Well presented, pleasant staff, beautiful welcome! The 250INR charge for sitting at the Cafe table is a bit strong. No area in the foyer to work.

Delays in in-room dining, took over 12 hours - no kidding, to get water bottles. - business center in shambles, no staff to help out with signing in. Overall poor experience. Would not recommend for esp. international travelers. Much better options in Aerocity.

The hotel is 5 star for namesake. The room had a kettle that did not work and a hair drier that emitted fire when I switched it on to dry my hair. Eventually the fire from the hair drier melted the plastic and emitted fumes. So much for health and safety. I could not sleep peacefully in the room as it was vibrating from the noise of a next door party. I would say this was disappointing experience. Never staying here again.

My stay here was good. The staff was helpful and friendly The room was a little smaller than expected, and the shower could use a deep clean. The rest of the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The Pool area was great. and the food was fantastic!

The hotel is a bit run down and the rooms are not soundproof as we could hear yelling from the upstairs floor. As we were checking out the lobby was full of people waiting to check in or out and there were not enough seating areas for everyone so we ended up standing with our luggage for awhile until our Uber came. The area could be better organised. It was not a five star experience.

I requested to take off the fare for my 2nd-day breakfast and I had a midnight flight and would not be available due to early checkout. Neither hotels.com, not Pride Plaza listened and honored my request. I was sent back and forth for the refund. I am a long-standing hotels.com customer and this was very disappointing.

The only good part is location, close to airport and decent dining options. Otherwise, the property send really old and average. The AC does not work in hallways, and the plywood is scratched and worn out at many places in the room. I would not stay if not close.to airport and like just get some shut eye.

My flight delayed and I arrived past mid night. Sadly no where near a 5 Star hotel. The rooms were smelling of beach, stains on bed sheet. Unkempt hall ways, noisy doors…, it was supposed to be non smoking, but there were remenants of smoke..

Ive stayed here a few years ago. While large and attempt is good, the upkeep has gone down. The bed sheets aeent white enough, towels are really old. They should focus on maintaining such a large property wity good potential

Location is convenient otherwise it does not qualify to be in aerocity. Description says self park but they forced valet parking and too much delay in car pickup. Coffee maker was so dirty like it has been washed for months. Replacing took much longer than a hotel of this category should take.

This was my first stay at this hotel and the hotel group. It has a mediocre vibe and this is reflected in their service and the staff. Check in took a while as the staff asked for the identification documents in piecemeal rather than in a one go. We ordered a couple of cappuccino for our room and not only the coffee served was not hot but also had a horrible taste. We then went to the onsite bar ( Black Stallion) and again the service was very slow. The bartender was server as well! They didn’t know how to serve single malt whiskey on the rocks! Overall, this hotel should be a 3-star at the best. A few of our family stayed at JW Marriott next door and they had a fantastic experience as one should in a 5-star hotel in India.

There are no family rooms at the hotel. For a family of 4 with 2 small kids, it is not convenient to book 2 separate hotel rooms to accommodate 4 of us. We requested for infant cot but we were told it’s not available. There was no facility of sofa bed either. The only option you have is to pay 1500 for an extra bed. Hope they improve this at the hotel for future and be more inclusive for families.

This hotel says 5 Star but it’s more like a higher 3-4 star. I was disappointed with the smell of products (strong incense smell) and the quality of the duvet (seemed like a really old blanket). I would stay here again but I would not pay for the price they are charging, the price does not align with the quality. Staff were very nice, helpful and kind.

First the front desk reception people are not friendly, they way treating customers based on region. and the bed was too squeeze and not comfortable. At middle of night there was no power which made me awake and couldn't sleep back. This hotel should rate less than 3 * hotel. only convenient is near to IGI airport. I stayed for one night for a business trip and will never come back again to this hotel.

I don't understand why this hotel has this low score at hotels.com app. I was also worried of it before I arrived here, but the hotel is totally satisfying. Every staff was kind and nice, and the room condition was fine. Bhaji at the breakfast was so great. I'd like to strongly recommend here to someone who is on a business trip.
