Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely room. Fantastic pool and bar.

Lovely hotel with added benefit of a spa. Not too big a hotel so it feels cosy and comfy. Rooms were lovely clean and the staff friendly and attentive. Perfect stay.

The ESPA attached to the hotel is lovely but the property itself is underwhelming. Rooftop pool not well maintained, very crowded , and the room was cramped and furnishing worn.

So enjoyed my overnight stay at King Street Townhouse. Beautiful hotel. I loved my room and enjoyed my breakfast in the restaurant.

Booked this hotel for the sole reason of the infinity pool. This is what sets it apart from other hotels, and the infinity pool was out of order for the duration of our stay, without warning. Dissapointing. This hotel commands a hefty nightly fee but can’t make sure its unique selling point is available.

Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend to anyone

Had a gorgeous overnight stay here this Feb. All the members of staff were warm and helpful, everywhere is very tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean, and my room was lovely. Huge, very comfortable bed, great water pressure in the rain shower, and the rooftop pool at night was such a nice, unique feature. I’d 100% recommend it, and would definitely stay here again when I’m next in town.

Pool and Spa area were lovely. We ate at the restaurant and the food was amazing too.

Was expecting a more from this hotel, didn’t feel very welcomed, was originally told on the phone the spa could be used at any time with but found out that we had to book a slot which was only 1 hour so felt rushed to use it also as it was an extra £40 to the room it didn’t feel worth it. Also felt rushed with the 11am check out time which is my fault for not checking before booking. Also there’s only 1 tiny elevator which was in constant use with hotel guest but also staff and didn’t feel convenient for nipping In and out. Room was nice but felt dusty and woke up in the morning with a very blocked nose from dust particles. Shower was great.

5 hour drive from Dundee to get to the car park and was full. 30 minute's navigating about 2 very tightly parked floors to eventually squeeze in a tight space. Arrived at the hotel after a 10 minute walk from the car park to be informed the rooftop pool was closed due to a frozen pipe. The main reason for booking this hotel was the rooftop pool. Once in room we got ready to celebrate my girlfriend's 30th birthday with some pre drinks at the rooftop terrace to then arrive and be told we couldn't use the terrace as a private function was being held that evening. Very disappointed to say the least as we were never informed prior to arriving at the hotel. The rooftop pool was also closed for the 2 night's whilst wee stayed at the hotel. Bed's were also poorly made on the Sunday and our rubbish from the night before wasn't taking away either. Also we had 2 member's of staff knock at our door at different occasions as they were checking everything was ok because our door didn't seem to close properly. The door on our room (50) seemed to bounce and not really sure what the issue was but I've never experienced this before. Overall very disappointed with the stay after paying £530 for 2 night's and we couldn't even enjoy the facilities they advertise.

I had such a lovely relaxing stay at the King Street Townhouse staying in a Luxe Junior Suite and spent a wonderful couple of hours in the Spa. A highlight for me was a 7am dip in the rooftop infinity pool, there was no one else there and I got to enjoy watching the city coming to life. I’ll definitely be booking another stay in the future

Always a lovely place to stay. Worth checking ahead of arrival if there are events on the rooftop. Very comfy beds.

Great hotel - lovely decor, very clean, friendly staff. Will definitely stay again / recommend.

Property itself is good. The downside is the infinity pool which is very small and it wasn't bubbly as shown. The outlook is not good due to building works going on and scaffolding everywhere.

Right from the staff to the facilities (the infinity pool, the gym and spa) and the rooms, everything was absolutely brilliant.
We were there to celebrate an occasion and the front desk staff kindly upgraded our room to a suite which made our time extra special. Truly one of the best stays we've had in the UK and definitely the best in Manchester!

Lovely hotel. A little noisy first thing in the morning with noise from corridors quite noticeable. Otherwise all very good - clean, great amenities and good location.

It was really very good . The staff are friendly and efficient and the rooms are spacious, well-maintained with great attention to detail. In Room dining absolutely delicious and the biggest highlight was the gym which is part of a spa. Very modern and new. I highly recommend this hotel and would go back for sure.
Thankyou team for a great stay.

Amazing, comfortable room. Lovely staff and a great breakfast. Loved the infinity poll and steam room on the top floor. Service was excellent (though a bit slow when in the lounge waiting for a drink)

King Street Town House is a great hotel, in a fantastic location and of a high quality; unfortunately it didn’t quite live up to the high standard we had expected. As In many areas of life, you find it is the small details that make the difference and some simple things can take the edge off an otherwise positive experience… our room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, however there were broken fittings and poorly chosen accessories that wood I have been an easy fix. For the price paid we were left a little disappointed, but would consider the hotel again in the future to give them another chance.

Overall a little disappointing. The air con was broken in the room, and we couldn’t open the window, this meant the room was very stuffy and uncomfortable. The bathroom was really nice except for the noisy toilet. If I was staying in Manchester again I would try somewhere else. This being said, pool was good, and so were staff. Great central location .

Lovely central property but we were in a room right below the floor housing a private party. Music was so loud we felt we were in attendance. It went on until 11pm. Great if you like to party but being more mature and retiring to bed at 10pm we couldn’t sleep for an hour. Shame.

It was a perfect night away. Can not fault the hotel.

Good stay overall. Lovely hotel reception bar and communal areas.
Pool amazing view across Manchester although looking a little tired and could do with an upgrade.
Nice big room with lovely bathroom. Again parts of this look tired mainly silicone sealant between wall and floor tiles.

An oasis in the city. Beautiful.

After a much anticipated stay for my partners special birthday I can safely say I was extremely disappointed with my stay. I upgraded the room and paid additional upgrade fees on arrival as it had limited facilities and was very small , this wasn’t an issue and staff were helpful in assisting with this. However the new room was right Beside scaffolding and building works started at 730 am in the morning. The toilet seat was also broken in the room and my partner nipped his leg when sitting on it. We were really looking forward to the infinity pool and roof side terrace bar …… the terrace bar was closed for a private party which was not communicated to us at all , this mean in a beautiful day we couldn’t use the facility and I was highly disappointed as I wanted to celebrate my partners 30th birthday with a veiw. We decided to go to the infinity lol and spa to try and relax however most of the facilities were broken. The steam
Room was out of order which again we were not informed of prior to arrival , the door to the infinity pool was also broken and we had difficulty opening it. The infinity pool itself was lovely or would have been if there was no building work and a of folding. Whilst I understand essential works are to be carried out , this was not mentioned on booking or prior to arrival
And looking out over the clock tower and Manchester was something I was looking forward to experiencing with my partner for his special birthday . The clock tower was fully covered up

Hotel was amazing, clean and staff very welcoming.
Pool was a lovely added bonus.
Only downside was breakfast, food was awful. None was cooked as requested, allergy needs not met. Disappointing end to a fantastic stay.

Not the best rude receptionist and untidy rooms not good when you pay £170 a night
