions. You can walk to the shops, attractions and even the Rome Termini. Thanks NH! We will be back!

This is a beautiful building, and the staff was outstanding. The refrigerator in our room made a rattling noise all night, and there was paint on the floor around the door frame.

Excellent located. Great breakfast

Great location with very friendly professional staff.

The room was spacious and clean. I met the lady who was going to clean my room and felt she was so professional. I could rely on her work and enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The people at the restaurant were also nice when I had breakfast. I would stay this hotel again if I have a chance to come to Rome again.
4.5
The staff were very friendly and respectful. They helped us with transport and restaurant bookings. They lent us umbrellas for the length of the stay so we ciukd walk around the city in the rain. They were quick to summon maintenance when our door malfunctioned. The breakfast was very good. The only things we did not like were 1) the evening dinning options were limited. 2) the door has to be repeatedly fixed. 3) sadly our room with a view was spoilt by ongoing road works outside the property, but this is not the fault of the hotel. Would recommend to all very nice friendly, quiet and convenient place to stay.

Great location alongside Termini station (and the Leonardo Express to the airport) and walkable to lots of the historic sites.
Lovely hotel, clean and with friendly staff and amazing breakfast buffet - make time for breakfast!

Very nice attention, from everyone of the staff hotel, I really recommend for a stay in rome

awesome service and amenities. Super close to train station, bus stops and subway which makes it extremely easy to visit any place. Staff was very nice!!

Just not a real 5 star hotel. Too dated, very simple rooms etc. For 120€ it would be ok, for 300€ not…

was near shopping and transit hubs

beautiful room, friendly staff, and good location.

The location by the train station was why I chose this property.

Alice, Alessandro, and Guisi were excellent. From check in to check out, they ensured that our stay was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel, the staff was great and the hotel was excellent.

Tried to charge for “Free Parking” €35,00 a day. I had to inform them that when I booked this hotel with this posting it said free parking. They still tried to get me to pay for parking but instead they hit me with a €80,00 “city tax”

The hotel is beautiful, with attentive staff. Our room was gorgeous and well appointed. The location of the hotel is very convenient to the train station (just a few steps away) and attractions. We were a little concerned about the location after a friend whose family lives in Rome told us not to stay near the train station due to pickpockets, but we had no trouble and never felt unsafe. I would stay at this location again without hesitation. It was so easy to catch our trains to day trips and the airport when we returned home.

This was our first stay in Rome and we absolutely plan to stay here again on our next trip. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and modern. It feels safe with 24-hour reception (all of the staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating). Definitely worth the extra charge for amazing breakfast options with a beautiful dining area and terrace. Steps away from the Rome Termini, this hotel is super convenient. There is also a pharmacy a few steps away that we visited. The hotel set us up with a hop on and off bus tour that was convenient, informational and perfect where we were only in rome for 2 days.

Clean hotel
4.5
This was advertised as a 5 star property. It is not. The service and rooms were far from luxury. The most disgusting part was that I paid for a room with a terrace. The terrace was filled with bird poop. The cushions were filthy and torn. They had bird poop on them. It was obvious they rarely clean it, if ever. Also, they broke a wheel off of my luggage and I was forced to buy a new suitcase.
