They couldn’t find it it reservation when we first arrived. Eventually I told them it was through Expedia and they were able to find it, but it was confusing. The apartment was spacious and beds were good.

We were 2 Couples traveling together .. we saw the photos on hotels.com, and it look as if both rooms were seperate with a bathroom in the hallway... this was not the case... the bathroom is ensuite with the bedroom, so the couple in livingroom had to walk through the bedroom to get to bathroom... this was not good. PLEASE .. in description of your apartment... call this an en suite bathroom.. or make the photos more reliable...then we would have known and not booked it, or booked 2 rooms...

Good: quiet Bad. Its like a college dorm in a parking lot. Tired and needs to be blown up and redone. Sheer curtains only where everyone can look in. Brown and yellow decor like the sixties. Large place outside with just conctrete and cars. with not one seat to sit outside. Nowhere. The bathroom and kitchen was disgusting. Old and dirty.

Was a bit far for Annecy Film festival, but bus was very close and ran frequently. Staff were helpful and room was very comfortable. Nice to have kitchen. Parking was small extra charge per day.

Group of friends staying over for a 3 days seminar in town, we chose this residence for its location and mix of inventory in apartments. The studios are of a good set up. The bathroom and shower is spacious. The mattresses and linen of good quality. The kitchenette is well equipped and allows one to cook with all equipment provided. You can also order food and drinks at the reception. The set up of 14 series is a bit awkward for a twin with a wall separation, Not the best for a couple but ok for friends. Unfortunately the receptionist was not able to do a room change as the hotel was full. The hotel has no AC and the room was extremely hot. We got to know from other friends staying with our group that we could borrow fans with a 20 euro deposit for each piece. The residence welcomes short and long term residents. It kind be very noisy with some neighbors especially during weekends. Try to avoid rooms facing the outdoor car park. Overall the stay was not bad. Unfortunately I had a very bad interaction with the check out receptionist, Despite the fact that I had informed the hotel of a change in one of my booking. I was overcharged. When I tried to discuss with the employee, she was very stubborn, unpolite and unprofessional with me and did not solve the issue. Staff is overall not well trained and unprofessional. understand that Horeca in France is going through challenges but there is no reason that the customer being treated this way. Unacceptable. Will not return.

The one bedroom was too small that we didn’t have enough place to put our luggage and open them. The main area was also very small with a broken sofa bed. There was no air conditioner and not much circulation. It was hell warm. Not even a decent view. The room that they checked us in for 3 adults and one kid, was barely enough for a couple

This is more like a mediocre hostel than a hotel. No ac in the rooms, extra charge for fans and parking even though the gate was broken so lot was not secure. Our last room had holes in the walls, was dirty and my grandchild had to sleep on cushions on the floor because the pullout couch had springs that protruded through the mattress. Wallpaper was ripped away from walls and breakfast was just adequate.

Had a brief stay here for two nights. Check in was quick and easy, and the studio was as described, with pretty much everything you would need for a longer stay. The property was a little far from town on foot, but there was a local bus service nearby, and there were also several supermarkets in the area for stocking up the kitchenette. There were two minor issues; some food had been left behind in the fridge, and there was a sharp piece of broken plastic sticking out from the shower in the bathroom, so the cleanliness and maintenance could have been a little better. Overall though, it was good for the price, I would stay here again

Having read some negative reviews I can truly say our room at Zenitude was clean and well stocked. Admittedly it was on the small side but as we were touring we didn’t mind. There was a fridge, microwave, hob, coffee maker, cutlery, pots and pans for 2 and a small dishwasher under the sink. The staff were, on the whole, helpful and friendly. We would stay here again and recommend it for others. If staying in or near Annecy, I would recommend a visit to the Gorges de Fier.

The apartment and the hallway had an old and stained moquette, there was a hole in the bathroom door, breakfast was quite expensive and at 9.30 (breakfast time ended at 10) there was no more bread. Not really a top experience overall

The clean comfortable hotel room in the photo is definitely not what you get. This is more like a hostel or long term stay option. Cheaply built, the wear and tear is definitely evident. Although the staff were nice enough...the gated parking lot and the broken security doors in the rear of the building gave you the indication its not the most secure place. Not likely to stay again.

The review did not represent the quality of the hotel. The Hotel seemed to be changing brands the days that we booked. Poor quality and very old fit out. Generally not what you would expect, irrespective of the price.

Just be advised: if you are looking for a low-budget short stay in a high price area, this is the one for you. I don't want to slam the cleaning workers here, because I think it was very well cleaned. Thumbs up for this! I was staying here during a huge festival, so the entire town was hopelessly overbooked. Maybe that was one of the reasons why I got a room that I felt just wasn't comfy. The interior was a drab. The cover for the bed was a simple army blanket wrapped in a sheet and it developed a bad smell overnight. I explicitly asked for a change, the personal was very friendly and uncomplicated and complied (I do speak French though). It remained an army blanket but at least it was somewhat fresh. They change your laundry only once a week, which I felt insufficient. The bed was frail and felt more like a camping field bed. Overall the building houses a lot of small apartments and what I didn't think about if you put a kitchen into every room, smells will occur. So from 8pm to 11pm my room was filling up with the stench of onions being sautéed in oil. That is not a fault of the hotel though, just keep it mind if you book a hotel room with a kitchen anywhere. Internet worked very good, but not in the room, only in the lobby. The parking was excellent, simple to access and secure. Be aware that there is no air conditioner. Overall, it seemed good for an overnight stay on a budget or a business trip if you're on the road with a car. But I wouldn't recommend it if you would like to spend a cozy holiday with amenities.
